About this house rental
Superb wooden villa very glazed with a stay of 65 m2 including a very modern and very effective central fireplace, a BILLARD and a PIANO at your disposal. A plasma of 127 cm is at your disposal. Wood decoration very warm. The house is atypical with the stay on the floor and the rooms in ground-garden.
Kitchen of 20 m2 with new refrigerator and oven and all the equipment like at home!
2 bedrooms with double beds 160 with upscale mattresses and 2 rooms with bunk beds 90 (normal beds equipped with excellent bedding, compatible for adults). Linen is not provided.
A GAME ROOM of 60 m2 in the basement will allow you to do musculation, the elliptical trainer and table football! A television is at your disposal.
The living room opens onto a large terrace that will welcome you even if the weather allows it; precision: a part of the terrace (where the table is) is covered by a waterproof pergola and allows to stay dry during inclement weather.
The ARBORNE GARDEN is 1700 m2 and has a PIECE OF WATER mature with many fish and many plants that allows to meditate or at least to find oneself in a great calm; besides the land is located in a very quiet area, the house being it, at the end of snowshoeing therefore without any nuisance.
There is also a large SWIMMING POOL (10x5.5) and covered by a removable high shelter of 144m2, operational from April to October 1st.
Finally, still in the garden, there is a ping-pong table and a basketball board. There is possibility to return at least 4 cars in the property including one in the garage.
NB: NO TOBACCO NOR ANIMALS in the house.

In terms of the environment of the house: very close to the forest, the dune golf course and the riding center. The center of Hardelot is 3 minutes by car.

We really enjoyed our stay in Franck's house. We liked the layout, with the bedrooms downstairs and the huge lounge (with the kitchen) upstairs. More houses should be like this!
As the weather was not great during our stay (late September), we really appreciated the facilities.
Franck was an excellent host, and we want to thank him for quickly answering our questions and letting us stay in his house.
We would definitely like to return!

As an extended family holiday in France (including two young children) we hoped the house met our expectations based on the pictures.
Fortunately we were not disappointed, the house exceeded our expectations !!!
We had a FANTASTIC TIME, everything was perfect inside and out, especially the pool 🤗🤗
Nothing was too much trouble from our wonderful hosts, the location was perfect with amenities close by and a beautiful sandy beach.

We stayed at this property as 2 families of 4 and it was perfect for us.
From the onset, the information provided on the website is spot on. The dimensions of the beds on the information allowed us to pack the correct bedding (very helpful) and Franck was very kind in allowing us use of his pool. We did buy the children wetsuits as the temperature is gauged by the air temperature, therefore was cold at the start of our stay, but did heat up throughout the week.
The pool table and other games meant that the children were entertained constantly and even asked to have a couple of days spent at the property instead of going out.
When the electrics did go off, I contacted Franck who replied promptly and was very approachable, friendly and helpful.
If you’re looking for a quirky property with lots of character this is a great place to stay.

We will definitely make a return visit. This property has absolutely everything you need and is well situated to get to the beach and neighbouring towns. Our grandchildren especially loved the swimming pool and the pool table. Franck and his wife are very accommodating and happy to answer any questions you may have. We loved everything about this lovely quirky house.

Séjour au calme pour se retrouver entre amis. La terrasse extérieure est très agréable, la piscine couverte un vrai plus et le billard permet de finir les soirees.
Attention avec les petits enfants l'escalier pour passer de la terrasse au jardin n'est pas le plus pratique, mais un autre acces est possible.
L'accueil des propriétaires est très agréable.

Villa très agréable avec de supers équipements !
La maison correspond exactement à l'annonce et aux photos. La piscine est incroyable. Les adultes comme les ado ont adoré le magnifique billard et la table de ping pong. La terrasse couverte est très agréable et la communication avec Franck très fluide que ce soit avant ou pendant le sejour. Hardelot est en plus une station balnéaire très sympa et bien située pour profiter de la côte d'opale.

An amazing holiday home in an idyllic location!
The property was really easy to locate with great directions (no need to take the toll road unless you want to!) It was only 35 minutes from the channel tunnel which made it such an easy property to visit.
The upside down house was crammed full of quirky, wierd and unusual things as well as all the utensils and appliances that you could need. The garden of the house is so peaceful and we loved watching the fish in the pond.
The beds were really comfortable (check bedding sizes on listing carefully!) and the location is so peaceful, you can't help but relax. The swimming pool was fantastic, really well maintained and a brilliant extra that we really enjoyed using.
The location of the house was perfect, a lovely 2 mile walk to the seafront and small Centre Ville. Hardelot Plage was gorgeous, pine trees everywhere, amazing properties to view and some lovely restaurants to enjoy. Bologne Sur Mer is really close (10 mins) with hyper markets if wanted although Heardelot has a small supermarket for essentials. Franck and Coraline were really helpful and always on hand if needed. We will definitely be back!
PS We wouldn't recommend this house for children with young children or elderly visitors with any mobility issues, due to some quite steep stairs

Enchantes de notre sejour
Nous avons passe le week end entre amis. Cela fait 20 ans que nous louons des gîtes 3x par an dans la région. Celui ci est celui que j' ai préfère. Tout y est. Lacceuil de Franck et son épouse. La piscine modulable. Même si le temps n est pas au rendez vous l équipement du gîte permet de ne jamais s'ennuyer. On y reviendra et on recommande.

Un séjour parfait, un cadre reposant et une villa très agréable !
Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour.
Tout s’est bien déroulé de la prise de contact à la remise des clés en fin de séjour.
Monsieur Lhotellier a su répondre à toutes nos questions et nous a été de bons conseils pour les commerçants. La villa est vraiment agréable avec une pièce à vivre parfaite.
Les enfants ont également apprécié leur sejour.

Magnifique propriété !
Magnifique propriété parfaitement aménagée à deux pas de la plage, immense séjour cathédrale avec vue sur la foret environnante, terrasses abritées du vent et encore très agréables fin octobre, tout fut parfait pour notre réunion familiale (huit personnes) !

Les propriétaires géniaux, la maison un paradis au calme dans un coin de verdure. Piscine billard baby foot, nous avons passé un weekend au top ados comme adulte. Nous n attendons qu une chose y retourner.

Mooi vakantiehuis op aangename ligging
Het vakantiehuis is zeer rustig gelegen op een doodlopende straat. Het zwembad was een groot succes voor de kinderen. Het huis zelf is ruim opgezet, heeft veel spelmogelijkheden (basketbal, tafeltennis, tafelvoetbal, poule) en veel leuke binnen en buiten plekken. We hebben een zeer aangename tijd doorgebracht in het huis en willen Franck bedanken voor de goede ondersteuning.

House of wonders
The weather is famously variable in Hardelot, and we experienced all four seasons during our stay. Thankfully this amazing house of wonders saved the day, with indoor swimming, pool games, board games, ping pong and so much more. Well situated, we rented bikes on the Main Street and didn’t use our car at all. Frank and his wife were a delight to deal with and responded very fast to our questions. Highly recommended.

La literie est très bonne. Bien sûr, la piscine nous a permis de nous amuser sans compter le babyfoot , le tennis de table et le billard. A reprévoir une seconde fois.

nous avons passé un séjour magnifique dans cette superbe villa. les propriétaires sont trés accueillants . la déco est trés original et de bon gout. tout le nécessaire pour faire du sport et aussi jouer au billard, baby foot...sac de boxe etc.. on y retournera a coup sure...

Séjour calme et dépaysant dans une villa confortable et bien équipée
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa atypique dans laquelle la pièce de vie principale se trouve à l’étage. C’est un véritable atout en terme de luminosité, et de chaleur la maison étant naturellement chauffée par le soleil. L’étage se trouve également bordé par une grande terrasse aménagée ,d’un côté en coin salon détente et de l’autre en salle à manger parfaitement à l’abri du vent et de la pluie , permettant d’y manger quel que soit le temps. La vue sur le jardin et notamment le bassin aquatique est très agréable. L’ambiance est zen et reposante. Les enfants ont pu profiter avec joie de la grande piscine couverte et chauffée malgré une température extérieure de 10 degrés. Table de Ping-pong et panier de basket ont également trouvé preneur sans oublier le billard pour les soirées des grands. La cheminée circulaire parfaitement fonctionnelle a suffit à réchauffer la maison en soirée.
Enfin le secteur offre de très belles balades avec plusieurs sentiers de randonnée à travers lesquels nous avons pu découvrir des paysages magnifiques et très variés, outre le bord de mer tout proche.

Un séjour entre mer et nature, au calme, dans une très belle maison
Maison originale mais fonctionnelle, avec une décoration très personnelle, ce qui rend l'endroit chaleureux.
Nous avons passé un très bon week-end chez Franck, la piscine est grande et agréable, la terrasse parfaite pour le petit-déjeuner au soleil et la maison très bien équipée pour ne pas s'ennuyer.
Franck a été disponible, très attentif et arrangeant pour notre départ, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement d'Hardelot (puisque la maison est très bien située au niveau du bois, à quelques minutes en voiture de la mer).
