Very comfortable villa, everything you need and more

Really lovely villa very well equipped ideal for family and friends, close to the town so nice for morning coffee… the outside BBQ area was a real hit with the family. We will definitely return Also public transport was very good

Stadthaus mitten in Alcudia mit herrlicher Dachterrasse und kleinem Pool

Wunderbares Stadthaus..Katzensprung zur hübschen Stadtmitte Herrlicher Patio mit kleinem Pool und Wasserfall Viele Bäder..eins hübscher wie das andere Ganzes Haus geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit hübschen Details wie Glasfenster und Nischen Offener großer Schlafbereich mit Dachterasse Und hier herrliche Aussicht bis zur Stadtmauer Parkplatz war im Mai auch immer zu bekommen (Vermieterin gibt dazu Infos)

Tolle zentrale Unterkunft mitten in der Altstadt von Alcudia.

Die Unterkunft war mit allem ausgestattet was wir gebraucht haben. Sehr schön eingerichtet, tolle Lage, sehr zentral in Alcudia. Gastgeberin war super freundlich und alles war bestens organisiert.

Zentral gelegen, trotzdem sehr ruhig

Das historische Haus wurde hervorragend restauriert und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Räume (Küche/Wohnraum, 3 Schlafzimmer) sind alle sehr großzügig bemessen, die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Im Innenhof gibt es auch eine Outdoorküche mit Grill. Von der Dachterasse im 2. Stock hat man eine wunderbare Aussicht auf Stadtmauer und Altstadt. Aina, unsere Gastgeberin, war überaus freundlich und kompetent. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

The property and location are excellent

The property is excellent, it is well laid out and has everything you will need. A real home from home. The bedrooms are large and all have an en suite. The beds are really comfortable too. Vila Roja is in a quiet street but is less than a 2 minute walk to shops and restaurants. It is also close to public bus routes. I would definitely recommend this. Aina the host was very attentive and nothing was a problem for her. She is very welcoming and friendly.

There is not anything that I didn’t like about this property. It is fabulous.

Perfect stay in the old town of Alcudia

The villa is so spacious and stylish. It has all the facilities that you need and the outside patio is the perfect place to chill and dine with the BBQ and pool. We loved our stay. Really recommend!

The property is beautifully designed and easy to use. Great location in the centre of the old town of Alcudia. Roof terrace for the sun and great outdoor entertaining space downstairs with a plunge pool.

Our stay was amazing, being located near the city centre, the villa is really close to restaurants and shops. We rented a car so getting to Palma and other must see destinations was super easy. We were blown away by how beautiful this villa is and the owners made sure that we had everything we needed to have a comfy, pleasent stay. All in all, we had a super fun time, both at the villa and in Palma and we, as a group could not recommend this enough. Once again, a big thank you to the owners for being so king and welcoming!

Great town house in Alcudia

We had the best time in Vila Roja. Clean, spacious, every room with en suite bathrooms, beautifully designed. Close to restaurants, supermarkets, free parking. And most important of all very welcoming and nice hosts. Recommend!

Couldn’t fault anything, A truly stunning property which was superbly equipped with lots of added extra touches. Located in the centre of Alcúdia old town it was a perfect base, we had a fabulous week, thank you to the owners for sharing their beautiful villa.

Perfect house. Great location. The photographs do not do it justice.

The house is perfect. Like a home from home with all the amenities that a family needs. The renovation of the property has been done to an exceptional standard. Whilst keeping lots of the original character of the building, there is also a modern twist. The attention to detail is amazing. On a practical level, the owner was waiting at the property for us when we arrived and showed us around and answered the questions we had. There was a welcome pack with grocery essentials which was a nice touch. The owner told us that we could contact her at any time if we wanted to ask her anything. The pool is perfect for dipping in to cool down and our teenage boys loved it. The roof terrace gives great views over the rooftops to the church and Town Hall one way and the mountains the other. Overall the outside space is generous and the attention to detail continues there too. The house is at the end of a very quiet, pretty street which is only a minute walk to the restaurants in the Old Town.
