About this apartment rental
Apartment of 70 m2 for 5 people. Ground floor: kitchen 10 m2, bathroom (shower), toilet, living room 17 m2 with TV and sofa. 1st floor: 1 room 18 m2 with three beds of 90 and a room of 16 m2 with a bed of 140.
Equipment: vacuum cleaner, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer. Ready possibility of cot and high chair. BBQ loan.
Parking in the yard of the house.
Close to shops and buses.
Indoor swimming pool 1 km, the Semonoz Station (17 Km) skiing, skiing, snowshoeing, summer toboggan, starting paragliding. Lake Annecy at 5 Km.

Very clean. In a quiet location

What a lovely property to stay at, quiet and the hosts were friendly and helpful, it was our base for following the tour de france, so many places to go and visit, annecy is picturesque, lots of nice restaurants etc, i will definitely be considering again for future stays

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé, nos hôtes ont été à la fois discrets et disponibles au besoin. Le logement était propre, confirme aux photos, et tout le nécessaire s'y trouve pour passer un bon séjour.

Super séjour en famille
Nous avons passé 5 jours magnifique dans cette région. La location était irréprochable on ne manqué de rien ! De plus merci aux propriétaires très sympathique pour toutes les découvertes les plus importantes à visiter dans les environs. Merci beaucoup et à bientôt on espère ! Les Vosgiens

Nous avons été tres bien accueillis. La maison est conforme à la description et parfaite pour une famille avec toites les commodités disponibles. Les propriétaires sont tres disponibles et atencieux. Nous recommandons vivement et reviendrons sans hésiter.

Location conforme à la description et aux photos.
Gite très propre. Cuisine bien équipée et fonctionnelle.
Très bien chauffé. Il ne manque rien. Peut être revoir la réception TV qui est absente pour certaines chaines de la TNT.

très belle location, propre et bien située
Nous avons été très gentiment reçus , les propriétaires sont discrets mais à disposition en cas de besoin et très serviables. Le logement est très propre, la cuisine parfaitement bien équipée. En cette saison hivernale, la chauffage était parfait. C'est un logement confortable, bien pensé, et très bien situé pour visiter la ville d'annecy, le semnoz....nous y retournerons certainement.

Nous avons été tres contents de passer notre petit sejour a Seynod dans la proprété de Gérard et Jacqueline. Une maison tres propre et extérieur bien agréable avec la terrasse couverte. De plus les proprietaires ont été tres accueillants et sympathiques ,plein de delicatesse envers nous . Gérard a bien su nous indiquer les balades et visites possibles dans le secteur, nous a fait visiter le musée des vieilles machines agricoles et tracteurs....tous deux tres disponibles pour nous si nous avions besoin de quelque chose. Je recommande un sejour chez eux et si nous le pouvons nous retournerons sans probleme

Excellent apartment
The apartment is very spacious, very clean, and it was well equipped. We were very happy to find some toys that our little one was happy to play with, the wi-fi was excellent, the kitchen was extremely pleasant, and Jacqueline and Gerarde, the home owners, were very nice and amiable hosts. Despite the fact that we do not speak French, we managed to communicate with them. Add this to the fact that the location is great and about 15-20 min away from Annecy center, we were extremely satisfied. Thank you!

Selon les enfants le wifi n’était pas à la hauteur mais nous étions la bas pour visiter la région et la situation du logement est idéale pour cela.

Logement très propre, très spacieux, bien situé, non loin du lac d'Annecy et des magasins, dans un environnement très tranquille. Idéal emplacement pour visiter la belle région d'Annecy et ses alentours!
Tous les équipements nécessaires sont présents.
Mr et madame Castella sont très gentils et généreux. Ils nous ont même donné des courgettes de leur beau potager.
Ils nous ont donné des info très utiles concernant les endroits à visiter, ce qui nous a fort aidé!

très bien pour visiter Annecy et alentours
La maison est spacieuse, propre et bien équipée, les propriétaires sympathiques, et nous sommes tout à fait satisfaits de notre séjour.
Si je devais faire une petite remarque, je dirais juste que la salle de bain n'étant pas aérée ou vraiment équipée d'une VMC, elle était un peu humide et les serviettes n'y séchaient pas.
Le seul "bémol" pour quelqu’un qui voudrait être au calme est que c'est un peu passager: les chambres donnent sur une route et la "cour" où il est possible de manger est sans intimité car c'est le parking de la location + l'entrée pour les propriétaires et leur fils et les visites et arrivées de voitures de visiteurs étaient quotidiennes.
Personnellement cela ne nous a pas gêné toutefois dans la mesure où nous partions visiter tous les jours, mais ce ne serait pas reposant pour quelqu'un qui voudrait rester là la journée je pense et chercherait une ferme au calme pour se reposer (ce n'est pas à la campagne).

Very Good localization in a calm place, only 5 km from the center. Well equiped kitchen, big rooms, big living room, excellent barbecue space...the only "but" is the bathroom.
