Our family of six adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The flat was incredibly spacious, tidy and provided us with all the amenities — full kitchen, washing machine and multiple bathrooms. The highlight for us was the large terrace where most of our time was spent. The location was perfect as it is a quiet neighborhood but just a short walk away from all the main attractions, shops and restaurants. Our host was great with communication and kindly accommodated a modified check-in for us. Will definitely stay here again during any future trips to Florence!

Love the property.

The rooms were beautiful and the entire apartment was better than expected. We were within walking distance to a lot of great things. The only issue we experienced was the power going out 3 out of 4 nights. The new circuit breaker kept tripping if we turned on the a/c in our rooms and tried to run the washer machine. Deanna was apologetic and responsive. She said she would get an electrician to fix it. When she does, this place will be superb!

Deanna was very helpful and accommodating with the check-in and check-out process. We had 3 adult couples and the space and accommodations were very comfortable and roomy. The rooftop deck was a favorite as was the air conditioning. I would highly recommend this location for anyone wanting to be within walking distance to many local attractions....and our favorite gelato and coffee place within 1 block. Would definitely book this location again if we return to Florence.

The home is very spacious and comfortable. Great kitchen. The little terrace was fun to sit and enjoy a cocktail. Restaurants close by. Not to close to the crowds put close enough to walk to the historic sites. Beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. There were 6 of us. Only down side was no lift so you need to be able to walk up 5 flights of stairs.

Great flat, host was always prompt to communicate with us. Easy check in, we were able to do that earlier than the advertised check in time. Host was there to show us the place and help with any questions we had about the flat and logistics. Totally recommend it, especially if it is a larger group.

We were a group of friends attending a conference with our partners and having the space that this property offers was amazing
We had dinner parties for twelve with room around the generous table
Easy walk to conference centre which was by the station and wonderful local restaurants

Spacious traditional apartment on quiet street, convenient to all Florence attractions and special spots.

This property is what I envisioned for an Italian apartment. High ceilings, large common areas, and antique furniture. The only criticism is the electrical power. You can't opperate more than 1 major appliance at once. We had to reset the main breaker to the appartment twice in 4 days which is located on the main floor of the building.

We were within walking distance of the train station and local attractions. About a block from the river where you can see the sunset at night. AC was great as it was warm when we visited. Beautiful city. Plenty of space for the 6 of us.

Great place, good layout and location.
Issues with the electrical power, we lost power 5 times in 8 days. You have to go down to the main floor to reset the breakers and had a slight issue with one of the bathroom toilets but nothing major.
I did have trouble with the management company responding to my emails but check in went smoothly.
I would recommend this place to anyone needed 3 bedrooms plus a little extra space.

This is a perfect apartment for our 6-person family gathering - my wife and I, our daughter and her husband, their two teenagers/our grandchildren. Separate bedrooms, three bathrooms, large common spaces, deck for breakfasts outside, perfect location. We would happily return.

Perfect location as home base for our family, which included adult children and grand-babies. Walkable to everywhere and great space in apartment. Would certainly book it again.

So happy with our stay! Our host met my daughter for an early check in and even helped us with the trash take out on our last day, very helpful. The Christmas tree, decor, and glassware, and other stock, really made us feel at home during the holiday season.

Beautiful apartment nicely located just outside the center. The only issue we had was with the mosquitoes and mold in the shower/bathroom. Even though it was late December there were many mosquitoes in the apartment since we opened the windows on the first day.

I have rented many short-term stay apartments, but rarely have been tempted to use the word perfect in a review. This place is just that.

First off, I must say, it’s a gorgeous apartment. Well appointed with all the amenities one could need. Dishwasher, clothes dryer and washer, Wi-Fi works well, though not in the farthest bedroom, and three bedrooms and three full baths! Having said all that, we found the property to be less than clean, and a little shabby. Burnt shades on lights needed replacing, and the tattered window curtains also need to be replaced. The bathrooms were ok, but one had black mold in the shower stall, that had stained the grout which probably need to be replaced. The patio area was tired looking and needs a good pressure wash. Although our stay there was the middle of October, the weather was very pleasant and we could have used the lounge cushions, but were not available.

Very roomy four bedroom apartment with three baths, decent kitchen and terrace. Location was great as there was everything we needed (grocery, wine, bar, restaurants) within a few blocks. About a 1 km walk to Uffizi and Duomo but it's next to the river so the walk is enjoyable. The only complaint is the beds are REALLY hard. I like a firm mattress, but these beds were like sleeping on a stack of cardboard. Even with that, I would definitely stay here again.

Our family of four adults enjoyed four lovely nights in this beautiful apartment within easy walking distance to top Florence attractions. Tastefully decorated, light, and airy, there was plenty of space for everyone, and the outdoor patio was an especially nice place to enjoy a morning espresso. We definitely would stay here again when we return to amazing Florence!

We loved our stay. Only thing wrong - the air conditioner in the main room did not work which made it very uncomfortable in the living room and also in one bedroom as it did not have air at all.

This apartment was perfect! 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms for our family of 4 adults and two teenagers. There were a couple of rooms without AC but we made do with fans to help out. Florence was experiencing very hot weather. Location was central but a bit off the busy areas. I can’t say enough about our host who greeted us and made sure we knew everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Our host even arranged for taxi service to the airport at 4:00am on our last day. Local grocery stores and a variety of restaurants close by. One right across the street. I Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our time at this property. There were 6 of us and a baby. It worked out well for us. The place is spacious and we really enjoyed the outdoor space in the mornings. Kitchen is well equipped but we found the coffee machine a bit finicky. We appreciated the milk and other welcome supplies the owner provided.
It was quiet at night and the AC worked well. There is plenty of grocery and dining options nearby. We did wish it was a little closer to the center especially since it was so warm but everything is definitely walkable.
Owner was responsive with questions and anything we needed. We would definitely stay again.

Quite a special apartment!
The minute you walk into the apartment with the high ceilings and French style decor you know that this is going to be a unique stay in Florence. Two of the four bedrooms have AC units and their is a unit in the main living space to keep you cool while you chill out at the large dining table or at the ample seating space. The beautiful veranda off the kitchen and the washer/dryer were a real bonus in this space. Deanna & Sabilla were available throughout our entire stay and helped get us acclimated to the area in person and via WhatsApp chats. This apartment is only two blocks from the Arno river, a great gelateria (B. Nice), and many different restaurants. We walked over the river to get away from the crowds for dinner one night, and were also only a 15 minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio and all the touristy stuff. Make sure to stop at Harry’s Bar on your way home one night to have one of their famous Bellinis. Lapo the bartender will make you feel like royalty!

Great location: central to all of Florence
This apartment is well managed and in a residential,/upscale hotel, quiet part of Florence. It is quite close to the train station and the Arno. The furthest walk we had was to the Academia (David) which was just shy of 30 min.
However, I was only looking for a rental in the Oltrarno, which is where VRBO identified its location. And because the renter is not given the address until final payment, it was too late to change when I found out it was not wheee I thought I was booking. This was frustrating, but since this is a great location, it worked out fine. I just want others to know that it is not in Oltrarno, instead just on the other side of the Arno from where the VRBO pin drop is positioned.
Moving on to the apartment itself. The beds were comfortable and included nice linens. There is one en suite bedroom/bath and the other baths are convenient to the bedrooms. Two showers are fairly small; typical of Europe. The owners are mindful of providing for young ones; we noticed a high chair, rocking horse etc. Nice touches. The kitchen was suitably furnished for our short three night stay. It has options for coffee, providing both full coffee maker as well as a Nespresso. The living/dining area was spacious and inviting. If I was there longer I would enjoy perusing the many books displayed throughout!
The patio was a wonderful addition to enjoy in the mornings or evenings after a busy day. Street noise was limited but we did experience a problem one night with a loud group in apartment below us.
The owner was quite helpful with any assistance you may need for your stay. Email/messaging response was a little slow prior to our stay but they were very attentive while we were there.
We would not hesitate to stay here again, my only complaint was the general location provided in the listing was misleading.

Would stay again.
Although it is further from Ponte Vecchio Bridge than I anticipated, it turned out to be a good thing. The neighborhood is quiet and it is nice to be away from the crowds. The apartment is on the third floor so if stairs are a problem you need to consider that. We enjoyed the outdoor space.

Just lovely!
I, my 15-year-old daughter, and a close family friend stayed at the apartment for a week on vacation from the US. The apartment was just lovely! It was very spacious. Could clearly accommodate 7 to 8. The location was fantastic… Out of the business of center of town but absolutely walking distance to everything! The apartment had some quirkiness… The heated towel racks stopped working after the third day and there was a funky odor in the foyer but those were not troublesome. The beds were comfortable. When we arrived there were some basic groceries which was fantastic! The washer and dryer worked great. The views out the windows were wonderful. Had lots of privacy. The apartment is on the third floor with no elevator but that’s to be expected in Europe. we would highly recommend this VRBO and if we are ever in Florence again would love to stay here again!

Wonderful apartment in a great location
We loved our stay in this beautiful apartment in the heart of Florence. It is spacious, bright, comfortable, well equipped and had everything we needed. The location is top notch; walking distance from everything yet in a quiet neighborhood with access to lots of little shops, bakeries, a small supermarket and gourmet food store. We also really enjoyed the terrace. Deanna, the property manager is also wonderful. She answered all my questions right away, made herself available to help with anything we needed and contributed to us feeling at home and welcome. Thank you,

Spacious Apartment within easy striking distance of all the Florence highlights
A group of friends and I stayed in this apartment for my birthday in November 2021. It is on the second floor (no lift) of a handsome building close to the Arno River and approximately 10-15 minutes walk away from the Duomo and therefore excellently placed for all of the main highlights of Florence.
The apartment has 3 double bedrooms (one of which has an en-suite bathroom and another of which has an extra bed) and a smaller room with a bunk style bed. There are three bathrooms in total and a lovely terrace. The centre of the apartment is a lovely large reception room off which there is a very well stocked kitchen.
Communications with the owner and property manager were good and check in and check out were pretty seamless. We had a great time and I would thoroughly recommend the place for a larger group.
