About this apartment rental
Beautiful 90 m2 apartment in the heart of the historic city near one of the slopes at Bon Sours Beach, where the sailing club is located.
Nice sea view and ramparts.
Everything is accessible on foot ... beach, sea, sailing, ramparts, shops, restaurants, sightseeing, sea trips, especially the discovery of Jersey .... An ideal vacation spot for a large family, two families of 4 or 3 couples.
Rental for 10p. max for this T4 sea view on the 3rd floor with elevator (attention, too narrow for wheelchair).
Beautiful rooms at your disposal, a living-dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom, 3 bedrooms including:
1 bedroom sea view with 140 bed,
a 2nd bedroom with sea view with 2 bunk beds 90 and a Clic Clac 120,
a 3rd bedroom on the courtyard side with 2 bunk beds 90 and a BZ 140.
The kitchen is well equipped (dishwasher, microwave oven, etc.)
The bathroom with shower is recently renovated. Washing machine / dryer.
Approved 3 * for a rental of 6 people (only one bathroom).
Underground garage under the adjoining square. Fits sedan without roof box
Sorry, pets are not allowed.

Location. Location. Location. We loved walking to the beach. We had plenty of room for our family of 5.

The location is superb. It’s in the NW corner of intramuros just steps from a beach entrance through the wall and steps up to the top of the old town wall. Two bedrooms and the living room have double French doors that open onto a narrow balcony with sea views. This is in a quiet area and a building separate from others, a not crowded area like some of the intramuros. Since the intramuros is not large, all other areas with shops, market and restaurants are in easily walkable distance.
The apartment is comfortable with nice kitchen, living/dining room and bathroom. The elevator allows easy access to the higher floor which affords a good view with quietness. Since St. Malo tends to be a damp place, the bedding etc might tend to be a bit musty if the apartment is not used, but when we opened the French doors there was a nice breeze which refreshed the spaces. Communications with our representative Charlene were very good with prompt WhatsApp replies (in good English!) to any questions or needs. She booked a taxi for us to the train station when we left, a great help since there seemed to be no Uber service and some taxi companies didn’t speak English.

Bel appartement bien situé
L’appartement est très spacieux et lumineux, les pièces sont grandes ce qui est très agréable. L’appartement est bien équipé, notamment avec des produits de première nécessité dans la cuisine.
Le gros plus c’est l’emplacement, à deux pas du centre et de la plage, c’est idéal.
Le fait d’avoir un parking est très appréciable il est quasiment impossible de se garer en intra muros.

Appartement vaste, agréable, idéalement situé
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Pour la première fois, nous sommes venus à Noël à St Malo et avons plus apprécié que d’habitude le charme d’Intra muros. L’appartement est assez vaste pour que chacun ait sa place, au pied des remparts et face à la cathédrale. Merci beaucoup.

Appartement spacieux et confortable, par ailleurs super emplacement. L’accueil sur place est particulièrement agréable et chaleureux.

Très beau séjour à Saint Malo
Le logement est idéalement situé. La propriétaire très arrangeante pour le départ et l’arrivée. L’appartement est grand, avec un salon et une salle à manger permettant d’être à l’aise pour 9 personnes. Les toilettes, et une des chambres ont un revêtement mural ancient mais rien à redire côté propreté et entretien donc c’est parfait. Et un énorme bonus: la vue qui est juste exceptionnelle (et pour la quasi totalité des pièces) ! Une super adresse à conserver !

We spent a very nice week in this flat. Françoise and Patricia were very welcoming and helpful. Having access to a private garage in St Malo was a huge bonus. The flat itself is spacious and very well located, we loved watching the sea from the living room window. The only downside was that the flat wasn't as clean as it could have been when we arrived - we had to start our stay with wiping dust and grime from some surfaces and appliances. We've been coming to St Malo for a few years now, and from our experience this seems to be a frequent problem in St Malo. We also travel a fair amount in Europe and usually find that the cleaning fee is included in the price and the flat is cleaned properly before guests arrive. In St Malo the optional cleaning fee is very high (one can have a cleaning lady in for about 5 hours for the equivalent of 60 euros around London ) and most disappointingly doesn't guarantee getting a clean flat on arrival e.g. if previous guests opt out and don't clean very well themselves. We chose to do it ourselves this time and certainly left the flat cleaner than we found it. I'd so much prefer to pay for professional cleaning upfront. With this sorted, I wouldn't mind staying in this flat again as it's nice otherwise.

Avec ma fille, mon gendre, mes deux-petis-enfants et mon papa qui fêtait ses 86 ans, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement agréable avec vue sur la mer.

Beau point de vue et facile d'accès.
Bel appartement, spacieux et lumineux. Juste la salle de bain un peu petite, une seule toilette et la pprte de la chambre parentale qui ne ferme pas. Sinon, rien à dire, à part merci à Madame Patricia pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité.

Vue exceptionnelle, très belle situation, et beaucoup de confort
L'appartement est très confortable, très bien équipé et nous a permis d'être à l'aise, même à 10 ! On ne se lasse pas de la vue qui donne un vrai plus aux repas et autres moments partagés dans l'appartement.

This place was absolutely magical. We were looking to book a place at Le Mont St Michel and stumbled upon Saint Malo. The ramparts, the culture, the food, the beach, the history and stunning beauty of this place is perhaps our biggest highlight on our wonderful trip through France. Patricia and Francois made sure our stay was great. The unit is large and was very clean and bright. Our family of 5 had no problem maneuvering in the unit.

Appartement hyper bien placé et bien équipé. Lumineux, calme, au coeur des attractions d'intra-muros: les rues commerçantes, les remparts et la plage... très bonne expérience ! Et Mme Roslon est très à l'écoute et fait tout pour vous satisfaire. Merci pour son accueil prévenant!

L'appartement est idéalement bien situé, au calme, et dans le centre intra-muros. La plage est à 100m après les remparts.

Well equipped flat in a perfect location
As a family of four, we rented the property for a week. Correspondence with the owner was very straightforward and agreeable. On arrival we liaised with Patricia Roslon who went out of her way to be helpful and was always available to handle questions.
The flat is well equipped and spacious and recently renovated. Its major attraction is being in the Intra Muros part of St Malo, with private parking, only five minutes from the ramparts and the beach. There are also plenty on patisseries, shops, cafés and restaurants nearby. With good public transport we rarely needed to use the car.
The only drawback we encountered is the lack of available wifi in the flat; we needed to visit a local café repeatedly for this.

Week-end en famille
Nous avons passé un excellent week-end dans cet appartement. Nous étions 4 adultes et 4 enfants et nous n'étions pas les uns sur les autres. Il est spacieux, lumineux, vu mer, et idéalement situé intra muros. Il est également très bien équipé avec les produits de première nécessité à disposition. L'accueil a été également très sympathique et flexible en fonction de notre planning.
Je vous le recommande.

Très agréable
Un accueil chaleureux, un gîte spacieux bien situé dans la cité intra-muros. Des commerces à proximité (boulangerie, carrefour Market). Une literie confortable, une salle de bain neuve et très propre. des toilettes avec fenêtresur l'extérieur. Une cuisine avec du bon matériel electroménager, une super cocotte-minute, de la vaisselle en quantité. Quelques produits alimentaires de base rendent bien service lorsqu'on arrive. Seul bémol, le fait qu'il n'y ait qu'une salle de bain et un WC. Mais à 8 personnes, nous nous sommes organisés en conséquence.
La possibilité de louer draps et linge de maison, de faire faire leménage à notre départ nous a bien rendu service. Le parking intra-muros gratuit est aussi très pratique.(il faut prendre un ticket chaque jour avec la carte de parking que nous remet lapropriétaire).
St-Malo est une très belle ville et sa région fantastique
