The host was excellent from the very beginning! The home is extremely well cared for and stocked. The location is quiet, the view of Monaco and all the super yachts - gorgeous!! Easy bus literally a few steps away or Uber into Monaco, Menton…we rented a car and explored the whole coast which is stunning. Loved every moment and we’re quite particular. Highly recommend.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce superbe appartement qui possède une belle terrace avec une vue panoramique donnant sur la baie de Roquebrune, à couper le souffle. La propriété se trouve dans un petit immeuble de standing bien sécurisé et occupé essentiellement par des propriétaires. L’environnement est tranquille et bien situé, avec un accès privé sur le chemin “Le Corbusier.” L’appartement, conforme au descriptif, est très bien équipé, propre, confortable et bien soigné. Le cadre, entre mer et belle végétation, est calme et invite au repos. Le propriétaire est attentif et l’infatigable et dévoué concierge sur place, veille au bien être et au respect des occupants et est d’excellent conseil. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter.

Beautiful apartment with an amazing view

I am already missing the view and the quietness of the apartment... Perfect place to have a restfull stay in Cote d'Azur : you can both make day trips to visit and swim in a secluded beach accessible by a 15 min beautiful walk. The apartment is very confortable, the communication with the landlord very good, eveything is made to make your stay very enjoyable ! I would like to come back soon

Since many years we return to this "gem" and each time we spend faboulos vacations here. This year we appreciated also during the heatwave the well working aircondition and the luxurious pool. The rental process is running perfectly and we love the good tasted interior and practical appliances. PERFECT!

La résidence est bien située sur le Cap Martin et est parfaitement sécurisée. Les concierges sont disponibles et très sympathiques. Dans l'environnement immédiat, on peut trouver pharmacie, boucherie,boulangerie et supermarché de proximité. L'appartement, situé au 1er étage, est résolument moderne et parfaitement équipé.Les 2 chambres et la salle de bains sont très fonctionnelles.Une grande douche et 2 wc sont à disposition.Il y a une grande pièce de vie avec cuisine super équipée. Le must est évidemment la grande terrasse avec vue exceptionnelle sur la mer et la principauté de Monaco.Il n'y a absolument aucun commentaire négatif à émettre

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans un appartement superbe jouissant d'un confort total ! Tout a contribué à ce que notre séjour nous laisse de merveilleux souvenirs ! Le descriptif est tout à fait exact ne laissant place à aucune mauvaise surprise. Merci pour la gentillesse des gardiens !

We enjoyed our stay in this very nice modern appartement very much. The furniture and decorations are luxourious and it is well equipped with erverything you can think of. The view over the sea is breath taking. I actually should not recommend this place to too many people, because then I will not find it available, when I would like to book it next time again.

Bel appartement idyllique et très bien placé avec belle terrasse, on ne se lasse pas de la vue. L'intérieur est très bien décoré avec goût, très bien équipé et très propre. Le chemin des douanier se trouve au bas de la maison ou on peu faire de très belle promenade tout le long de la mer vers Monaco ou vers Menton. Merci encore au propriétaire qui a était très aimable ainsi que le concierge de la résidence. Nous y retournerons.

Nous avons passé une semaine des plus agréables dans ce cadre fantastique qu’offre le Cap Martin. Cet appartement est parfaitement situé et offre une vue panoramique imprenable sur Monaco, dont nous avons profité pleinement de la terrasse spacieuse sans aucun vis-à-vis, et il dispose de tout le nécessaire pour un confort absolu, étant parfaitement équipé. La piscine privative est très bien entretenue, tout comme le reste de la résidence (aucune mauvaise surprise) et nous en avons bien profité tout en respectant les heures de fermeture obligatoires en mi-journée, ce qui est en fait très appréciable, la piscine pouvant être une source de bruit selon les utilisateurs. En général, la résidence est calme. Il en revient, bien sûr, aux locataires des appartements de respecter cela en tenons compte de leurs voisins, particulièrement lors de l’utilisation des terrasses. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’accueil chaleureux que nous avons rencontré dès notre arrivée, et notre séjour en général, et ce sera avec le plus grand plaisir que nous reviendrons dans cette résidence et cet appartement en particulier. Un grand merci!

We had a wonderful week. The apartment had everything we needed, including air conditioning, and was in excellent condition. The view across the bay to Monaco is incredible and we spent a lot of time on the balcony just enjoying watching the yachts going to and from Monaco harbour. The swimming pool was large and clean, and only used by a few families so never a problem for swimming. The apartments are secure and walking distance to a small but good Spar; I only used the car once during the week to visit a hypermarche. The walk along the coast path to Monaco was a highlight of our stay. It's very rare that I want to return to the same place on holiday but this is probably the place I will go back to. Highly recommended.

Un endroit tant extraordinaire par sa location géographie, la vue et le confort. Près de tout, nous partions le matin pour explorer l'arrière-pays, Cannes, Nices ou Monaco, l'Italie... Menton, une petite ville à découvrir pour ses terrasses, plages et resto. Turbie pour la vue spectaculaire et les bons restos, Roque-Brune et son olivier millénaires, Eze, Grasse... Une diversité incroyable d'endroit à voir, découvrir et appréciés.

Excellent séjour dans un appartement très propre,offrant une vue magnifique sur la principauté et sur la verdure; de plus un vrai balcon sur la mer...Nous retournerons dès que possible dans cet endroit de rêve qui nous a permis de faire de belles découvertes à pied comme en voiture.

J'ai été agréablement surprise par la qualité exceptionnelle de cet appartement, tant au niveau des literies mais aussi au niveau du confort générale (cuisine équipée avec à disposition d'une multitude d'ustensile, la clarté des pièces, la qualité des meubles...), de sa propreté, de sa situation géographique mais par dessus tout de la vue splendide sur la mer et la piscine. Nous avons passé d'agréables moments et c'est avec le coeur serré que nous sommes repartis.Mais nous comptons bien y retourné l'année prochaine!
