This is a unique, custom built Key West style home located on the upper portion of Tampa Bay. The home is one of a kind, essentially two homes in one, with million dollar views and a tropical island vibe. The rental consists of a 1200 square foot 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath first floor in-law apartment. Separate entrance facing the water with a private covered porch just steps from the water's edge. This hidden jewel is private, tranquil, serene and just a perfect place to relax and unwind. Centrally located to all of the areas many events and attractions. Enjoy kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing or just chillin' with your favorite cocktail. Exceptionally clean, quiet and convenient.

*King Size Bed in Master and brand new Queen bed and associated furniture in the 2nd Bedroom which has it's own separate 1/2 bath.

*Beautiful Water views from Virtually Every Room

*Large covered porch with gas grill for outdoor cooking.

*Flat Screen TV in Living Room with DVD player and TV's in master bedroom

*Full Size Kitchen with New Appliances/Custom Cherry Cabinets

This is a pet friendly property with an additional $150 pet fee. Pets must be well behaved, housebroken, current on all their vaccinations and flea medicine. Owner will be responsible for picking up after them.

*Kayak the various channels and canals leading to and from the bay. Peaceful and very relaxing. Canoe and stand-up paddleboard available.
Work will be the furthest thing from your mind.

*Catch Snook, Redfish, and much more. Fishing Poles and Kayaks provided. Within walking distance to Tampa Bait Shop and Piper's Marine.

*Watch Manatee and Dolphin swim just feet away from your private patio.

Everything about this place was perfect. The house was extremely clean, it's right on the water. We saw manatees and dolphins go by right from the porch. Tami was easy to work with. Everything you need for a relaxing stay is here!

My fiance and I stayed for our first vacation get-a-way alone and ended up coming home married! This is such an amazing place of tranquility, yet close to restaurants and plenty of activities close enough to visit. We were able to enjoy watching the manatee, dolphins, fish jump for joy, crabs and lizards. There are also 2 kayaks and a paddle board that we enjoyed. This is the perfect place to relax and have activities for everyone. We are bringing our kids back to share in our next celebration to reunion where we got married. You will never forget this stay….. so don’t pass this one by.

Beautiful home on the bay where I was able to see dolphins, rays, fish & a variety of birds. This was a home away from home fully stocked with everything you would need while vacationing including kayaks & paddle board which was a fantastic bonus! Great communication from the owner ensuring that everything was ok during my stay. Very quick response when I had a question. Absolutely loved my stay here & hope to stay again while visiting my son nearby.

This property is very, very well maintained and very clean and quiet. Located on the water and at an end of a street makes the property very quiet and provides access to nature. Really enjoyed sitting out next to the water and on the well equipped deck and just chilling out :). Would recommend this property to anyone and we look forward to reserving the property again when we are in the area. Thanks for a terrific stay!

Great House! Great Location!! Great Host!!!The water view is pristine and all around. We saw a dolphins on a last day! The kids fish all day. It was my son favorite house in our road trip.The kids preferred to stay at the house instead doing cool tourist activities. Awesome!!

Our stay was magical. There is a water view from every room. The place was clean and private. We got on the kayaks and went down the water ways. It’s about 20 minutes from most places so it was convenient. We saw a shark in the water from the rental, large fish, enjoyed a storm… I could go on and on. I would recommend this to anyone visiting the area. This was the best VrBo I’ve ever stayed at and we travel quite often.

The rental was very private even with the owner being upstairs we were not aware of her presence besides a few footsteps. The deck looking out at the water is beautiful and we spent most of our time out there. Kayaks worked great, very much appreciated. Everything was clean and worked well.

If your looking for a peaceful & restful property, this is it. Overall excellent. Unfortunately missed a night due to a family member being hospitalized in another city in Florida. Communication was good, but alittle extreme. Felt at times like we were being watched.. The apartment was attached to the owners house. Owner lived upstairs.. There were survelliance cameras everywhere..

I was in Tampa for work and wanted something other than a hotel this was beyond my expectations, clean, accomadating, the host was ultra responsive, I plan on going again as long as it's available. The home is very secure, great for our 2 boxers, who have not had a yard to run in for a year, sunset was beautiful, and boaters were super friendly

Our experience was nothing but positive. We knew, from the moment we stepped foot onto the property, that this was an exceptionally maintained property and that we would very much enjoy our view and our stay. This property had the most amazing view. We enjoyed kayaking every morning before it got too hot. The apartment was very comfortable with nice amenities. Tami always kept in touch in case we needed anything. We are looking forward to returning.

We are still raving about our stay here! Location was perfect for our scouting nearby cities for our future home. We felt like it was the perfect oasis for my husband’s remote work. He works on west coast time so we had our mornings to kayak, fish and chill. He loved having access to chilling out in between calls and admiring the dolphin, manatee, sting rays, fish and bird watching. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and even made hosting a few gatherings very easy! We had perfect weather every single day we were there which we cherished dearly since we live in Seattle. Tami was a phenomenal and extremely communicative and responsive host! We can’t wait to come back! Thank you so very much!

We can’t say enough about how amazing this home is! The sunsets were beautiful from the lovely balcony over the water. We took the kayaks out in the afternoon. The home was clean and spacious for our family. Family dinners were perfect in the dining room. We slept so well on the comfortable beds. We look forward to coming back and making many more family memories here!

This property was fantastic! Located in a very quiet, secluded area with the back terrace looking out to a peaceful waterway lined with mangrove trees. Saw wildlife daily, really enjoyed the use of the kayaks, and the relaxing on the terrace with a beverage & taking in the scenery (so different than Colorado!). The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Tami was wonderful to work with, accessible if needed, and kept us up-to-date on weather conditions during Hurricane Elsa. It was secluded, but yet all the conveniences were just minutes away and really not that far from the beaches around Tampa, Clearwater and even down to St. Pete’s. Thanks for a great experience!

What a beautiful property! The views are stunning. We took advantage of the kayaks and fishing right out the back door and even saw manatees and a dolphin. The property was well maintained and very clean. We will definitely recommend to all our family and friends for future stays. Thank you for the great experience!
