About this house rental

Spotlessly presented, accommodating up to 12 Guests in 5 Spacious Bedrooms; each with Fan, Air-Con, Wi-Fi, TV/DVR, Comfortable Beds, Linen and Towels, 3.5 Bathrooms, a Cook's Kitchen with seating for 12, and a choice of Individual Living Areas, with many fun features to help create your lasting holiday memories. Late Check-out Sundays subject to availability, please confirm at check-in.

Location:
Baycation House is within a 1-minute walk to the Cinema and Main Street of Huskisson so no need to use the car when the many restaurants , cafes, shops, clubs, Husky Pub and the water are all close by.

Tennis Courts for hire and the local Sports Ground for some ball-kicking are 3-minutes' walk away. Kayaks, Paddle Boards and Bicycles can be hired in the Main Street and the 50 Meter Swimming Pool and Beach are just minutes away.
Local attractions include Dolphin and Whale Watching Cruises, exploring the Bay and Basin, Dining out, Cinema, Maritime Museum, Shopping and much more. Activities include Swimming, Surfing, Walking, Cycling and Golf.
The Jervis Bay Brewing Co with its spacious Beer Garden and the 'Flamin Galah' Brewery are nearby. Both offer Craft Beers and have food available. Club Husky is 5 minutes' walk and features Barefoot Bowling and a popular Mini Golf course, perfect for a family activity.

All Bathrooms have Heaters, Fans, Hair Dryers, Safety Hand Rails, Soap, Shower Gel, Bath Mats and Toilet Paper.

Living Areas:
The property has 2 separate Living Rooms. The Ground floor area, perfect for kids and Cinema fans alike, has a large Screen TV, 'Dolby' Surround Sound and a DVD collection to suit all ages , along with Books, Games and Fun Lighting. Upstairs, the main Lounge Room features a Large Screen 'Internet Enabled' TV, a Log Fireplace for those cooler months (firewood not included) and great views of the Bay.

Outside Space:
The 1st Floor Balcony Bar is a special place to experience a Spectacular Sunrise over Beautiful Jervis Bay, or enjoy a coffee and chat any time, perhaps watching the Cruise Boats coming and going on the Bay. Evening Cocktails from the Bar Fridge will be warmly enjoyed any time of year thanks to the Infra-Red Heaters. In the Bar Area is an Information Point with maps to help plan your outings.

The Front and Rear Gardens are landscaped with lawns and a profusion of flowering Shrubs and Trees, attracting many native birds throughout the day. Two Outdoor Showers are ideal for cooling-off on Summer Days or washing sandy feet after a beach outing. The secure Rear Garden is an ideal spot to relax on a Sun Lounge with a book from the shelves, while the kids play on the lawn. A large Sun Parasol and Seating compliment this Garden.

Adjoining the Rear garden is a Covered Outdoor Entertaining Area with its own well-equipped Kitchen/Prep area, Sink, Fridge /Freezer, and large Gas BBQ with Bar and table seating for 12.

Kitchen Diner:
The fully equipped Kitchen /Diner will please those who like to cook. Everything you need, with a large Island Prep Area, Toaster, Kettle, Coffee-maker and Microwave to Gas Cook Top, Multi-Function Electric Oven, Fridge /Freezer, Dishwasher, Pots Pans and Ovenware as well as pantry items and cooking basics. The Dining area will comfortably seat 12.:

Baycation House provides all your Bedroom linen, Bathroom Towels, Bath Mats and Kitchen Towels. However, you will need to supply your own Beach Towels.

Arrivals and Departures:
On the day of your arrival check-in is from 2pm. On the day of departure check-out is strictly 10am. If a later check-out is available, we will notify you upon arrival.

No Smoking:
This property has a strictly No Smoking policy which includes Cigarettes, E-Cigarettes and Vaping.

No Parties or Events:
Due to close proximity of our Neighbours, this is not a 'Party House'. Complaints will be dealt with Severely.

Covid Terms and Conditions:
In the event that you are unable to stay due to Covid, you may move your booking to new future dates within the same Tariff Band. New future dates may be limited and not include Christmas/New Year and Public Holiday Weekends.

Security Bond:
A Security Bond of $500 must be paid on all reservations prior to your arrival.

Please Note:
Extra Cleaning fees will apply if the Property is not left in a similar state in which it is found.

The location of the house is excellent. Walk to everything including the cinema which the kids loved as we had a rainy day. The house could have done with a better clean as the microwave was dirty and the downstairs lounge had dust over all the books and behind the lounge chairs. But we decided to enjoy ourselves and overlook that and we had a great long weekend.

Booking staff were exceptional, all went very well with no problems. Home was great and the 8 adults (all over 60) had a fanstatic time. Home was very clean and tidy and all internal items were very good. The home was located within 2 minute walk of Huskinsons main shopping area. Would cetainly stay there again

The house is very close to the main strip of shops and the little harbour. Everything was as per the information and photos. Great spot, enjoyed our time immensely.

The message they send a day before is not welcoming . It is better to change it. One of the room was car parking and they changed it. There was not enough tissue or dish washing and cleaning things. But it gas nice balcony
