Antonia beach house was our second vacation apartment in Holland.
After we arrived unfortunately the key was not in the agreed place and she was not available by phone.
Unfortunately, she was also not at home.
We waited 1 hour but she was still not available. It was a terrible experience and we felt very uncomfortable after we have everything paid we were not in our apartment lasen. We are very disappointed.
And we still have no money back.
Please beware the vacation apartment is not reliable

The beach next to the accommodation is definitely worth a visit. you walk through the park 10 mins to a beautiful sandy beach and a great beach bar
Access is down a back lane, which is fine in summer but a torch may be needed in the dark

Location
The room is basically a garden shed, which is in principal ok, but good to know. The small terrace outside is part of the backyard of the owner. The entrance door of the room is the back door of the garden shed which opens onto an unlit back path where a garbage bag was to be found. Overall the room is kind of cosy but not clean. The floor was dirty, the mattress not covered with a protective mattress, the cover full of fluff, the hairdryer with sticky substance and hair, door handles not clean etc. We asked the owner to vacuum the floor, which she did. However, this didn't help much and did not take away the overall disappointing impression.

It was cosy. The location was very nice. The host was very friendly and helpful.
There was no heater on which we could dry our wet clothes, in case of pouring rain that is.

Location super close to the beach ,
The place is small but very cozy and had everything we needed! We really liked it and would love to come back :)

The location is great. Very close to the beach. Saskia is very friendly and communication was great. Got a little suprise when we got there. Wifi is good.
1 hot plate, very hard to get food delivered because of the location. Bed was too soft.

The small bungalow is perfect for a short stay - a few minutes walk from the magnificent sea, dunes, bus and tram station as well as a supermarket. Saskia is very lovely and helpful!
The only one thing I missed - a cooking place (a stove).
All other things were super! Many thanks!

Small but very clean and everything you need for a short stay is available: microwave, water boiler, fridge...

If you only want a clean room with a soft bed that is handy for the sea (it is in not beachfront but it is only a couple of minutes away) then this is an affordable option in an expensive resort. There is a microwave and kettle and in the morning the bit of back yard shared with Saskia's house catches the sun beautifully. If you had brought breakfast to eat it would be a nice spot. Saskia is very friendly and welcoming. She was really good about storing our muddy bikes
Saskia was certainly friendly and welcoming but it was difficult to arrange access and we had to wait on the pavement for her to arrive. The photos give a flattering impression of what is really a just a converted outbuilding in a back yard. For our taste it lacked completeness with bits of linoleum missing, boiler and fuse box not boxed in, no shower curtain so a lot of water came out of the cubicle. I realise that for some it is a matter of taste and the unfinished affect might be 'shabby chic'. The really difficult bit was the lack of blinds or shutters, the windows are obscured for privacy but light gets in so we were awake from around 5.30am.
