Perfect family location, short drive I to town. This place has everything you need for a great family stay. The kids loved sleeping in the mezzanine, watching stars through the skylight.
We also enjoyed the use of the kayaks and paddle board, a great location which is kid friendly.
Thankyou for a great stay.

We enjoyed our three days having out in Raglan at property (down from Alaska). We made use of wetsuits and foam-top boat to introduce our kiddos (7) and (10) to some winter surfing. I highly recommend house.

It’s only waterfront when it’s high tide - the majority of the time you look out onto a tidal mudflat. Nice Bach but limited

Impeccably clean, everything in place. Amazing views that change by the minute with the tide, lovely private and quiet with the kaitoke walk way at your doorstep it’s a peaceful adventure to town. The children loved the mezzanine floor as it felt like a lil treehouse they enjoyed the skylight to watch the stars in bed, just perfect really. Hoping to return.

Super relaxed bach with a great deck
Great little place to stay if you’re looking for somewhere that’s incredibly quiet and away from it all. A big deck with a lovely view at high tide. Beautiful walks nearby. All that you need for a lovely holiday.

Idyllic Break
The house looked divine from the outside, but inside was even better. My friends and I wished we could have stayed longer. The beds were superb, the house was toasty and warm, the views were amazing and the location was quiet and peaceful, yet only a short drive into town. (As a cleanliness freak, I was surprised at how immaculately clean the house was - thank you for that.) I can highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a holiday in Raglan. I look forward to returning.

Muritai Waters
Nice spacious property in quiet location. Located on Estuary side. Deck exposed to prevailing winds and did not get afternoon sun due to neighbours trees. Handy to town. Double bed in master bedroom could do with a higher quality mattress - my husband ended up sleeping on the couch some of the time. Single beds upstairs only suitable for small children not teens - would be better to have king singles at least. We had no WIFI during our stay although the property manager tried her best to get this sorted for us. All in all I would recommend this as a holiday pad as overall it was a nice place with more positives than negatives .

Epic house, epic location
We just loved our stay here, the place has everything! Just far enough from town for the quiet feel, but close enough that access is super easy. The place has been newly renovated with some very nice touches and the decor takes it up a notch for sure. Highly recommend this house for anyone who likes a nicer place with all the conveniences.

A piece of paradise
We stayed at this bach as our daughter was getting married close by. Julls was very accommodating and communication was excellent. The bach was perfect for our needs. Julls agreed to give us an early check in and late checkout times which helped us a lot.

Muritai
The house and location are good, with a great outlook over the water. The property manager, Julls, works hard to provide a pleasant stay. One issue for us: As noted in the current property description, building work was being undertaken next door during our stay, and as we often spent time around the house during the day found this periodically intrusive.

Beautiful bach - great for a relaxing getaway.
A lovely property with superb views across the estuary. Really well equipped - especially with all of the water toys. We were a family of 4 (children aged 4 and 7) and enjoyed kayaking from the house into Raglan and also to the Rock-It kitchen at high tide. An easy walk into Raglan town too. Loads of room in the bach - we’ll return with visiting grandparents next time! Thanks!
