This Colony II villa is a two bedroom/two bath floor plan located on 3rd level and adjacent to Oyster Bay Golf Links in Sunset Beach. The villa features WIFI, two bedrooms (4 queen beds), two full baths, sleeper sofa bed (living room), cable television (3 flat panel TVs), DVD, central heat & air, washer/dryer & whirlpool tub. The open floor plan offers a spacious common area with adjoining kitchen, dining and living areas. The kitchen is fully-equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, full-size refrigerator and stove. The dining area is conveniently located next to the kitchen and has a dining table that seats 4 with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The master bedroom has 2 queen beds with a walk-through closet and private bath. The master bath has a tub/shower enclosure. The 2nd bedroom has two queen beds with a large jetted tub and walk-in shower in the bath. The second bedroom also has a wet bar with refrigerator, sink, microwave and coffee maker. The condo was as pictured on the site. It was clean when I arrived. Bug found in the sheets in one of the beds upon our arrival but I re-washed and no further bugs seen throughout the rest of the stay. For future travelers- pool key needs to be picked up at the realty office 5 minutes away.

This was one of the best VRBO's I have stayed in. Beds were comfy and the place had enough room for 4 adults. Clean except for certain things. The blender looked like it had never been cleaned. Coffee Pot was dirty. Little damages here and there, but I made sure the property management knew about them. All and all a very nice place. I would stay here again

We really enjoyed our weekend here. The house was as advertised. The beds were really comfortable. I love that one of the rooms is practically an isolated apartment, especially since we were a group of friends traveling together. It is on the 3rd floor with no elevator - not a problem for us - but keep that in mind if you have mobility issues.

Location of this Condo in Sunset Beach is really good. You can get to the beach in under 10 minutes. It is close to all the fun things in N. Myrtle Beach. It is also near Calabash. My husband and I enjoyed the outdoor pool several times and the hot tub once. We like the fact there is an indoor pool too. It is our first vacation since we got married in 2017. The following are a few of the issues we noted: The wallpaper boarder is coming loose near the ceiling. The blinds are twisted in the one bedroom and cannot be raised or lowered easily and, if you do try to raise them, they are uneven. It would be nice to have a clean towel for the kitchen. I think the bedspreads should be updated. We used the exercise room but there was nothing to wipe the equipment down. We bought Clorox wipes and when I went the 2nd time, I really wiped the Elliptical down, before and after use. The first time I got some soap and paper towels from the bathroom to wipe the equipment down for my husband and I. The poolside bedroom had about 7 remotes with the TV but my techy husband could not get it to work but he did manage to get the televisions in the LR and other BR to work with his IT background. Overall, we did like the place and didn't come to watch TV but thought we would post our honest views.

Very nice property. Global stay was a very appreciated experience. Need a refreshing up but every was functionnal and confortable. The carpet in the rooms could be floor as allergies are high with carpet. Also, important to inform that no kleenex, toilet paper for the stay; could be included in my opion as well as the basic kitchen clothes. The only thing that could be interested to develop is an area to eat all together outside. The BBQ zone was not available so no possibility to grill and just one little pinic table; not too appeling. Besides that, would come back any time,

Entered property at ck in time after 4pm Property was not not cleaned, linens from previous renters were on bed and place was dirty . Cleaners came and we waited 90 mins for cleaning When we came back linens were just thrown on front of washer and dryer on floor and floor was dirty. Main TV in unit didn't have a picture , only color bars and volume .

The property was very quiet and well maintained. To get to Sunset Beach you have to cross the bridge and drive to the beach. The housekeeping was mediocre. I am not sure the back bedroom was cleaned well. There were stains on the carpet and on the comforters and candy wrappers on the floor. The deck was nice, however when we arrived there was a pot full of cigarette butts on the table so I assume the back porch furniture not cleaned. The living room and kitchen were spacious and well done. Except for the cleanliness issues our stay was enjoyable.

It was everything advertised. The place was awesome. My whole family: kids, spouses and grandkids had a wonderful time using the pool and hot tub intermixed with walks on the beach. Then could relax in the spacious living areas of the condo. Definitely will come back!

The location was very nice and so was the condo. Three flights of stairs was a bit much for us who are 80 years old. The linens and kitchen, and bathrooms were clean. I found candy wrappers, and dust kitties under my bed. Several light bulbs were out. I wanted to swim, but did not want to travel to the agency.

The unit was filthy, and as a result I coughed and sneezed the entire time. There was thick dirt in and around the air vents and on the blades of the ceiling fans. Dirt everywhere! Unorganized closets and kitchen cabinets. It was a terrible walk - 3 flights up to get to the unit. I won't be going back to that unit.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is in a beautiful location with plenty of things to do during our stay. Even with it being only 2 bedroom we were able to comfortably fit sleep 10 people. The pool area really nice. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans along with other items we needed. There is a washer and dryer in the suite. The beach is only a few minute drive away and plenty of places to eat within a few mins. The only downside is its a third floor unit (stairs only). We would definitely stay there again.

Nice property and plenty of space. There were a lot of glass and mirrors that did not get cleaned so left the impression that the place was not probably cleaned like it should for COVID. Sliding glass door had multiple hand prints all over it. Glass tables had drink rings and fingerprints. Mirrored wall in living area look like someone had sneezed all over it. Left me wondering about other items so I bought lysol, clorox wipes and windex and cleaned the entire place myself. Stains on bedspreads so threw those in the dryer to heat any germs out of them. Blender was disgusting. Black stuff around sink that easily came up with my clorox and sponge i bought. Sloane vacations gave us one night free but in my opinion they should have comped the entire stay of 4 nights. I will not use them again.

Roomy accommodations with very nice layout. Two bedrooms with four beds suited our family perfectly. Sadly the lack of cleanliness was evident. Stains on sheets, bed covers, carpet, shower curtain, kitchen appliances, etc. Notified rental agency (sent photos) and never heard back. Need more attention to cleaning especially during this time
