You'll enter your luxurious separate guest cottage through French Doors to a first floor inviting living space with a pillow-top California King bed, a separate sitting room with sleeper sofa, private full bathroom and a 43" UHD Roku TV.
You'll have a microwave as well as a mini-fridge stocked with water and a beverage station with a Keurig coffee maker with complimentary coffee, tea and cream.

Your Elegant and Chic Beach Cottage, located in the most prestigious part of Santa Monica is waiting for you.
Enjoy ocean breezes and a quick 7 block stroll to the majestic Pacific Ocean view bluffs where you can walk along viewing the ocean and in 2 miles reach the famous Santa Monica Pier. Lively Montana Avenue is also just a short walk away with dozens of shops and restaurants for you to enjoy. My daughter and I liked this place a lot. The bed was SO comfortable, its soft and luxurious and I was very well rested. The shower pressure is amazing. Parking was super simple and right out front. I walked over to the Santa Monica Stairs every morning and got some exercise in! We would definitely stay again. Super close to everything we wanted to explore in LA!

Natalie was an awesome host with great communication from our initial contact to check out. The unit is comfortable and well equipped. We really enjoyed the private deck and yard area. It is an easy walk through a nice neighborhood to Montana Avenue or the park along Ocean Avenue.

My wife and I stayed here in June 2023 for several days. It's a walled off section of a main house in a residential area. There is a large deck outside the front door and a portion of the front yard that feels private because a lot of landscaping provides privacy. There is plenty of parking, we never had an issue with that. The property has a bedroom, bathroom and sitting area. All are large, clean and comfortable. There is a mini-fridge and microwave, not a full kitchen, but we aren't into cooking when we travel, lol, so it was adequate for our needs. The property is several blocks from Montana Avenue, which has tons of shops and restaurants. We walked there every day for breakfast and dinner and the neighborhood in between is delightful. Many unique houses and amazing landscaping. We always felt safe, even when we walked back and forth after dark. We also walked down to the beach and the Santa Monica Pier, which is a bit of a hike but was well worth it. We then walked to the downtown area and this was very pleasant as well. There is plenty of public parking by the beach or downtown if you don't want to walk it. We Ubered a couple of times as well, which was cheap and easy. Santa Monica is also very convenient to lots of attractions. We did a cool drive on Mulholland Drive to the Griffith Observatory while there. Natalie was a gracious host who reached out to us before we arrived and gave great info on places to go/see. Would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Natalie's private guesthouse! It's exactly as featured with all sorts of amenities. Plus, no worries about parking - there's plenty of street parking! It's also a great walking neighborhood for nearby dining, shops, grocery stores and even the Santa Monica Pier. Another advantage is that it is close by The Getty Villa and Museum and state park (if you enjoy hiking). As for Natalie, the owner, she's so very kind and has so many great suggestions for your stay. We need to come back and visit again!

Communication with owner Natalie was great. She called me 2 times before we arrived with all the check in details. The property is in a beautiful part of Santa Monica and a short walk to the beach. Restaurants and shopping are close too. She has a binder with everything you need to know about the area and the rental. The property is exactly as it is pictured and is very comfortable and inviting. The deck is so nice to sit on in the mornings and evenings. The weather was also beautiful. We loved Natalie and her lovely home. She made us so comfortable that it felt like I was with an old friend. Quiet and lovely appointed home. I especially loved the deck viewing the garden . The property is well located and fairly priced. Natalie, who runs it and also lives on the property is lovely, and very friendly and available to help in any way. She shared with me her intention to renovate the rental and to add a kitchenette. I feel this will greatly improve the space, which was a bit cluttered for a stay of several nights. It would also be beneficial to have blackout blinds or window coverings of some sorts as the rental is extremely bright in the morning.

Free parking. Nice guesthouse, although attached to main house, did not have the feeling that anyone was there. Road noise a little high during day, but very quiet and peaceful at night. Very close to the Santa Monica stairs. Walking to the beach, although would need something to carry all towels/chairs if you were going to sunbathe! Close to amenities of Santa Monica. People very friendly. Natalie was an awesome host, resupplied our coffee and other things as needed. All in all, great time!
