About this apartment rental
84 m² duplex located on the 3rd and 4th floor of Résidence les Peintres offering a small terrace with an exceptional view of the bay (south west orientation).
3 bedrooms, with double bed of 140 or 160 in each and one has two extra beds of 80, as well as a cot.
Possibility of supply of sheets and household linen 19 € / double bed, 15 € / single bed, to be added in the reservation.
A bathroom and a shower, two separate toilets.
Very well equipped living room (TV, DVD…)
Kitchen oven, 4 hotplates, microwave-grill combination, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster ... The residence is secure in an enclosed park with code access.
Parking a vehicle in a closed box.
Access to the apartment by elevator on the 3rd floor (the 2 bedrooms on the 4th floor accessible by the stairs in the apartment).
Access to the beach by gate overlooking the promenade.
You can arrive at any time thanks to a code procedure.
The tourist tax is included in the rates.
Cleaning optional extra 70 €.

Very convenient and well situated. Very clean, large rooms, well equipped. Excellent communication with owner. Would recommend to a family. On 3rd floor and split over 2 levels but v accessible as there is a lift and an en suite room on that level.

This is a comfortable apartment in a quiet area with beautiful views over the beach and the estuary. It's about 1k to the centre of Le Crotoy, where there are excellent restaurants and some nice individual shops.
One or two things need attention - we couldn't get the toaster to work; the inside of the microwave was very dirty; the online details mention electric charging availability but this wasn't on site. There is no WiFi- this is mentioned in the apartment description but not up front.
Overall we were comfortable and really enjoyed our stay.

The ideal place to enjoy the forever changing estuary. The apartment is very peaceful and perfectly clean; it has all we needed - though the only oven is the convection oven in the microwave.
The extraction fans in wc/bath/shower rooms initially confused us, until we realised that they are centrally controlled within the building.
We would definitely recommend a stay at Les Peintres.

Excellente location
L'appartement est encore mieux que sur les photos ! Emplacement exceptionnel. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la petite terrasse sur la baie, l'accès direct sur la digue, et les jumelles de haute précision à disposition dans l'appartement. Mr Jeanson a été très disponible pour nos questions. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Agréable séjour sauf le lit
L’appartement est très bien situé, il est spacieux et bien agencé.
Petit bémol sur un des lits qu’on a trouvé cassé à l’arrivée, la machine Senseo qui fuyait et dans l’ensemble un mobilier vieillissant mais on y a passé un super séjour.

L' appartement situé dans une agréable résidence avec jardin arboré a répondu à toutes nos attentes.
La vue sur la mer ,le confort intérieur de l' appartement ,tout a été pensé pour que le locataire passe un agréable séjour ( pièces spacieuses , literies confortables ...)
Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour !!

Aucun bémol pour ce grand appartement à l'aménagement intérieur très agréable et propre avec vue sur la mer . L'annonce n'exagérait pas !

2 nuits dans un endroit magique, face à la baie... Résidence calme et sécurisée dans une jolie commune, proche de lieux touristiques, mai sans en subir les inconvénients. Sejour trop court mais parfait. En plus, gâtés par le temps, 16 degrés et du soleil le jour de l'an, que souhaiter de mieux! Merci aux propriétaires.

Un logement qui a besoin d'un rafraichissement
Ce logement bien placé face à la baie et bien agencé a cependant besoin d'un bon rafraichissement ( traces d'humidité au plafond côté fenêtre, des fenêtres laissant passé le vent surtout avec la tempête que nous avons eu ) et de quelques aménagements ( placard pour les vêtements , étagère dans la salle de douche pour poser ses affaires de toilettes , amélioration de la douche : rideau à la limite du bac et pression de l'eau très faible et surtout remplacement des radiateurs "grille pain" qui ne permet pas de chauffer convenablement ce logement .
De plus , c'est la première fois que nous devons utiliser notre propre internet via téléphone car s'il n'y a pas la fibre , l'ADSL existe sur Le Crotoy
Bref : trop cher pour la qualité de ce logement
Je suis désolé d'être aussi négatif ( ce qui n'est pas mon style ) mais je tenais à le dire dans l'intérêt futur du propriétaire
