10-min away from the sea, «La Vista» is nested in the most beautiful area of Beausset, in a private and secure estate: «Les Hauts du Rouve», 3-km from the city centre of the town of Beausset.
On a 1580-sq.m. plot, «La Vista» is not overlooked by any neighbour, with an unobstructed 180 degrees view of the vines, the sea, the villages of La Cadière d’Azur and Le Castellet.
The villa is located in a private estate, secure and quiet, that cannot be looked into from the outside. It offers a upmarket comfort and very nice indoor amenities (new furniture, January 2016). Its wonderful view of the sea, the village of La Cadière, Castellet and vines of Bandol will make sublime your stay...
The beaches (St-Cyr-sur-Mer, Bandol or Sanary) are located 10-15-km by car.
Inside, all the living rooms are bright and south-west facing, offering an exceptional view. It combines the charm of the antique with its beams and doors, and the modern with its quality materials and equipment (oak hardwood floor, a new and fully equipped modern kitchen, upmarket new bedding, and much more). You will find 4 bedrooms, each one with bathroom. Sleeps 8-10 persons.
Outside, a 8x4-m pool, with massage jets and a counter-current system just for you. The pool is secured by an electric curtain.
A large terrace, shaded during summer under the pergola, will rapidly become a privileged place for your drinks and meals (until 12 people). You will be able to enjoy daily the wonderful sunsets on the Provencal countryside.
Description of the bedrooms:
The villa «La Vista» is perfect for 8 people (maximum 10 people using the sofa-bed in the studio).
It offers 4 nice bedrooms, each one with its own bathroom with walk-in shower, one of which with bathtub and 3 separate WC:
- 2 bedrooms with double bed
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds
- 1 bedroom/studio with a double bed in mezzanine + 1 sofa-bed downstairs + small kitchen and a shower room. The studio is accessible via the indoor of the villa and can be privatised with an access possible only by the outdoor (perfect for au pair).
Rates and security deposit:
- Our rates are all inclusive: tourist tax, consumption of water and electricity (reasonable consumption), final cleaning (normal use), sheets and bed linen and wireless internet access.
- We expect from our tenants, behave like a diligent administrator using the house and a commitment to respecting the property and its neighbourhood: a security deposit of €1500 will be asked before arrival.

- Children welcome!
- Due to its hillside location (some steps and outdoor slopes), its access can be a little difficult for people with mobility impairments and/or young children: please do not hesitate to ask us things depending of your restrictions.
- This is a no smoking villa (you can smoke outside using an ashtray).

We enjoyed our stay at La Vista very much. The first statement of our kids: „this is the nicest house we ever had“

Herrliches (!!!) Haus, wunderschöne Terrasse, schattige Sitz- und Liegeplätze, luxuriöser Pool, absolut einmalige Aussicht, stimmungsvolle Sonnenuntergänge; gemütliches und hervorragend ausgestattetes Haus, sehr geschmackvolles und hochwertiges Interieur, es fehlte absolut nichts, ein Haus in dem man sich rundum wohlfühlt, von der ersten Minute an; besonders zu empfehlen: der Markt in Le Beausset am Freitag, Ausflüge nach Cassis und Hyères + Strände (Plage de l'Almanarre vor der Halbinsel Giens), Wanderung vom Haus zur Chapelle Notre-Dame du Beausset-Vieux, tolle Radtouren möglich … insgesamt ein traumhafter Urlaub, wir waren hier sehr glücklich und kommen bestimmt wieder - Danke an Sylvie und Benoit

Wir alle fühlen uns in dem Haus sehr wohl ,genießen die Aussicht waren wieder überrascht wie toll die Küche ausgestattet ist, da wir leidenschaftlich gerne kochen . Die Kinder im Pool und wir mit einem schönen Glas Wein auf der Terrasse.... was will man mehr .

Un vrai bonheur pour un séjour parfait !
Adorable bastide pleine de charme au milieu d’une pinède avec une vue à couper le souffle ....
La décoration est faite avec beaucoup de goût et l’on s’y est senti hyper bien immédiatement.
Grand salon avec 2 grands canapés et fauteuils hyper confortables, des lumières indirectes, et une jolie déco avec des toiles d’un artiste du Castellet.
La cuisine très fonctionnelle est équipée de matériel haut de gamme ainsi que la vaisselle Villeroy et Boch, chose rare dans les locations où bien souvent tout est en plastique et provient des magasins discount !
A l’étage, les chambres toutes mignonnes et surtout une literie très agréable ainsi que tout le linge de maison qui lui aussi est de très très bonne et belle qualité ...rien ne manque et tout est bien pensé !
L’extérieur est super sympa avec la grande terrasse sur laquelle nous avons déjeuné tous les jours, la piscine sans aucun vis à vis est un havre de paix, l’abri voiture est bien pratique et l’environnement est très calme et sympa pour les petites balades avec nos 2 bichons.
Je finirais avec l’accueil de Sylvie, qui est un rayon de soleil avec son sourire, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité et bien sûr avec Benoît qui est hyper réactif et sympathique, très à l’écoute et très professionnel !
Malheureusement notre séjour a été écourté par le confinement mais, nous adorons cette partie du Var et nous reviendrons très prochainement!

La maison est situee plein Sud a 20 minutes de la mer. Vignobles alentours. Maison tres joliment décorée et tres bien équipée. Equipe solide pour gérer la maison. Je recommande chaleureusement

Un havre de paix
Nous avons passé deux semaines reposantes dans cette fort belle propriété, au calme et totalement isolés du voisinage. La maison, spacieuse et aménagée avec beaucoup de goût, est très agréable à vivre. L'agencement de la cuisine est parfait, de bonne qualité, il ne manque rien. Le barbecue extérieur a été grandement apprécié. L'aménagement extérieur est magnifique : terrasse, piscine, végétation luxuriante, un vrai bonheur pour les yeux. Seul petit bémol : les salles de bains un peu spartiates pour une location de cette qualité. Nous ne pouvons que vivement recommander La Vista !

La maison est très confortable avec une déco moderne. L’environnement est agréable et très calme avec de superbes vues. Les équipements sont de qualités.

Adultes et enfants se sont vraiment sentis comme "à la Maison" et ont hâte de revenir l'année prochaine.

Herrlicher Urlaub mit Blick aufs Meer
Wir waren mit zwei Familien (insg. 5 Kinder) vor Ort und haben im Haus eine tolle Zeit verbracht. Der Kontakt mit dem Verwalter war im Vorfeld sehr nett und unkompliziert, vor Ort wurden wir von der sehr netten Sylvie empfangen, die bei Fragen immer erreichbar war und uns hilfsbereit zur Hilfe stand.
Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet - es fehlt an nichts, auch die Küchenausstattung ist mehr als ausreichend. Die vielen Regentage haben wir in diesem schönen Haus gut überstanden. Der Pool mit angrenzender Terrasse ist sehr schön, mit Blick auf Hügel und Meer, der Gartenanteil ist allerdings sehr klein, für Kinder mit Bewegungsdrang bietet das Grundstück etwas wenig Freiheit. Ansonsten ist alles wunderbar. Einziges Manko: Bäcker und Supermarkt sind leider nicht fussläufig erreichbar. Dafür hat man auf dem Berg einen wirklich einzigartigen Blick, Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder. Vielen Dank an Sylvie und Benoit für die unkomplizierte und sehr nette Betreuung.

traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge
mit unseren Kindern und Schwiegerkindern haben wir eine Woche im charmantem Ferienhaus verbracht. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit einer gut ausgestatteten, modernen Küche. Es ist alles vorhanden um einen entspannten Urlaub zu verbringen. Die Stimmung am Abend auf der Terrasse beim Sonnenuntergang haben wir ganz besonders genossen.

La maison du bonheur !
Nous sommes enchantés du séjour passé en famille à la Villa Vista et de l'accueil par Sylvie. La maison, la vaisselle, le linge de maison, la déco, sont de grande qualité et nous n'avons manqué de rien pendant notre semaine. Tout est beau, confortable, et nous avons juste eu le regret de n'avoir réservé qu'une semaine! Je confirme les appréciations précédentes sur la vue qu'offre la villa : époustouflante avec des couchés de soleil merveilleux.
Je recommande vivement cette location, où, je pense, il est difficile de ne pas se sentir "chez soi"!

Wonderful home for a large family
Our extended family of ten, six adults and four children had a wonderful week at this property in June, 2019. The common spaces, kitchen, dining room, living room, and especially the outdoor seating area and pool were great. We never felt cramped or crowded. The owner representatives were very easy to deal with and very responsive. Despite a steep driveway and small parking area, we had no trouble fitting three separate cars. The landscaping is lovely and very serene. The building is not modern and is starting to show its age in places, but that all seemed immaterial in light of the space, the seclusion, and the excellent location.

Family Christmas Break
Villa La Vista was a truly wonderful place to stay for us as a family of seven including 2 young children. The house was beautifully kept, clean, very spacious and well equipped. It worked so well as a winter house, lovely and warm and a lovely fire; it felt like a home away from home and we would love to consider coming back for the summer holidays.
The views are spectacular and we were lucky to be able to eat out & bbq on the summer terrace.
The bathrooms could do with a little TLC but the linen, towels and beds were really lovely.
We were met promptly and check in was very smooth as was our departure.
I would highly recommend and as mentioned will certainly look to a summer stay here.

Provence charm
Beautiful setting and very well appointed home and very clean. Fabulous views and house well equipped. One big draw back is that there are are three bedrooms upstairs but only one toilet. Two bedrooms have their own bathroom with shower and basin but no toilets. The other bedroom has a bathroom and toilet but in the passage. So if six people staying upstairs they have to share one upstairs toilet.

Wonderful setting and a charming house. We had a lovely time . The terrace is cool for lunch and sunny later for a BBQ.

En amont de notre arrivée,la réservation est facilité par le sérieux et la disponibilité de Benoit,gestionnaire de la villa.L'organisation de notre arrivée(et du départ) est aussi facilité par Sylvie(intendante de la villa)qui nous accueille chaleureusement et est notre contact sur place.Sylvie répond très rapidement à nos demandes ,elle est très investie dans son rôle et nous accueille dans une villa d'une propreté remarquable.
La villa est très bien située:proche des plages et de nombreuses activités nautiques;de sites varois remarquables,de jolis villages...
La décoration intérieure est très jolie,contemporaine(le mobilier est neuf-ce n'est pas de la récupération,comme on le voit souvent-TOUS les équipements sont de TRES GRANDE qualité et le confort est exceptionnel(literie,linge de maison de toilette-draps de bains fournis pour la piscine-équipement de la cuisine....magnifique salon....
Le jardin est très bien entretenu:clos à l'abri des regards et du mistral.C'est un véritable écrin à la grande piscine,chauffée-si besoin-la terrasse qui entoure la piscine est superbe aussi!plusieurs espaces ombragés ou ensoleillés selon les moments de la journée.Magnifique terrasse avec très belle vue sur la mer(que l'on retrouve aussi à l'intérieure de la maison,notamment dans le grand salon).Terrasse où l'on peut prendre tous les repas,près du barbecue de très bonne qualité aussi.
C'est une villa très confortable où tout est mis en oeuvre pour le bien-être des vacanciers.
Elle est bien située,près du centre de la commune où l'on trouve tous les commerces nécessaires:boulangerie,primeurs,supermarchés....proposant des produits de qualité.
C'était notre 2e séjour....et on réserve déjà notre 3e séjour...que dire de plus?!?

we enjoyed two great weeks at La Vista, which brought us many happy hours in and around the house
The house was perfect, the pool was a great attraction for the kids and offered a super cooling down opportunity, although we had some problems with the cleaning "monster". The house will always been remembered for its unique and always changing view and the steep entry to the road. We love to come back next year.

Merveilleux séjour à La Vista !
Vue imprenable et magnifique, piscine très agréable, salon aéré et pensé pour les moments de partage, nous avons été totalement séduits par la propriété. From the beautiful and refreshing pool, to the perfect climate control within the house, this place is spectacular. The view could not have been better. The landscaping is wonderful. This is the place to stay when in the South of France.

Wir hatten einen fabelhaften Urlaub in Le Beausset. Die Villa ist superschön eingerichtet, enthält alles, was man braucht, und die Aussicht ist phänomenal. Schnuckelige kleine Orte in der Umgebung, und Marseille und Toulon sind auch nicht weit. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen...
