EXTERIOR
This holiday rental with pool in the Luberon has a pleasant enclosed garden of 3500 m² in terraces, planted with olive trees, vines and fruit trees,
The garden consists of:
- A pleasant private pool 9x5m equipped with sun loungers, (depth from 90 cm. to 2m, in service from April to the end of September, with protective barriers as a safety system and accessible by steps) 2 entrance gates, outdoor shower and relaxation area by the pool.
- A terrace (45 m²) facing south, shaded over 30 m², opening onto the magnificent view, with garden furniture and a mobile gas barbecue.
- A garage (1 parking space) and parking spaces within the property.
INTERIOR
This holiday home with pool in the Luberon is on two levels. It has an area of 130 m². It is decorated in a traditional Provençal style. It has:
ON THE GROUND FLOOR:
-A air-conditioned living/dining room (30 m²) equipped with a television (TNT), a DVD player, a hi-fi system and a fireplace.
- A separate kitchen (12 m²), consisting of a dining area, a fridge, electric hobs, an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster, a filter coffee maker and a Senseo coffee maker.
- A utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer.
3 Bedrooms:
- A bedroom (16 m²) with a double bed 160 and air conditioning.
- A bedroom (15 m²) with two single beds 90 and air conditioning
- A bedroom (9 m²) with two bunk beds 90 with a fan, facing north
- A separate bathroom (9 m²) with two sinks, a bathtub, a shower and a toilet.
- A separate toilet
GARDEN LEVEL
- A separate bedroom (20 m²) with a double bed 160, television and its adjoining 6 m² bathroom (sink, shower and toilet) accessible either from the garden (terrace) or from the garage.
Maximum occupancy: 8 people
Household linen included (sheets, bath and beach towels, tea towels and tablecloths)
Baby equipment is available (a cot, a high chair)

Composed of several steps, this house is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. However, it is suitable for the elderly.
