اقامة مريحة و ممتعة و الشقة تعطي احساس بالراحة للاشخاص الي يسكنون فيها

الشقة مريحة جداً فيها كل شي متوفر من أدوات مطبخ و لوازم الحمام الاثاث جديد الواي فاي متوفر ، التفلزيون شابك بالنت و موجودة القنوات الي بالاشتراك الشهري ، صاحب الشقة شقة قمة في الرقي خدوم جداً و خلوق و ابداً ما قصر معانا ، اول ما وصلت كنت محتاج دكتور و فعلاً ساعدني و جاني دكتور ، و كان حارس العماره يلبي طلباتنا بتوصية من زياد صاحب الشقة ، حاولت اطلع شي سلبي بالشقة فعلاً ما حصلت لان الشقة مجهزة من كل شي يحتاجة الضيف و صاحب الشقة رجل ودود كان يتصل يطمن علينا كل كم يوم و يشوف لو شي ناقصنا ، انصح فيها و بشدة راح تعجبكم لانها قريبة من الاماكن الحيوية و شقة راقية و مطابقة لصور و طبعاً راح تكون وجهتي في كل مرة انزل فيها للقاهرة

و لا شي كل شي كان متكامل و اي شي نحتاجة حتى لو استفسار صاحب الشقة ما يقصر رجال خدوم و كريم و ودود

Flat is not luxurious, below our expectations

The host was supportive and helpful even before we arrived at the premise. They kept communicating with us even while he was on travel. Thanks also for the welcome drink and sweets. The location was close to the main attractions in Cairo City and there were many nearby cafes and restaurants. The receptionists at entrance were welcoming and friendly.

To be honest, the apartment is old, far from luxury and far below our expectation. Even though the host sent some photos for the flat prior to arrival, I think they were not reflecting the reality. The master bedroom wheel was rolling and not stable at all. The apartment was not cleaned well and the beds sheets were a bit dusty and stinky. I reported that to the building management and eventually we were offered to move to other flat downstairs. It was better than what we had booked initially but still found to be unclean and perhaps, because they were not expecting us to stay there. So the host thankfully arranged a cleaner two days later and got it cleaned, with the beds being washed.

Exceptional

Clean, spacious and well equipped apartment. Mr.Ziad was beyond wonderful with excellent clear communication. He went the extra mile of preparing condinments and filling the fridge which was wonderful as we didn't have to go shopping in our first days. Location is in the center of everything. Resturants, pharmacy, currency exchange office, mini market, bakery and clothing stores are all 1-3 mins walking distance. Building staff were very helpful and security was available round the clock. Had a really lovely stay and won't be our last.

Great and wonderful Stay Recommended

Zeyad is very kind and honest person. he is very responsive, when i face any problem he is solving the problem just in minutes. His apartment is very clean and comfortable, he cares about his customers and want to give them a great and wonderful stay. The location is also very good its close to Lebanon square everything is available in the area. I enjoyed my stay in his apartment. Recommended place for great experience.

A comfortable stay in Cairo

The owner and the receptionist were extremely kind and helpful. The apartment was big with comfortable beds. There are shops and restaurants in the vicinity. The essentials like sugar, salt, shampoo etc. were provided.

The building is in bad shape, still the apartment itself is nice and cozy. The apartment could have been cleaner. The towels were not provided. Internet is slow.

I like my stay at the apartment and certainly I will come again .

The apartment was clean and comfortable , the kitchen is cozy and equipped with all requirements you may need . I like every part of it . The owner Mr Ziad and other staff were very helpful and supportive .They do their best and utmost effort to make your stay more comfortable .

Very friendly host, whom you can ask anything anytime. He will help you and advise to the best of his abilities.

The apartment is very nice and spacy and cosy, yet the entrance to the building looks a bit shady. Luckily this is not resembled in the appartement at all.

Excellent and Value for money

The apartment location is central with all the restaurants, shops and tourist attractions nearby. The flat was very clean and immaculate with all the appliances in excellent working order. The Owner of the flat Mr Ziad is such a kind gentleman available 24/7 and kept asking us if we needed anything. Mohamed the porter was very polite and helpful with getting our groceries from the nearby shops. I will definitely come back again.

Very good

The location is very amazing and you can get to anywhere easily by Taxi. The Nile is close to the apartment just a few minutes walking. And about shopping everything beside you you will not need any efforts to get your GROCERIES Or drinks . You will enjoy to stay in this apartment.

Great location, spacious & clean apartment and a super-host!

Very tide and clean apartment with everything you could possibly need. Despite its central location (in a busy neighborhood), the apartment was surprisingly very quiet. Naji was very helpful, recommended a couple of nice restaurants and was always there when we needed him. We had a great stay and we'll definitely be back.

Class on a Budget

There were thoughtful touches throughout the apartment and the host was helpful and accommodating with tips on the best places to go to for food and tourism. The internet was decent too! Ive been to so many places were the internet speeds were inadequate for my work and streaming but I had no issues on that front. Will definitely come back again!

Very Clean and Exceptional

I Stayed there for four days. In fact the apartment location is excellent and close to all shops at the main road down to the building. The cleanliness of the apartment is excellent, and the furniture is beautifully arranged. And all its devices work perfectly. The direct owner of the apartment is a very respectful and very friendly person who has been keen to provide all the cleaning, comfort and necessary needs. Therefore, I decided to extend my stay for another four days. And for sure I will stay here next time when I visit the city again. Thank you very much for the manager and his team for making my stay safe and comfortable.
