Classified 3 stars by the tourist office of Ste Maxime, this holiday home is located in the south-east of France, very close to the famous port of St Tropez and Ste Maxime. It is located in a private domain called "Parc Oasis" with charming wooden chalets nestled in a green and calm pine forest. The house includes a fully equipped kitchenette, open to a bright living room, and two bedrooms each with their own bathroom with shower and toilet. (see photos). In the peninsula of St Tropez, you will find a large number of wonderful beaches, and typical villages like Ramatuelle or Gassin. The "Côte d'Azur" is reputed to be the most beautiful coast in France with famous cities like Cannes, Antibes or Nice just a few kilometers to the east. Monaco is only 1.5 hours away by car.
For hikers, you will find a large number of trails both along the coast and in the Massif des Maures, with splendid views of the Levant Islands or the Gulf of St Tropez.
There are also an increasing number of cycle paths which will allow you to reach the various seaside resorts of the region.

Ranked 3 stars by the Turism Office of Ste Maxime, this holiday house is located in the south-east of France, close to the famous little port of Saint-Tropez and Ste Maxime. It is located in a private domain called 'Parc Oasis' with nice wooden 'chalets' sheltered in a green and quiet 'pinede' (pine trees). The house features a well equipped kitchen opened on a bright living room, and two bedrooms each with a private bathroom and toilet.(see pictures)
In the St Tropez peninsula, you will find a lot of nice beaches, and typical villages such as Ramatuelle and Gassin. The coastline is reputed to be the most beautiful one of France and is well known as the 'Côte d'Azur' with famous towns such as Cannes, Antibes or Nice just a few kilometers east. Monaco is at one hour and half drive.
Hikers will find a lot of paths, on the coastline as well as in the hills of the “Massif des Maures”, with stunning views at the “isles of Levant” or the St Tropez Gulf.
Also, there is an increasing number of cycle tracks joining the various local resorts.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus und in der ruhigen Anlage sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Fereinhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Sowohl Ausflüge nach Saint-Tropez, nach Cannes und an den Strand waren von der Location aus sehr gut möglich. Die Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort war außerordentlich freundlich und hat uns mehrfach gute Tipps gegeben (z.B. nach Saint-Tropez mit den bateux verts zu fahren sowie Restaurant-Tipps).

Es hat alles gepasst. Das Objekt war wie beschrieben. Ein schönes helles Haus. Auch die Matratzen waren gut, was nicht selbstverständlich ist.

Für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder perfekt passendes Ferienhaus. Der Oasispark ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen (Straßen teilweise in erbarmungswürdigem Zustand, Schwimmbad zu), das Ferienhaus ist aber ebenso wie die Nachbarschaft schön gepflegt. Wegen der Lage am Ende einer Sackgasse ist es dort recht ruhig. Das Haus ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Touren nach St. Tropez, Frejus, Grimaud...

cette petite maison fonctionnelle et soignée est au coeur d'un écrin de verdure, située dans une impasse paisible. Ingrid se rend disponible pour un accueil bien agréable. Vous pouvez découvrir la région à vélo mais attention, hors des pistes cyclables, la circulation est dense même à Toussaint. Le paysage de cette région verdoyante demeure apaisante et majestueuse quelque soit le temps. Merci pour ce joli séjour ... Sandrine et Olivier

Belle maison fonctionnelle manque quelques couteaux ėguisés mais c est un détail. Beaucoup de choses à voire et à faire dans la région . Parc oasis doit être mieux entretenu (route abimée).

In het rustige gedeelte van het park ligt deze bungalow. Keurig onderhouden, goed uitgerust en voortreffelijke bedden. Contact met de Ingrid, de sleutelbeheerder was uitstekend.

Obwohl sich das Haus in einer größeren Anlage befindet liegt es sehr ruhig und von Grün geschützt in deren oberem Teil. Küchenuntensilien und Geschirr sind reichlich vorhanden, die Betten sind hervorragend. Es sieht klein aus, ist aber sehr geräumig und man kann sich auch bei schlechtem Wetter dort gut aufhalten. Wir haben eine sehr angenehme Woche dort verbracht.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour pour les vacances de Pâques. La maison est très jolie, spacieuse et bien équipée (nous étions 3 personnes). Elle est située dans un cul de sac à l'extrémité du domaine, donc très calme. Commerces et lieux d'intérêt très proches. Gassin est idéalement situé pour rayonner dans la région. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire et très bon accueil d'Ingrid. Nous y reviendrons certainement.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine! La maison est très bien située au calme, en bout d'allée, dans un écrin de verdure. Les enfants ont pu profiter du jardin et de la rue devant pour jouer (impasse sans risque). Nous n'avons manqué de rien! Nous reviendrons sûrement !

Top Domizil, hervorragend ausgestattet, herrlicher Garten, aufmerksamer Eigentümer, tolle Betreuung

Wir (2 Erwachsene) haben uns in dem Domizil rundherum sehr wohl gefühlt. Eingebettet in eine üppig gewachsene mediterrane Vegetation (Oleanderhecke, Olivenbaum und Palmen) haben wir den Aufenthalt auf der Terrasse auch bei Regenwetter sichtlich genossen. Leider hat es so starke geregnet, dass wir an einigen Tagen nicht aus dem Haus gehen konnten. Daher war es schön ein so liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus vorzufinden! An sonnigen Tagen (von denen es auch einige gab) sind wir mit Vorliebe zum wunderschönen Strand von Gigaro bei la Croix Valmaire gefahren und in dem Naturschutzgebiet um Cap Lardier,Cap Taillat und dem Col de Collebasse gewandert. Besonders der Küstenwanderweg direkt am Meer ist ein ganz besonderes Erlebnis. Besonderes zu erwähnen wäre noch die aufmerksame Betreuung vor Ort durch Ingrid Weber-Ehrenberg die auch deutsch spricht und auf dem Gelände bei Problemen immer erreichbar ist. Auch bei gesundheitlichen Problemen ist Hilfe in einem nicht weit(5 Minuten fußläufig) vom Park Oasis entfernten Krankenhaus erreichbar. Denis Cartier der Eigentümer reagiert umgehend auf alle Anfragen! Wir kommen sicher wieder einmal hierher!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Ferienhaus voll und ganz genossen. Die Fotos zeigen ein realistisches Bild, der Wohnraum ist sogar größer als die Bilder vermitteln. Vier Erwachsene haben ausreichend Platz, die überdachte Terrasse verlängert den Wohnbereich nochmals. Alles war blitzsauber und so geschmackvoll eingerichtet, dass wir uns sofort wie zuhause fühlten. Besonders haben wir die Lage geschätzt: das Chalet befindet sich in absolut ruhiger Randlage des Parc Oasis, vom Nachbarn hört und sieht man so gut wie nichts. Es duftet nach Pinien und man blickt auf Oleander, Olivenbaum und Palmen. Ein kleines Paradies zum Vergessen der Alltagssorgen!

Séjour très agréable !

La propriété est totalement semblable aux photos, impeccable, spacieuse pour 4 personnes, joliment décorée et avec 2 salles de bain. Seul petit bémol la capacité du chauffe eau, 4 douches le matin et 4 le soir ça ne passe pas, le dernier a droit à l’eau froide, bon l’été ce n’est pas dramatique. Au bout d’une impasse donc très calme, le jardin est joli et très bien entretenu. On apprécie la climatisation ! Aux alentours : pistes cyclables vers Saint Tropez, Grimaud ou la Croix-Valmer...Aller à la plage ou faire les courses en vélo ... c’est top ! Toutefois un peu loin pour de jeunes enfants. Ingrid, la personne qui nous accueille, et très serviable. En 2 mots et pour résumer : nous recommandons !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce chalet ou rien ne manque. Situé dans un magnifique parc très calme à moins de 5 minutes des commerces et des premières plages. Ce chalet est grand et très fonctionnel, tous les équipements sont qualitatifs, la literie est très confortable. Très bon contact avec les propriétaire et très bon accueil d'Ingrid. Dommage toutefois que la piscine du parc ne soit plus en service, c'est notre seul regret.

Super location pour une famille avec un ou deux enfants avec les deux chambres et deux salles de bain. La petite maison est dans un parc arboré de maisons du même type. Logement propre, joliment aménagé et très bien équipé . C'est calme et bien placé. A 500 mètre d'un centre commercial. Bonne situation pour rayonner dans la région. Ça donne envie de revenir.
