About this house rental
“30 day Vacation rental, Live the beach life in this luxury “BEACHFRONT”vacation home now available, Ideal for you and a large group with plenty of room to house up to 15 people MAX, next to the beautiful beaches of Hawaii. This home has been newly furnished and professionally decorated in its entirety. A beautiful living room downstairs and private master deck upstairs both overlooking the ocean and 4 bedrooms spread out over 2800 sqft.
Their are four bedrooms. The first bedroom on the main floor has a queen size bed. In the main family are there is a Murphy bed cabinet that is a queen size bed. Upstairs in the second bedroom there is a king size bed. In the third bedroom we call our “bunk room”It has a queen size bed. A full size bed and two twin beds. In the master there is a king size bed and a pullout full size sofa sleeper. Each room has new split AC units to keep you nice and cool during your stay. Or enjoy the ocean breeze.
The back yard connects to a very large 220 foot secluded portion of a park leading right to the beach. The beach is generally calm and perfect for swimming and snorkeling. You can walk down the beach to find great surfing waves. You’ll have the perfect amount of room to enjoy each other’s company inside and out. Enjoy AC, cable tv and wifi throughout this beautiful home.
Your minutes from the Polynesian Cultural Center, BYU Hawaii and the Mormon temple. A short drive to the famous “Sunset Beach”. Perfectly located on the North Shore of Oahu. Walking distance to grocery store and a few restaurants. More shopping and restaurants a mile and a half away.
You’ll find a pack and play for your little one at the house along with boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, beach toys and a wagon to take it all to the beach. Currently the next door nieghbor is remodeling his home. So there is construction going on next-door. They have, and are being very considerate of my guests while staying. However, it's just a simple phone call or a notification to me if there are any issues whatsoever. They are very accommodating and want to do only the best for me and my guests. I haven't had any one have any issues with them.

My wife and I were just married 11/24/23 and this was our first trip as 1 big family. Combined we had 4 daughters, 1 son, 1 son in law, 3 grandsons and 1 possible daughter in law. The home was big enough for us all comfortably. The beach was amazing. It’s not a private beach but it might as well have been!!! Truly a perfect trip.

Check-in process was terrible. Did not receive instructions and sent host multiple messages with no response. Over 2 hours past check-in time before I could reach host. Extremely frustrating start to our stay. Property's location also presented a challenge. Area has poor to no reception, making comms very difficult. Biggest disappointment was waking up each morning to loud construction noise from duplex next door. Listing did not mention that property is shared and neighboring duplex was undergoing major renovation. Nightly rate for this rental is exorbitant, especially considering it has apparent code and permitting violations. Washing machine and refer in garage were non-functional. Grill propane tank and backup tanks were empty. To make matters worse, the owner's response to a gathering of friends and family at the public beach park behind the property was both intrusive and unprofessional. Cameras posted around house and owner monitors activity. He sent property manager to rudely knock on front door and accuse us of having too many people at the house, even though they were not staying overnight. The owner's involvement was unnecessary and left us feeling unfairly scrutinized. Upon departure, called to thank the owner for letting us stay at his property, but his response was dismissive and ungrateful, reinforcing our negative impression of him. Strongly advise against staying here. Better options available in the area that offer a more transparent and enjoyable experience

A perfect location for a group looking for a spectacular beachfront property near the Northshore and away from the hustle of Honolulu.
Booking, check-in/out, and communication with the property management was very smooth.
The construction on the attached house next door posed no challenges and many of us forgot that was even a potential issue.
This met our needs perfectly. Thanks for a memorable vacation!

The property was really beautiful and it was so convenient to have the beach literally in your backyard. We had a family of 12 and the house had more than enough beds for us. Property had all the amenities and having 2 washers and dryers was awesome especially with a big family.

This location was awesome. Beautiful beaches, A Large house with room for everyone. The only issue I had with this rental is the owner did not disclose they were deconstruction the attached home. There were several mornings when they were doing construction(removing the roof) at 6 am. I am not sure I would have been as willing to stay at this location if I would have known.

This was our first visit to Hawaii. To be honest upon first finding the house (duplex) we were slightly concerned about neighborhood/location. But as we settled in and relaxed it was an amazing location. . Our kids met some local kids that lived next door. The college kids that lived in the other side of the duplex were quite as a mouse and very pleasant. The beach access was the best. Plenty of beach gear for adults and kids. We visited Honolulu and Waikiki beach a couple days we were on our trip. So glad we chose to stay away from the hustle and bustle of that area. We spent most of our time on the west & north side of the island and there was more than enough to keep us busy. Would highly recommend this home! It was clean, well stocked and loved having 2 sets of washer/dryer. Plenty of room for all 11 of us.

Everything we expected and more. First time to Hawaii and we picked the right spot! Right in the middle of everything. Great home home on the uncrowded beach and literally 10 minutes from everything you want to do and more than you can in a week. Home has everything you need and is well maintained . Our family of 9 had extra room with unused beds.
If you get a chance you should stay in this place! We can't wait to come back.

The house is very well equipped with everything you might need! The beds are comfortable. We loved being able to walk down to the beach right from the back door. The location was great to get to all the great north shore beaches.

This home was perfect for our group of 10. The proximity to the beach was ideal, and the beach itself beautiful. We often had it entirely to ourselves! The kids in the group, ages 9-15, loved the boogey boards and snorkeling equipment provided. Inside, there is plenty of room to hang out together for meals, etc. but also to enjoy privacy when you want it. We appreciated the very well-stocked kitchen, as well as the two sets of washers and dryers. There was even a lovely assortment of Hawaii goodies waiting for us when we arrived. The location of this home was perfect for enjoying the many attractions and beaches on the north shore. We all miss sitting out on the patio, listening to the ocean, and watching the chickens! It was a lovely place to stay and we were very comfortable in the setting. An elderly parent was able to maneuver comfortably in the entire home. There is an attached home with other tenants but we found them to be quite and respectful.

This property was as described! The house is lovely (the stock of beach toys was great as well as room for family dining, it has TVs but none of us ever turned one on!), the beach is so close (you can see it and hear from the house), the view is glorious (extra pretty from the upstairs balcony), the information left in a handy book on the counter by the owner was great! Our family is actually 4 units now from 3 different regions and we had an awesome time together. We were blessed by Covid restrictions having been lifted by the time we were there, but between the house and the beach I think we would have had a great time, regardless!

We could not have asked for a better experience. The house was clean, plenty of space and in the perfect location. The beach was so close and beautiful. It was never crowded, good for snorkeling. We will definitely stay here again.

This property was perfect for our family. Location is great. It is fully stocked. It’s just perfect. We would definitely stay here again when we return. It is also very roomy and had plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable at all time. I highly recommend! And the owner was fast to respond if we needed him.

The house was beautiful and big for 5 adults and 3 teenagers. Right by the beach and park. It was very clean. It is in an ok neighborhood but close to major attractions. We had an amazing time and very glad we rented this home.

Comfortable, clean and in a perfect location, this home worked wonderfully for our family. We could hear and see the ocean from the back windows and enjoyed waking up to beautiful beach sunrises. The location was very convenient to our activities of kayaking, ziplining, PCC, snorkeling and hiking.
The air conditioned rooms were refreshing after being in the sun. We loved our vacation and this home.

This is a wonderful property- even better than the pictures show. We had 11 people, teens and adults, and there was plenty of room for everyone with lots of space and a wonderful beach just steps beyond the the back door. Owners were responsive and helpful, and we appreciated all the amenities: beach toys and chairs for everyone, towels, etc. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, and there are TWO washer and dryer sets. We hope to come back soon!

This beachfront property was exactly what we were looking for on the North Shore! Beautiful home with lots of space for kids and adults. The garage was stocked full of beach gear (snorkels, body boards, beach toys, beach chairs, etc.) We also loved that there was 2 sets of washer/dryers in the home. Everything worked at home including AC units in individual rooms to keep home cool!
The back patio was a great space to entertain and the grill worked perfectly. The backyard (state park) was a great space to play in the back and fly kites :) The beaches were beautiful and private and the sand was amazing. The property is also very close to Laie and Kahuku with lots of great places to eat!
Joseph was very helpful when help was needed, and responded promptly to questions. I would highly recommend this property, and I would love to come back and stay again in the future!

Our family enjoyed our stay beyond expectations! It was my granddaughters’ high school graduation and family came from as far as the New England. The house was fully equipped with everything needed for the my large family. Everyone had comfortable sleeping accommodations. The children ranged in ages from 2 to 18 and all of them were happy with the space and free to just “Be”. I’d recommend this vacation home to anyone and would return myself. We had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect for us, and had everything we needed. The large bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the close proximity to the beach in the back yard was the perfect place fir our coffee and sunrise!

The homeowner was very responsive and accommodating. Joseph gave us all of the details in a binder at the house and recommendations for grocery stores and nearby hot spots. The house was amazing from top to bottom. From the kitchen to back porch, to all of the bedrooms and bathrooms. Two sets of washers and dryers was an amazing addition to, along with all of the beach snorkels, chairs, and towels provided. Overall, we loved our stay at the house and we will definitely be back. I recommend this house to anyone planning their stay on the island!

We had a wonderful time. The home was right on the beach , a beautiful beach. No reason to find another one to hag out on. close to all of our activities. We all loved it. We so sad when our vacation was over.

We had a large group of fifteen people, ages 10-75 and this house met all of our needs. The dining and living room were large enough to accommodate us when we were all together and we didn't feel crowded. A great thing about this house was the convenience of having beach gear provided (quite a few snorkel sets, boogie boards, cooler bags, and beach towels). The beach behind the house was fun to snorkel around, but it's pretty rocky to play in. Bring water shoes or walk north on the beach to get to sandier beaches. Pounders beach is a few minutes away if you're looking for more aggressive waves. There's a grocery store nearby and Laie has more restaurant options very close by. The owners were very easy to communicate with and they got back to us quickly with a question that we had. The location if off the street, so you don't hear vehicles and even though the backyard is part of a state beach, it still feels very private.
