We loved staying in this delightfully clean and well-appointed apartment located right in old town Lafayette. We loved being able to walk to shops and coffee houses, and being able to return to our comfortable "home" away from home.

The apartment was exactly as pictured and such a great place to stay! It's so cozy and comfortable, with great light from the many windows. The location is fantastic - we enjoyed walking to all the great restaurants and shops in Old Town. I would definitely recommend this apartment and stay here again when I'm in the area.

The property was wonderful! My partner and I were doing a staycation while going out into the mountains to do some landscape photography and this property was in the perfect spot. And the town was wonderful as well! We hope to stay here again:)

My husband and I stayed for five night. Everything about the space was absolutely perfect for us. The space was very clean and conveniently located. We really enjoyed walking through the neighborhood and visiting the shops and restaurants nearby. We highly recommend the host as well as the space and look forward to re-booking in the future.

Sweet spot
The apartment is clean and modern, a perfect space for two people. The steam shower was a huge bonus, so much that I'm trying to figure out how to get one in my home! The location in the heart of downtown Lafayette is ideal. We walked to the fabulous East Simpson Coffee Company every morning, and hit up the various restaurants. Easy drive into Louisville and Boulder. The description of parking is correct...not an ideal set up, but no surprises. We unloaded in the alley, then parked on the street since our rental 4Runner didn't fit in the compact space. Finding parking wasn't a problem, and even walking down the alley in the snow, at night, was fine.
We highly recommend this apartment.

Relaxing Getaway
Return-guest of this property and enjoyed another quiet, relaxing getaway. The apartment is very comfortable with many amenities. We love being able to walk to Lafayette shops and restaurants from the apartment and enjoy Boulder-area attractions, all within a short drive. A real gem!

A charming apartment in a perfect location to travel around the Denver, Colorado Springs, and Boulder area. Walking to the shops and the variety of restaurants in this quaint town was a pleasure! The apartment is very clean, well equipped and charming! The host was responsive and very friendly. Will definitely recommend for others traveling to the area!

Perfect for a couple's getaway
I was thoroughly impressed with this property. The house was amazingly clean and had some very nice amenities. It's modern and cozy. It's in a cute little neighborhood with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommended. I'd definitely come back.

Nice apartment
Easy access, quiet, very clean/new, within easy walk to 5 or 6 restaurants, easy parking. Only negative is the dirt alley it is sited on and it's rutted and tough walk if wet.

A Great Find in Lafayette!
This is a beautiful apartment with many thoughtful amenities. The layout and vaulted ceiling provide a spacious feeling, and ample windows brighten the space. The large, well equipped kitchen was perfect for preparing meals or enjoying our morning coffee and evening wine. The location of the apartment allows easy walking around the town of Lafayette, and is close to Boulder and Denver. I look forward to returning to this great apartment!

Cozy Apartment
We loved this suite/apt. Exactly as in the pictures. Kitchen was so nice and the bathroom even had a steam shower which we loved. There was enough room for my daughter and teenage granddaughters to pop by for a pizza night and a game of Clue. Our only negative was that the driveway wasn’t shoveled out for us and upon arriving had to shovel the heavy snow so we could park our car in the small space. We will probably come back in the future.

Lovely Lafayette
This property is absolutely beautiful, and well taken cared of. The accessibility of walking to nearby restaurants and shops was amazing. It is a great place for a couple to relax and enjoy the town of Lafayette and all the surrounding towns. The alley property was in no way an inconvenience for us. If you’re in town for a wedding in Boulder like we were, or just wanting to relax and have some coffee. It is the perfect place to book. We absolutely enjoyed our time and stay!
