This modern furnished holiday home is located on a garden plot and offers generous space on 113 sqm for max. 8 adults and 2 children up to 3 years in cot and has Internet - WLAN. A staircase and the terrace you enter the hall. In the large, bright living room has a comfortable upholstered seating area with table and chairs and a cabinet with flat screen - TV - device. Here is also a dining table with chairs. In the 4 bedrooms each have a comfortable double bed with bedside tables and reading lamps and a wardrobe. If necessary, here 2 x travel cot are provided with high chair. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, dishwasher, microwave, extractor fan, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and fridge. For a one-time surcharge of 14.90 euros per guest bed linen (self-service) and towels are provided on your arrival. The two bright bathrooms feature shower or Bath, toilet, wash basin and natural light. The house also has a terrace with comfortable seating. Before the house is located in a large garden gazebo with garden furniture and a grill that can be shared. The pets are not allowed in this House.

We offer - near the center of Sellin, two large, comfortably furnished holiday home halves (each with a maximum of 8 adults and 2 children in travel cot, 4 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms with shower or Bath, Internet - Wi-Fi, terrace, 2 floors, Non smoking) in a quiet location. The holiday home halves are modern and promise a pleasant feel-good atmosphere. They have a separate kitchen with hotplates, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge and dining table. In the living area there is a modern flat screen TV. The house is only about 500 meters from the sandy beach on the Baltic Sea and is in the midst of the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve South East Rügen with plenty of unspoilt nature. From here you have ideal opportunities for hiking in the adjacent Granitz with the beautiful beech woods and cycling. Beside the house is a gazebo with garden furniture and a barbecue can be shared in a large garden. Further details can be found in the detailed description of the holiday home halves. Nearby are also idyllic nature reserves, playgrounds, detailed and extensively renovated in a seaside style and the beautiful Lake Sellin. There you have the opportunity to rent a boat to explore the lake, or walk around it by bicycle. A sexy bad weather alternative is the adventure ahoy with swimming pool, slide and sauna facilities at the nearby Seepark Sellin. In addition to the small historic train makes the "Racing Roland" station in Sellin and offers excursions in the area, eg. As to Putbus, Binz, Göhren or castle Granitz.
