DRAMATISCH

helmaal niets voor ons een Alfama DRAMA appartement. we zijn na een nacht weggegaan zonder restitutie een vertrokken naar een 4 sterren hotel voor een lagere prijs.

Alles was klein, de keuken was in een kast , de badkamer miniem, het twee persoons bed was een twijfelaar met kuilen in de matras. kleren kast was veel te klein etc etc gewoon een drama. `klacht ingediend bij boeking .com maar geen restitutie of actie! geadviseerd om dit Alfama DRAMA appartement van de site te halen. Een nacht verbleven bijna niet geslapen voor €556 ,omdat we meteen na een nacht zijn vertrokken en voor 5 dagen hadden geboekt. `geen `RESTITUTIE. Bey bye boeking .com

Het was een aangenaam verblijf op een prachtige locatie

De locatie!! Het ligt in de wijk Alfama. Ongeveer 400 meter verwijderd van Miradouro de Santa Luzia. Tram 28 rijdt door het straatje van het appartement. De eigenaresse reageert erg snel op eventuele vragen via whatsapp. Ook erg fijn dat er een washok is met wasmachine, wasmiddel, droogrekjes en wasknijpers. Er is een patio met zitjes voor de deur.

Really bad smell coming from the bathroom, I think the shower drain specifically, it filled up the entire room. Quite off putting.

Perfect place for a short break with no frills

Once we found it, the apartment was perfect for a short break! Perfectly situated.

Towels were a bit worn and frayed. We also had a cockroach in the bathroom!

Very good location, very nice host :) The laundry was very useful for us. The apartment is also nice, the terrace is save and moody :)

Great for travellers wanting to stay in the heart of Lisbon

The location was very close to the Miradouro Sta. Luzia. The famous tram 28 is just two steps away. The apartment although a bit small, is perfect for a couple wanting to explore Alfama and the Saint George castle. It has all you'd need if you were to cook your own meals - vessels, cutlery, glasses, microwave and a tiny fridge. The host was super helpful and was available on whatsapp for any guidance

Because the tram runs right outside the apartment, there was the occasional clanking noise which could be a minus for light sleepers. Also, the bathroom had run out of bathing liquid the very first day. A refill of the container before we'd arrived would have been nice.

It is a comfortable stay.

Location was Great so was Value for Money. Inside of the room was nicely done up. Appliances in the Kitchenette were functional. Very near to Tram stop. Lot of good eateries in close vicinity.

1. A Safety Locker should be made available. It is unwise to walk around with passport and cash. 2. Some basic information about the city e.g - city map, tram schedule or information, What are the types of cards available and where to buy them, Yellow Bus flyer, list of near by eateries ... is a missing. If basic are provided then one does not have to spend an entire day on the Basics. 3. The room exterior needs to be spruced.

A great budget-friendly apartment within walking distance to everything

The property is situated in a great lo action within walking distance from many tourist attractions and restaurants. The apartment was just what we needed in the middle of our trip with a washing machine allowing us to wash some clothes for the remainder of our stay in Portugal. The space was comfortable and safe.

The only thing we didn’t like was a strange smell that sometimes came from the bathroom pipes.

Perfect little apartment

-Area/location is amazing! Everyting is close, but no noises from bars etc. -Shared patio was lovely -Lots of natural light in the room(s) -Check-in was simple and we loved that we did not have to carry around the key as all doors open with codes

-Bathroom could use minor updating. But nothing why i would not stay again!

loved everything. they thought about every detail, including making the fire extinguisher sign to be glow-in-the-dark, putting electricity converter‘s into the drawer next to the bed. We were very impressed, and my kids ages five and nine absolutely loved it. The patio where you could have breakfast or dinner or a snack is phenomenal. The laundry was very helpful, they even included racks for drying your clothes. The location is great, do you have code for the gate and for your front door. We never even logged our door sleeping, even kept the window open for air. will definitely come back. 👍

Lovely spacious apartment in Alfama

The location is great, fairly short walk to the centre/Castle. The tram 28 runs right in front of the property. The room was bright with high ceilings and a great size, the kitchen was well equipped and good to make basic meals in. Bathroom was a nice size. Check in was done online, then we were sent a code for the gate and front door, we loved not having to keep a key with us! Plenty of storage space in the room. Overall a lovely apartment in a great area.

Our only issue was how thin the walls are, the sound from the street didn't bother us but the neighbours were so loud! On our first night they were talking and doing DIY until 1am! Definitely take ear plugs if you're a light sleeper!

We were in room 3. The beds slept really well and the room was big enough. Easy access to the gate and the appartment. It is possible to hear the neighbours slightly but not too much.

The pillows were a bit small. The walls are thin, so if you are a light sleeper you can hear someone sneeze next door.

Nice and simple!

The apartment is in a very nice location, and the self check-in plus the code-locked doors, makes it super easy and practical to just go around town without the risk of losing the keys. The space is nicely distributed and well equipped.

The only downside was the noisy neighbors upstairs. But that is something that the staff cannot control.

I look forward to going back to Lisbon soon and would definitely stay at Alfama Dream apartments.

Once we'd got our bearings, the Alfama location is great! The apartment was clean, comfortable and quiet (although a few other commenters have remarked on noise from the passing trams, we weren't disturbed by them). We only stayed a few nights so the apartment was perfect for our needs as we only ate breakfast in. However, although small, the kitchen is adequately equipped to prepared simple meals.
