About this house rental
Charming 140m² Spanish villa with all mod cons just 500 meters from the beach.
8 people can stay there thanks to the 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 3 single beds) and 2 sleeping places in the living room. Everyone will be entitled to their share of comfort with 2 bathrooms, a large and very pleasant living room and 2 furnished terraces. All rooms are equipped with air conditioners and fans so that heat is no longer a problem. The kitchen is fully equipped. In the living room, there is an LED satellite TV, a DVD player in all formats and a Bose mini-channel.
There is free internet access in the villa, evenings allowed and pets welcome.
A new rounded and covered terrace of 30 m² by the pool will be appreciated for eating away from the heat with direct access to the kitchen.
A deposit of € 400 is payable upon arrival.

Beautiful villa central to everything you need in lovely Los Narejos. Short drive or bus ride to many other towns and Mar Menor beaches. There are so many different bars and restaurants on the 525 strip that you get spoiled for choice.We loved every minute of our stay. Many thanks for a wonderful holiday.

Lovely villa in quiet residential area close to the beach and the strip or the centre of Los Alcazares. There were even some fabulous air displays. The pool is huge and deep. The area felt very spanish and not very touristy which was lovely.

Amazing property, ideally situated a short walk to the Strip with absolutely everything you can think of to make your stay amazing. And the pool!! It was much larger than we were expecting. My son spent most of his time in the pool and it was easily big enough to swim laps (and work off all that lovely food and drink)! Spotlessly clean, efficient check in and out and first class communication with the owner. We loved it and will definitely return.

We had a wonderful week in this fantastic villa..it was immaculately clean and equipped to the highest standards.
A short 10 minute walk to the beach and strip made.it a.perfect location.
The beds were super comfortable and there were lots of sunbeds and a covered seating area around the.pool.
One minor disappointment was that the pool is.not heated and.was too cold to use on some.of the days.
All in all we had a superb week and would highly recommend this villa.

We have a superb week staying at the villa. Three generations and with need of assistance owing to health issues of several members but the week was just perfect. It was extremely hot and the beautiful pool was a Godsend. Thank you so much to Dominique and Nicholas for your communication before and during our stay owing to our needs - it was the much needed rest we all hoped it would be and are going to return. Highly recommended.

The villa was perfect for all our family needs. Spacious both inside and out, with all the necessary furniture/equipment to make it a comfortable stay. The outside area was even better than described, with plenty of comfortable, shaded areas. The pool was one of the largest we have had, which was great for the kid. Overall, it’s a fantastic villa and we would definitely use it again.

This is honestly the best villa we have rented. The location is excellent - just a few minutes walk to the beach and to all the restaurants and bars.
The villa itself was very clean and well equipped. The pool was just lovely.
There are numerous places to sit outside, plus an upstairs terrace just by the upstairs bedroom.
The area itself is also one of the cleanest and well kept areas of Spain we have been to.

Lovely relaxing holiday
Beautiful villa in a lovely quiet location within a 10 minute walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. The villa is spacious, immaculate and has everything required for a relaxing holiday. The outside space is fantastic, very spacious and the pool is the largest we've had at a private villa, the kids loved it. We had a couple of minor issues whilst staying however these were dealt with very promptly by Nicolas the property manager. We are regulars visitors to Los Narejos/Los Alcazeres and will definitely be back to this villa, it's the nicest we've stayed in.

We stayed at this property 2 years ago & really liked it hence why we have come back again this year.
We cant fault the villa, always clean and has all that you need, especially love the outside seating area. Pool was too cold for me and my daughter this year but still lovely to sit around. I'm sure we will be back.

Los Nerojos
Los Nerejos is adjacent to Los Alcazares and we thought the location was great, Close to the beaches, supermarkets (4) and the restaurants etc.
We found the Property Manager (Nicolas) very helpful and very quick to respond to queries (all small) The midstay cleaning was thorough and excellent.
Plenty of outside space and furniture.
We would have liked the pool to be heated even if it cost more.
We did have problems because of Covid 19, leading to us having to delay our booking a couple of times. Dominique dealt with it sympathetically and very well. Thank you Dominique.
Overall we were very happy with the villa and its location.

Spacious family villa
We had a wonderful stay here and would definitely recommend. We had toddlers with us & it worked perfectly, it is a lovely space for families. The house is well equipped, clean, great facilities and a wonderful pool.

Lovely villa
Lovely big clean villa with plenty of outside space for both eating or just lounging around by the pool. Villa has everything you could possibly need also with WiFi and English TV. Lovely quiet location and very short walk to the beach or "The Strip" for bars and restaurants and supermarket. Have been visiting Los Alcazares for 12 years and this is definitely a villa we would love to return to. Thanks to Dominique who responded promptly to any questions we had prior to the stay and to Laurent who was very flexible with the check in/check out times.

Fantastic villa in good location
The villa is in a prime location a short walk to a beach safe for small children. The villa is spacious with a large pool and a newly built terrace seating 8 people. Three double bedrooms however one is accessed via external steps with own en-suite shower room. Clean, comfortable and kitted out with everything you could need.

Excellent location
This villa is in an excellent location for both the beach and the restaurants. The facilities offered are very good, the only fault we had was the bed linen and also the towels weren’t the best. We think they are ready to be replaced. Apart from that we had a really good week.

Nice villa and great location
Really enjoyed our stay here. Upstairs bedroom accessed via external staircase worked really well for us, as had in-laws staying with us and it was like their own space . During summer months, pool is probably fine, but in October, it was really cold and as a result didn't get much use at all.

A real home from home
We went with the mother-in-law (80 yeas old) and our 2 sons 25 & 22. This villa was ideal a real home from home. All White goods available so we came home without any dirty washing as even in December (christmas week) the weather was warm enough to dry outside.
3 toilets, 1 by the pool in with the washing machine, 1 in the upstairs (stairs outside)bedroom, ensuite and 1 in the house. The main bathroom has a seperate shower and bath.
We had fun with the bird that lives next door waking you up with it's whistles. The dogs from the neighbours can sometimes get a bit noisy but that's the only fault I could find.
The kitchen had everything you needed.
The pool was clean although not heated so to cold for us to swim in. They came during out stay to put in English progammes so if you like your soaps etc you won't miss any.
All I want to say is you won't be disappointed. Enjoy you stay.

Lovely villa with plenty of outdoor living space
We very much enjoyed BBQing and eating out on the terrace. The pool was a bit cool (October) but we still made good use of it, as it looks so inviting. The villa is very well equipped, there was nothing that we needed that wasn't available.
The upstairs room is accessed via external stairs, so perhaps not convenient/suitable for families with young children, but as we were two couples it wasn't a problem - just a bit different to what we are used to. The upstairs shower is very tiny. The towels and linen could be of better quality, and the beds creak - but these are just minor criticisms.

Beautiful Villa needing a little TLC in places!
Beautiful villa, mattresses slightly too hard for majority of our party and bedding and pillows very tired. Outdoor area is amazing and well equipped although it was at times like being next door to a zoo, With the dog barking and waking us up in the early hours and the bird ( or a human? ) constantly whistling. We found the extra charges a little harsh as it was most definitely cleaner when we left than when we arrived! There was an empty condom wrapper on the floor of one of the bedrooms and it certainly wasn't any of ours. We also had problems with the TV and only one English Channel. Nicholas
was extremely charming and very welcoming and assisted with all our needs. Please accept this as constructive criticism as overall, the villa is beautiful and extremely well equipped. Close to all amenities and within walking distance to the beach. We would most definitely stay there again.

Regular visitors to Los Alcazares. Stayed here for second time this year. Excellent villa, very well equipped and well maintained. In a quiet area, near restaurants, shops and beach. Outside area is great with a large swimming pool, lots of sun loungers, barbecue for wonderful outdoor dining. Will definitely be returning.

Excellent villa
My wife and I have just returned from a 3 week stay in this villa. It is in a great location in a quiet cul-de-sac close to all the bars, restaurants and shops. The beach is also close by, about a 10 minute walk away. The villa is clean, tidy, well maintained and has all the mod cons. All the rooms have air conditioning units in them, a must for those warm evenings. One of the big plus points is the large, private and well maintained swimming pool and patio area. There are plenty of sunbeds, tables, chairs and shaded areas. Lawrence and his team who look after the villa and pool provided excellent customer service and were very helpful throughout our stay. We will definitely be returning and would highly recommend this villa.

This villa is much larger than the photos give it credit for. The pool is BIG. We ( me, hubby, daughter son in law and 3yr old and 9month old) absolutely loved it. Clean and tidy. Plenty utensils. Bbq great. We had the room upstairs which was ideal. Private and lovely roof terrace. Utility by the pool was great with washer and toilet and plenty room to store toys. Shops bars restaurants and beach all within 10 minute walk. The "strip" was ideal for evening meals everything you could fancy to eat. It's worth taking the train to the old town more bars and restaurants there. It's an easy walk during the day comlng back along beach. Pity there wasn't more beach front cafes Would definitely recommend this villa and we hope to return. 10/10.

we spent a week in the villa. it is a great size for a family stay or a group of friends. the pool is idea also the bbq. not to far from the town once i get use to which way to go. loads of pubs and restaurants to choose from. compared to some of the places are friends stayed i would say this is 5star

Lovely villa
Villa is in a great location so handy for all bars,restaurants and shops. The Rio Nalon is the street with all the bars and restaurants with the 525 hotel at the top and it is only a short stroll from the villa. The villa is well equipped with fairly new white goods and a really good cooker/oven. The air con is great and a nights sleep is possible no matter how warm although the two single bed are noisy when you turn over lol. The outside pool area is one of the best we have had with good sun loungers and tables/chairs for outside dining. The toilet by the pool is very clean and also has a nice Samsung washing machine. We would happily return here in the future.
