Das Appartment ist sehr modern eingerichtet and sehr grosszügig für zwei Person. Leider ein wenig hellhörig. Wohnzimmer und Küchenzeile haben eine tolle Sicht auf den Strand von Benodet und Sonnenschein auf dem davorliegenden Balkon bis zum Sonnenuntergang. Komplette Ausstattung, sehr viel Stauraum und zusätzliche Decken und Kissen.

Tolle Lage;tolle Einrichtung!Alles,was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt braucht,ist vorhanden-bis hin zum Austernmesser! Großer Balkon -die Sicht auf die Bucht eine Wucht! Betten bequem;schlecht,durch den Abzug zog ständig Nikotingeruch von den Mitmietern ins Bad;Lärmebelästigung des Nachts durch Obermieterin in extremer Form-trotz Klingeln und klopfens nicht abgeändert-leider! Liegt an Hauptstrasse-wen das nicht stört.prima Lage. Unser Urlaub war ein Träumchen! Gerne wieder-wenn Obermieterin leise wird..;-) Sehr nette Vermieterin und sehr netter Concierge Thierry! Danke nochmals!

We had a great holiday ,the apartment was was lovely ,everything was spotless and beautifully presented ,had a great view across the beach ,would definitely recommend this apartment thankyou to M et Mme Jezequel ,hopefully we will be back next year .

The property etc was very good. The major problem was Homeaway it was apparent that once their deposit(via a C C) was taken we were on our own regarding the apartment deposit and final payment. They did not deal with that at all and kept referring us to the owner. We were told that payment was by banker draft which I refused to pay as that was going to cost to set up and a C C was not acceptable in the end a £ cheque was sent by registered mail. The day before our departure we were emailed a a lease agreement in duplicate to be signed that day and returned. If we had not paid for the ferry we would have cancelled the trip with all the emails and hassle with payment. What did Homeaway take 122 Euros for ? We will never use Homeaway again D Jenner

Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit sehr schönem Meerblick

Wir haben 11 Tage zu zwei im Juni in Benodet genossen. Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock eines 8-Parteien-Hauses und ist modern (offener Wohn-/Essbereich mit Küchenblock und -zeile) und ansprechend eingerichtet, ausreichend groß auch für 4 Personen. Es gibt einen reservierten Parkplatz im Hof (mit Tor zum Abschließen, praktisch für Gäste in der Hochsaison). Es fehlt wirklich an nichts: Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Dampfbügelstation, ausreichend Geschirr, geräumige Einbauschränke). Der Balkon mit Blick auf die Bucht ist das Highlight.

Das Apartment ist sehr schön gelegen, mit super Aussicht auf das Meer und den Strand vor Benodet. Die grossen Panoramafenster und der herrliche Balkon bieten eine tolle Aussicht. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist hochwertig und sehr gepflegt. 2 Großzügige Schlafzimmer und der moderne Koch-, Ess- und Wohnbereich bieten genügend Platz für 4 Personen. Wir haben wunderbare Tage verbracht. Die Umgebung bietet viele tolle Ausflugsziele wie zum Beispiel: Quimper, Îles de Glénan, Cocarneau etc.
