About this villa rental
5 bedroom villa 200 m2 with 8x4m swimming pool. In a peaceful area, 5 minutes walk from the historic center of L'Isle sur la Sorgue and antique dealers, we would be happy to welcome you in an Asian-inspired atmosphere, decor and contemporary garden (completely refurbished in March 2018) . Magnificent wooden beach terrace framing the swimming pool. We love China where we live part of the year. At the gateway to the Luberon, 30 minutes from Avignon and an hour from Marseille, it is an ideal spot for families and friends wishing to rest and discover Provence.
Housing
The house is located in a small quiet road, on the edge of urbanization in the town of L'Isle sur la Sorgue. This large villa from the 60s, completely renovated in Spring 2017, is ideal for a stay with "large" family or friends. The decoration and furnishings are rather minimalist and of Asian inspiration. The space, the light and some inspirations from our travels in Asia fill this house with a serene and practical atmosphere. Covered terrace shaded by a large maple tree, 8x4 swimming pool, garden, large bright interior space (70 m2) with open kitchen on the ground floor: all the ingredients are there for a great holiday in Provence!

Wonderful stay in a beautiful location!
Our family of 5 (two adults and children ages 9, 11, and 14) spent a week at this beautiful home and had a fantastic vacation. The house was spacious, clean, and very well-maintained. It stayed cool inside even during days when the temperature reached 99F/37C, and we were able to sleep comfortably despite the heat outside. The outdoor space was lovely as well, with a table, several sitting areas, and a garden with herbs, tomatoes, and raspberries available for guests.
The location is great. The house feels quiet and private, but we were able to walk into L'Isle Sur la Sorgue in less than 10 minutes (even with 3 kids) for meals and to enjoy the market days. We were also able to take day trips to several other areas, such as Rousillon, Avignon, and the Pont du Gard. There was plenty to do and see for everyone in the family. The pool provided a great way for our kids to entertain themselves during the hotter part of the day.
Cristel and Jerome were wonderful hosts. They went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was comfortable, offering restaurant and activity recommendations and checking in with my husband when he got sick toward the end of trip to make sure he did not need anything. They are quickly and easily available if any problems arise and very responsive to any questions.
