Comfy and newish for ¥19000

Breakfast should be till 10am. No alcohol in the lounge. Also cannot take alcohol to the lounge. Have to sign in to the lounge.

羽田への前乗り

地方から羽田空港早朝便のために利用しました。羽田空港近くの駅からだとかえって便が悪かったと思います。とても便利。

便利な旅

部屋に泊まるだけで、無料の朝食と無料のラウンジが使えてゆっくりとできた。品川駅前なので、とにかくどこに行くにも便利。

部屋が狭い。やっぱり2人では狭くて、ラウンジがなければ息づまっていたかもしれない。仕方ないけど、15階の部屋なのに外の景色が全く見えなかった。

My go-to hotel in Tokyo

I have stayed in this hotel numerous times, and it is consistent everytime. There is easy access to the train station and there are a lot of food establishments in the area. This is still my go-to hotel in Tokyo

The elevators were much slower during my recent stay, I remember that the elevators were much faster before. The elevators would go past you going up and then go past you again going down. It was only a few minutes but as a business traveller, every second counts especially when you are always chasing trains and meeting schedules

食事付きで、コーヒーラウンジがとても便利でした。品川駅から近くてとても便利でした。タクシーも呼んでくださって助かりました。コンパクトな部屋で過ごしやすかったです。

調子よか時、コーヒードリップに時間がかかりました。サービスの食事なので文句は言えませんが。野菜ももう少し有ると、私的には嬉しかったです。

Room was extremely small but I guess expected.

I liked the relaxation lounge which provided a quiet place to meet and have coffee. Breakfast was just above continental and quite unusual; e.g., spaghetti, minestrone soup. Services there were outstanding.

Menu for breakfast could be improved. Fresh fruit instead of canned; miso soup instead of minestrone (or other kinds). I did like your potato salad.

E' ottimo per la posizione ma non per rapporto qualità/prezzo

Posizione perfetta e vicinissimo alla stazione di Shinagawa con collegamenti diretti per le zone più turistiche di Tokyo, per l'aeroporto e accesso al treno ultra-veloce. Camera pulitissima, come del resto l'intera struttura.

Prezzo altissimo per una camera molto piccola in cui non riuscivo nemmeno ad aprire la valigia. La colazione allineata allo stile giapponese (che deve piacere) e con praticamente zero opzioni dolci se non mini-croissant vicini all'essere stantii.

風呂、トイレを除けば部屋は広くて快適でした。枕も2つあり、いつも枕を3個重ねて寝ている自分には良かったです。自分は快適に寝れればいいので、評価を少し高めにしました。

部屋のトイレが壁に近くて使用しにくかったり、ラウンジの朝食が少し種類が少なく感じました。 ¥30,000近い金額の割には、¥10,000前後の通常のビジネスホテルより少しいいホテルかなという感じでした。まぁ、東京の品川で駅前のホテルなので値段が高くなるのは仕方ないかなと思いますが。。。

We will come back again!

Breakfast was pretty good during our stay. I would have preferred a different menu once every 2 days or so, but nevertheless breakfast was good. I loved the bread and the fruits in the morning.

The room was a little smaller than expected but just ok for the rest of our short trip.

Easy navigation, good valude for money

This is probably the 20th time that I've stayed at N Tower. For me it is easier to stay here than the main towers since it is a bit closer to the station and the elevators are quicker compared to the other towers

The air conditioning was on heater mode so it was quite warm indoors which I am not used to, the windows can be opened but at times there is a Yakiniku smell coming from outside which smells nice but not on the clothes.

Reasonable hotel at great location

Location is great. Rooms are good size for Tokyo area.

Breakfast on disposables, that gives cheap feeling. With the elevator it takes 5 minutes to reach ground floor.

Gutes Hotel mit guter Lage

Das Hotel Shinagawa Prince N Tower hat eine perfekte Lage. Zur Shinagawa Station sind es zu Fuß nur 3 Minuten. Rund um das Hotel sind fußläufig viele Restaurants, Bars und Cafés gelegen. Unser Zimmer war zwar etwas klein und insofern typisch für Tokyo, hatte aber alles, was man braucht, inkl. Kühlschrank, Safe, AC, schnelles WLan usw. Gut fand ich, dass jeden Tag zwei neue Flaschen Wasser vom Housekeeping bereitgestellt wurden. Der Frühstückssaal im 17. Stock hatte neben den normalen Plätzen, auch seitlich noch Plätze, um mit dem Computer arbeiten zu können. Auch gab es einen abgetrennten Ruheraum. Für den Preis war das Hotel insgesamt völlig okay.

Das Frühstück war etwas mager ausgestattet. Es gab an warmen Speisen eine klare Suppe, ein Nudelgericht und Salat. An kalten Speisen gab es Müsli, Joghurt und eine Schüssel mit Fruchtsalat, Brot. Keine Wurst, kein Käse oder anderer Belag.

There are better hotels to stay in and don’t worry about staying close the airport the public transport is phenomenal

It’s very basic, it’s not luxurious at all. It’s very deceiving and confusing to book your room online. The staff however are a credit to the hotel and very helpful.

Everything. However my most annoyance sits with the fact that you had to pay 6,500 yen to use the hotel pool even if you are a paying guest! That is terrible and poor service.

A little help goes a long way… but not here.

The attractions and convenient store at Shinagawa were perfect for my son and I not wanting to venture out far. The train station is nice and close to the hotel too.

Hotel staff service. I had a baby and 3 suitcases, I called for help at reception for check out as I needed assistance. I was told to retrieve a trolley myself from the lobby. When I went to the lobby, 3 staff members were simply chatting behind the desk. When I came to checkout with my luggage and trolley, a staff member noticed I needed assistance and tried to help. Unfortunately it was a little too late by this point, I had done it myself whilst also breaking a fragile item of mine in my suitcase in the process. A little help goes a long way, especially when you see staff just chatting behind a counter when you had asked for assistance as loading and pushing a trolley whilst carrying a baby isn’t the easiest task.

Great Location with an Old Hotel. Go and get the Shinagawa Prince Hotel with a bit more on top.

The room (very small with with no view matched with an even smaller bathroom) , the brakefast (very poor, we ended up leaving and eating outside). The fact that I was not offered to have a dip in the pool > which was advertised on the pictures did not help as well. The rooms are kept clean and the personal is kind, but at this price level, I was expecting a way better comfort in the rooms. Location (close to Shinagawa station was the only positive point in this experience).
