It was a pleasure to stay there for one week in July. The view on the water with always changing colors was beautiful. And the beach with fine white sand and fresh water and good waves is fantastic at sunshine. We would have stayed longer if we could.

Excellent séjour entre amis
L’appartement est très bien équipé et parfait pour 4 couples adultes. La vue est magnifique avec une terrasse et un jardin fleuris très agréables. L’emplacement permet de partir faire des randonnées sur le sentier des douaniers, et les plages sont toutes proches.

Une belle maison dans un lieu superbe, les environs a visiter, une côte magnifique et ce granit rose toujours aussi surprenant. La météo nous a permis de profiter de la terrasse et de belles balades. Nous y retournerons.

Appartement de M. Brillault à Perros Guirec face à la mer
Cet appartement est idéal à tous points de vue, la mer à 180°, les aménagements (chaque chambre a un lavabo, ce qui est rare), 2 salles de bain, 2 toilettes, très beau séjour donnant sur la mer, cuisine aménagée, grande terrasse ensoleillée. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié cette location.

Appartement comme une maison
Cet appartement avec sa grande terrasse face à la mer et son petit jardin donne plutôt l'impression d'être dans une maison. La vue est vraiment superbe. Le quartier est très calme.
L'appartement est très agréable et très bien équipée. Il n'y a aucune mauvaise surprise.
Nous y avons passé une excellente semaine.

Exzellentes Apartment in traumhafter Lage
Wir kamen an und wurden herzlich erst in der Agentur und dann sogar vom Eigentümer selbst - empfangen.
Das Apartment ist wirklich Luxus-Klasse - sowohl von der Ausstattung und Sauberkeit - als auch von der fantastischen Lage.
Es fehlt wirklich an nichts und man merkt, dass der Eigentümer auch im selben Haus wohnt. Alles - auch der Garten - ist sehr gepflegt und die Wohnung wunderschön, mit Gardinen und Bildern ausgestattet. Der Blick von der riesigen Terrasse/ Balkon unvergesslich!!!!
Bei kleinen Problemchen wird sofort geholfen ;-)))
Das Objekt hat eine Alleinlage nach Westen auf einer An -höhe, so dass man fast den ganzen Tag Sonne hat. Die Strände und Bäckerei in nächster Nähe - allerdings mit dem PKW. Dafür wird man mit dem "Naturspektakel " der jeden Tag ein- und auslaufenden Tiden und absoluter Ruhe belohnt. Wir konnten unseren Blick garnicht abwenden! Die kleine Straße wird nur von Anliegern befahren.
Schöner kann eine Unterkunft nicht sein!
Perros Guirec ist ein sehr schöner Ort. Wir haben fast jeden Abend " a la plage" gegessen. Auch Ploumana'ch mit dem Hafen und der Hafen von Perros mit dem marché sind einfach schön "bretonisch".

Appartement confortable avec superbe panorama
Malgré une météo très pluvieuse nous avons passé un séjour très dépaysant et reposant dans l'appartement de M et Mme Brillault . Une vue exceptionnelle et une situation géographique idéale. De plus, tout est pensé pour des vacances en familles.
M et Mme Brillault sont de surcroit charmants et arrangeants. Nous recommandons fortement !

Magnifique panorama
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, rien ne manque dans l'appartement, on peut cuisiner "comme à la maison". Et cette vue , malgré une météo un peu capricieuse, est plus que magnifique.
Nous avons adoré, les plus jeunes comme les plus vieux.
Bon, allez, si je dois donner un point moins positif , je ne dis pas négatif : étant habituée depuis de nombreuses années à un lit de 160, le lit de 140 était un peu juste. Mais malgré cela, nous avons très bien dormi grâce aussi à ce calme .

Une croisière les pieds sur terre
Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse dans un appartement tel qu'il est décrit dans l'annonce. Très bien situé, aucun bruit, une vue sur la mer dont on ne se lasse jamais.
Equipement moderne et fonctionnel. Très propre.
Le beau temps nous a permis de manger sur la terrasse tous les jours.
Les sites pour faire sans difficulté de magnifiques ballades sont très proches de la maison : La côte de granit rose et son sentier des douaniers, les septs iles, l'ile grande, Trégastel, Port Blanc etc.
Surtout ne pas hésiter à choisir cette annonce
La WIFI fonctionne très bien.
Une recommandation à faire: Rajouter des plats de service ( en verre ou en inox ) pour les entrées .

Magnifique !
C'est en résumé la vue depuis l'appartement. La situation à proximité de la côte de granit rose est aussi idéale. Je regrette juste qu'on ait pas accès à la mer juste en-dessous de la maison. Le chemin côtier étant impraticable.

Séjour mémorable
La photo prise de la terrasse de l'appartement résume notre séjour : beau temps , panorama exceptionnel d'où qu'on se tienne( surtout pour des Alsaciens ) et absence de souci grâce aux équipements, à la fonctionnalité, à la propreté et à la situation de l'appartement .
La seconde semaine nous y étions à huit sans être les uns sur les autres .
La météo nous fut farorable, et nous en avons profité : visite des 7 îles, Bréhat, sentier des douanier etc ...mais les possibilités sont nombreuses même sous le crachin autour de cette fameuse côte de granit rose .
A recommander sans hésiter !

On ne se lasse pas de ce panorama qui nous est offert de toute part.
Vue à 360° avec toutes les lumières de Bretagne
Location parfaitement bien entretenue, on a vraiment l'impression de rentrer chez soi. Les propriétaires font tout pour votre confort.
Nous avons pu déjeuner en octobre sur la terrasse en plein solei
Nos petits enfants adorent les plages de Trestrignel, Trestraou et jusqu'à Trégastel.
Les crêoes du Coste à Ploumach et celles de Perros.au salon de thé de la Chaumière...
Enfin tout un art de vivre à Perros et ses environs.
Et heureux de pouvoir partager nos émotions et le confort de cette belle location avec nos amis

Magnifique maison surplombant la mer
Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique où nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous, impression dû à toutes les petites attentions laissées par le propriétaire. La vue sur la mer est encore plus belle en vrai que sur les photos. La disposition des pièces permet à chacun d'avoir son espace, la pièce de vie est très agréable avec vue à tomber, la terrasse superbe. C'est certain nous reviendrons !

Nous voulions partager notre "amour" de Perros avec des amis et le choix de cette demeure était idéal. Vue sur l île Tomé et lever du soleil au petit déjeuner.
Nous avons pu apprécier la disposition de cet appartement où tout a été pensé et où tout est fait pour un confort simple mais réel. Appartement impeccable et équipement parfait. Nous conseillons cet appartement à tous ceux qui savent aimer les lumières de bretagne et surtout respecter les biens qui leur sont confiés.
