Beautiful apartment type T3 to rent in a secure and modern luxury residence on the edge of the River Untxin in the popular district of Socoa Ciboure (just 2.5 km from Saint Jean de Luz walking distance from beautiful walk by the sea)
Located on the 3rd and last floor, with elevator, the 78m² apartment is very bright and also has 40m² terrace without facing vis-à-vis South / West with a clear view, nice and relaxing.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, separate toilet, large living room overlooking two terraces and a fully equipped kitchen.
Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with a double bed 160 and cupboards. A spacious en suite shower room with double sinks and a large walk-in closet. All overlooking one of the 2 terraces.
Bedroom 2: A double bed in 140 with plenty of storage, close to the bathroom.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with oven, ceramic hob, large fridge, microwave, dishwasher, many dishes and utensils for baking. The kitchen also has a washing machine.
Living / Dining room: 20m² The living room has a dining area with a table that can range from 4 to 8 people and a sitting area with two large sofas which converts into a 140 (sleeping quality and comfortable) .dropoff window

We - a family of 4, two adults and two teenagers - have spend a perfect week in this very nice appartement, that was even nicer in real life than on the photos. The host was extremely kind and helpful and everything went well! We loved the terracces, one with shade and one with aftenroon sun, in a well keot and quite residence. We also enjoyed the view from the terrace over the river. So easy to get around. Very nice lilttle village with a great beach and close to great places as Biarritz, Saiint Jean de Luz, San Sebastian and Bilbao. And of course all the beautiful Costa
