About this apartment rental

Located in the charming village of Duingt with gorgeous views on Annecy Lake (Haute-Savoie, France), my apartment "Annecy Pavillon" is a fully-furnished and modern 50 square meters one-bedroom apartment for vacation rental for 2 to 4 people. The residence has private access to the lake for swimming. You may also consider my two other listings "Modern Loft" and "Cozy Loft" for further availability.

The apartment: With direct views on Annecy Lake and surrounding mountains, you'll enjoy the charm of the region from a peaceful and comfortable home. High ceilings give a comfortable amount of light and appreciable volume.

Double bedroom with possible extension for two extra persons on the L-shape sofabed. Bathroom with shower and independent toilet. Balcony/Terrace. Private car park slot and shared storage for skis / bikes.

The residence is a few meters away from the cycling lane circling Lake Annecy, a short drive from the Old Town and from nearest ski resorts.

Possible handicap access. Private access to a deck on the lake for short swims (boat moorings booking: please contact Duingt Town Hall)

Bakery and supermarket 100 m, pharmacy 2 km.

Access: Located on the West bank of Annecy Lake, the apartment is an easy 12-minute drive from Annecy Old Town, straight through the road circling the Lake.

Wifi internet included.

IMPORTANT - OPTIONS TO BE REQUESTED IF NEEDED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING
- Option Bedding Rentals with bedsheets, towels (30 euros per bed)
- Option Cleaning (60 euros, in case you cannot do it yourself)

A nice property with lovely views across the lake in a pleasant village with a very good boulangerie not far away. The interior is well decorated and has all the facilities required.

The apartment is large and spacious with a great view over the lake to the mountains. Just about everything you could need for an enjoyable stay with easy access to the lakeside. Very clean and bright inside. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. It even has an electric BBQ (we did not use it so can not comment on it's efficiency.) Easy access to Annecy and to the South (Where the best roads are) Only negative comments are, Internet is very slow - this being due to it connecting via mobile rather than cable. Traffic noise from the road is quite loud during the peak periods but it does go quieter later into the evenings. To be honest we only found it to be a nuisance on a couple of occasions. If it was not for the above we would not hesitate to give it 5 stars.

Owners helpful en friendly.There ' french' English is lovely understandable, also for dutch people like us. We were on the second floor. Splendid views through two high windows on the lake and mountains around. A nice veranda around the house. (No too) soft bed; bathroom with two washbasins and broad mirror and shower. Water is soft, from a boiler, good warm. Kitchen neat, not to big, a simple diner can be cooked. Fridge with freezer clean and empty. After enjoying the mountains (far) around in different ways, this is a cozy, warm and safe place to return ' home' . Sure a place to stay once again. Thank you very much!

We enjoyed very much our stay. We spent a few days in this spacious and modern apartment, with bonus view on the lake and mountains. The location was convenient, a short drive from Annecy in the lovely and quiet village of Duingt. We wished we had chosen to stay longer. The tenants have been very welcoming.
