You will have a pleasant stay in this 45 m² duplex T3 apartment for 4-5 people located in a small residence.

This apartment is ideally located in a quiet area, in the heart of the pine forest, 200 m from Beaucours beach, 1 km from Dorée beach (Bandol bay), 1.5 km from Portissol (Sanary) beach and a large wooded park, 2 km from the center of Sanary-sur-Mer and its port.

It consists of two bedrooms: one on the access level with a double bed and a closet, the other on the mezzanine with a double bed, fitted wardrobes and a sitting area. The bathroom and WC are separated at the access level.

Pleasant living room facing west / southwest with its fitted kitchen area. You will spend pleasant moments on the closed loggia with double glazed windows: you will enjoy the magnificent view.

This apartment has all the comforts: quality bedding, washing machine, fridge, microwave, oven, TV, DVD player, mini-chain, heating, vacuum cleaner, ...

A private parking space is available.

Accueil très agréable de Sandrine. L'appartement est fonctionnel, propre, bien équipé et bien situé pour qui aime le calme. La mezzanine est un vrai plus par son volume. Un peu loin de tout peut-être, mais c'est le prix de à payer pour ne pas profiter des bruits de la ville. La vue sur la mer est un peu occultée par des pins, mais il n'y a pas de voisins directs, on se sent chez soi. La plage à proximité est une petite crique de galets, facilement abordable à pied, mais peu confortable. Nous y avons passé une semaine très agréable, qui aurait été parfaite avec un rafraîchisseur d'air et une moustiquaire au niveau de la véranda. Je recommande.

Appartement avec un bon potentiel mais manque d'entretien. Volet de chambre ne ferme plus. Vaisselle ébréchée . Vue non conforme aux photos la végétation à beaucoup poussé. Ménage très moyen.

La vue sur mer qui devait être le charme de cette location a disparu, remplacée par un rideau d'arbres. Ce qui accroit le manque de luminosité de l'appartement. Résidence calme. Accès possible au port de Sanary à pied en 20 minutes, après avoir bien repèré le parcours: un chemin face à l'entrée du logement donne sur une rue adossée au lotissement, évitant de faire un long détour. Ce qui est appréciable: le stationnement des véhicules au port, pour moi le plus agréable de la région,est difficile. et payant.

le problème que nous avons eu était la propreté !!! on nous a expliqué que les précédents locataires avaient laissé l'appartement sale alors qu'ils n'avaient pas pris l'option ménage ...!!! donc le ménage n'avait pas été fait avant que l'on arrive !!!! le canapé avait une déchirure faite pas l'enfant des précédents locataires !!! la propriétaire nous a assuré que des travaux allaient être faits ...donc si c'est le cas l'endroit sera très agréable .

We really enjoyed our stay in Sanary sur Mer! We found the flat well equipped and cosy. Sadly as other reviewer mentioned you could no longer see the sea view from the terrace... The centre of Sanary sur Mer is very beautiful and around half an hour stroll away (some of the stroll along a beautiful coastal promenade and sandy beach, but bear in mind that it will be up and down walk in places because the area around the property is a bit hilly). You can also go by car and parking right next to the centre was not too too busy in September. Beaches are beautiful! You have to bring special shoes though as the closest to the property is pebbly. We used the closest beach most of the time though the climb up hill back to the property was a bit of a pain. When we stayed there were a lot of tiger mosquitos and as the property has no protection nets on windows against them we had to use the spray all the time which did the job. One definite thing this flat needs would be children's safe gates for the stairs. We found the stairs very steep... the photo on the website doesn't reflect it. We had to keep an eye on our toddler all the time! Otherwise all good. Thank you to a very helpful owner and a very nice welcoming lady who looks after the place. Would love to return!

Nous avons de bonnes vacances mais nous trouvons que le paiement de la taxe de séjour par personne est un plus qui reste honereux et qui s'ajoute aux frais de la location étant donné que celle ci reste quand même importante.

Schöne Wohnung nahe am Meer, Ort für uns noch fussläufig erreichbar... Für 5 Sterne war das Interieur aber etwas alt und einfach, daher ist ein kleiner Abzug nötig. Nette, freundliche Verwalterin, die gute Tips geben konnte bzgl Restaurants etc.

Tout d'abord Sandrine s'est montrée chaleureuse et disponible. L'appartement, agréable et bien situé, nous a permis à la fois de flâner dans Sanary et de faire de très belles balades au bord de la mer ou en pleine nature. Wir waren zu viert (zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder) für zehn Tage in dieser netten Wohnung. Alles war vorhanden, die Übergabe war sehr freundlich. Sehr ruhige Gegend, es waren aber auch nicht viele der anderen Wohnungen belegt. Kiesstrand in 5 min. zu Fuß zu erreichen, nette Bucht. Wir kannten Sanary sur mer schon aus anderen Jahren und kommen mit Sicherheit wieder! Cordialement, E.K.

Ein schmuckes kleines Appartement mit schöner Aussicht (trotz Pinienwald) auf das Meer und die Küste der Cote d'Azur. Kiesstrand zu Fuss in 5min. erreichbar. Schöner grosser Sandstrand mit dem Auto in 5min. Schönes, natürliches Hinterland an der Cote d'Azur mit vielen Weinproduzenten, die zum degustieren einladen. Die Verwalterin des Appartementes war sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar, wenn wir sie brauchten. Vielen Dank, un grand merci!!!

It was a pleasant stay in a nice lovely flat near the sea. It was comfortable for 4 persons, next restaurants and markets not far away (few minutes with car or bicycle), wonderful beaches and landscapes, beautiful cities like Marseille or Toulon in the near.
