🛏️ Do you want to sleep in a double bed? Once the reservation has been made, you can reserve a “double bed” option at €30 per double bed, so that the 2 single beds become a double bed, with a double mattress and a double duvet.

House rules:
🚭 This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited.
🚭 Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 additional cleaning fee.

🐕 Animals are accepted on request (animals under 15kg and not dangerous) with a supplement of 30€ per stay per animal. It is requested that animals be kept on a leash outside the accommodation.

Bed linen and towels as well as standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes change of bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.
However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, take down the trash cans, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 60€. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of €120 for cleaning costs will be invoiced to you.

🧹 For stays of 8 nights or more, a complete weekly cleaning with change of all linen is included in the price, always with the exception of the equipped kitchen and dishes. The desired weekly cleaning day (excluding Sundays and public holidays) must be indicated on your yaago traveler space at least 48 hours in advance. It will be confirmed to you subject to availability. Weekly cleaning is free. If you do not want this service, it can be canceled but will not be refunded.
🧹 For stays of 7 nights or less, it is possible to reserve a “cleaning during the stay” option before the stay, always with the exception of the equipped kitchen and the dishes with an additional charge, upon prior reservation.

📝 A signature of a digital contract as well as your ID, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as information for the police file, in accordance with the regulations in force. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.

We enjoyed the location and the fact that there was an elevator. We had a difficult time figuring out the car parking.

We loved this property. We were so close to historic sites, shopping, and dining. The apartment was spacious and well appointed. While it seemed a bit odd to go to a separate site to complete booking, the communication, instructions, and information specific to our stay was easy to access and coveted all aspects of our stay. Both the check in and departure processes were easy. I would definitely recommend staying here. While we weren’t here for Christmas Markets and missed the Easter Market by only a few days, I assure you this property is perfectly located for that as well.

Great property for a group of 6-8 to enjoy Colmar. Central location with access to nearby parking. Large 3rd floor apartment with all the amenities you’ll need and a prompt and courteous staff. For a quirky old building the layout was fine and spacious. Only downside would be a lack of views from the property itself as your sandwiches between other buildings, but a short walk solves that with ease. I’d stay here again!

Newly renovated, great condition, comfortable beds and furniture, well equipped. The only problem was no instructions on using the stove and the fact that is wasn't very efficient for stove top cooking. Otherwise a great place to stay. Very responsive and helpful management.

The bldg entrance is dirty and smells of garbage. The elevator also smells of garbage. When we arrived only 1 of 2 toilets worked. Someone came to fix it after 24 hrs but it still didnt work properly. The second toilet also needs to be fixed. The biggest inconvenience is the number of emails from different people for everything,If we wrote one email we received 5 answers from 5 different places - Vrbo, Cotoon(more than 2) etc..

Bel appartement idéalement placé et très agréable Dysfonctionnements: TV non disponible le premier soir mais intervention immédiate , et lave-vaisselle hors d'usage tout le WE mais changé juste après notre départ
