Échanges avant le séjour chaleureux et amical. Accueil au top, la propriété et le décors magnifiques qui m’ont permis de fêter mes 25 ans d’une façon inoubliable, je m’excuse encore pour le bruit de le fête car le 1er soir nous avons l’impression d’etre complètement seuls et isolé tellement le silence régnaient autour. J’espere avoir encore la chance de séjourner dans ce paradis. Merci beaucoup

The upstairs of this villa is lovely, and as there were only two of us we lived on the upper level the entire time. There are two double bedrooms here (one with a king-sized bed). The kitchen is stylish and new, with french windows and a great view; and the living room is large with a nice dining table, comfortable leather recliners, two french windows and great views. The villa's air-con works swiftly and is much appreciated on occasions. The pool is completely private, not overlooked at all, and is genuinely heated, a pleasure to swim in by day amd in the evening. The star of the villa is the very large terrace, which has ample furniture for large groups (although we cleared it to one table, two sunbeda and a parasol, to enjoy even more space) and the sea view from this in both directions is absolutely spectacular. From dawn 'til bed-time it's the only place you want to be. And by the way i recommend getting up one morning to watch the indescribably beautiful sunrise. Amazing. The owners are helpful and prompt, and the housekeeper is a pleasant lady. The area is nicely quiet. We had a lovely stay and only went out four times in a fortnight as the terrace and view were too lovely to leave.

Schön, aber leider dieses Geld nicht Wert!

Sehr schöne Ausblick auf die Bucht. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und wird wöchentlich gereinigt. Parken muss man auf der Straße, da die Einfahrt extrem steil ist. Die Villa an sich ist schön, jedoch schon etwas renovierungsbedürftig. Zimmer im Erdgeschoss ohne Fenster haben alle Schimmelgeruch und sind feucht. Was auch zu bemängeln ist, dass das Haus etwas dürftig gereinigt war... Die Terasse war voller Blätter und Spinnennetzen. Außerdem war in der Spülmaschine noch schmutziges Geschirr (wie sich später herausgestellt hat, reinigt die Spüle nicht wirklich und wir mussten immer per Hand Spülen). In Mülleimer in unserem Zimmer lag noch Müll !? Wir haben für 14 Personen gebucht und leider ist ein Schlafplatz mitten im Wohnzimmer neben den Durchgang in die untere Etage und daher sehr unpraktisch. Im großen und ganzen ist zu sagen, das diese Villa, trotz perfekten Ausblicks, dieses Geld nicht Wert ist!!!

I have the best recommendations. The owner was very helpfull if we had any questions. A nice villa, spacious, airconditioned and with a comfortable swimmingpool. 5 minutes walk to a small beach. The garden is very private. The area is quiet and nice. If you want to take a trip to Saint Tropez you could leave the car in Les Issambres and take a small Ferry. We will definitely like to go back. En entrant dans cette magnifique villa, on ne se doute pas de toutes les pièces qu'elle cache ! Toutes propres, fonctionnelles et climatisées, on ne peut que passer un bon séjour. Le meilleur reste sans hésitation la vue et la piscine ! Une note positive pour la terrasse aussi, sur laquelle nous avons passé la majorité de notre temps. A cela nous pouvons ajouter un accueil chaleureux, avec des hôtes toujours prêts à aider si besoin. Nous sommes plus que satisfaits d'avoir pu y passé une semaine, à 9 ami(e)s, nous nous sommes sentis à l'aise et surtout : en vacances !

Excellent séjour

Comme une famille de cinq nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une belle maison spacieuse, propre, bien aménagée et entretenue (justement refait à neuf) et décorée avec goût. La situation est idéale à mi-hauteur de la colline proposant une vue splendide sur la mer en direction Fréjus et St. Raphaël tout en étant proche des restaurants et des commerces. Grande terrasse vue mer ainsi qu’une magnifique piscine. Tout était comme décrit dans l'annonce. Notre séjour d’une semaine était plutôt destiné au repos, à part St. Tropez nous n'avons rien visité. Nous conclurons ce commentaire en insistant sur la formidable qualité des contacts que nous avons eu avec les propriétaires sympathiques. Nous reviendrons et recommandons vivement cette location.

Très belle villa avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. Notre séjour s'est très bien déroulé. La localisation est également parfaite pour les gens qui aiment visiter les villes environnantes comme Saint-Tropez, Saint-Raphaël ou encore Sainte-Maxime. Je la recommande donc vivement à la fois pour les séjours en famille ou entre amis.

Quand est-ce qu'on y retourne ?

Magnifique villa spacieuse, agréable et fonctionnelle. Cette villa est située dans un petit quartier très calme à deux pas de Sainte-Maxime ou de la mer. Idyllique pour passer des après-midi ensoleillés autour de la piscine ou pour admirer la vue surprenante sur la baie. Elle convient très bien à une famille (nombreuse ou pas), à plusieurs familles ou encore à un groupe d'amis. Son atout majeur reste la vue que l'on a depuis le salon, on ne peut s'empêcher de faire des photos ! L'entretien est bien fait et la décoration est très jolie. C'est un véritable havre de paix. Je le conseillerais à tous mes amis qui ont envie de passer quelques jours dans le Sud de la France.

Villa absolument splendide avec une très grande superficie, propre et bien décorée ! Le panorama donne sur toute la baie, avec une grande terrasse où nous avons pu prendre petits déjeuners, apéritifs et BBQ tout en contemplant cette vue qui vous coupe littéralement le souffle ! De plus, le quartier est très calme, des voisins absolument charmants. La mer est très facile d’accès et à seulement quelques pas. Et sinon pour les paresseux comme moi l'eau de la piscine est très bonne ! En résumé, une première expérience pour nous, qui venons de la Belgique, dans le Sud de la France mais pas la dernière ! Nous reviendrons très rapidement ! Et nous vous remercions pour ce séjour vraiment idyllique ! Mickael-Scott L.
