‘Marjolaine’ is a Type 2 apartment that, for a long time, was the second residence of the owners. This is the reason why it has additional conveniences: Reversible air-conditioning, dishwasher, stove and gas oven, just like its twin brother 'Romarin', it has a private picnic area inside the property grounds with a view of the lake, and also a private parking space. It is located in the first and last floors of the building, which at the same is nestled in a shaded oak grove on a hillside; it is the 'Les Lavandes du Lac' residence that offers a breath-taking view of Lac de Sainte-Croix and the medieval village of Bauduen. You come here because of the peace and the closeness to the lake and the beaches that are less than 200 meters away from the residence. When leaving the property, a trail in the undergrowth, offering stunning view of the lake, will take you to the village of Bauduen, and if you want to go, it will lead you to the trails of Grande Randonnée. Four apartments welcome you, two type 3 (2 bedrooms) that feature terraces and breath-taking views of the lake on the ground floor, and two type 2 (1 bedroom) on the first floor. These last two have eating areas with tables and benches on the residence property and have a view to the lake and the village of Bauduen (5 minutes away by car).

Jolie propriété paisible et agréâble avec un jardin arboré où on entend chanter les cigales. Dommage pour la vue directe sur le lac qui se résume à une petite lucarne pour notre appartement. Le lac se situe bien à 200 m à pied. Idéale pour les activités aquatiques et la baignade. La région est magnifique. Mais attention pas ou très peu de connections internet même avec la wifi sur place et à Bauduen, le village d'à côté.

L'appartement est calme et super bien situé , parfait rien à redire ... et un grand merci à Antoine pour son accueil ++ et ses conseils très précieux . La région est magnifique et les 2 semaines ne furent pas de trop . On recommande sans hésitation.

L'appartement est bien équipé et conforme à l'annonce. Un appartement plus grand étant disponible, Antoine nous a permis d'en bénéficier ce qui était vraiment sympa. Vue incroyable et emplacement idéal à côté de Bauduen. Accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse alors que nous arrivions tard, en mettant à disposition des affaires pour notre bébé. Merci beaucoup. Unique petit bémol, mais lié aux conditions météo (il avait énormément plu et donc en arrivant il y avait des vers type limaces et araignées dans l'appartement). Antoine nous a tout de suite rassurés en nous expliquant que cela était le cas partout dans ces conditions météo. Une fois ces petites bêtes relachées, aucun soucis). Merci, on reviendra!

Nous avons loué ce petit appartement 1 semaine cet été. Il est parfait pour un couple seul ou un couple avec un enfant. Nous avons passés de superbes vacances. L'appartement est très bien il y a tout ce qu'il faut, il manque juste un micro onde dans la cuisine. Il est situé à 3min à pieds du lac, il y a peu de monde, c'est très calme et reposant. Le propriétaire est très sympa, accueillant et de bons conseils. Nous y reviendrons, mais cette fois pendant 2 semaines. Je recommande

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour dans ce gîte. Comme décrit dans l'annonce, endroit calme avec une belle vue sur le Lac de Verdon. Le propriétaire est très accueillant. Nous donne des conseils sur les lieux à visiter. Nous avons reçu un SMS détaillé avec des photos pour arriver à bonne destination. Chose appréciable et très utile. Appartement en bon état et bien équipé. Je vous le conseille vivement.
