Large town house of 140 m2 ideally for 6-8 people (4 bedrooms);
In a warm atmosphere, this house at the end of the 19th century will seduce you with its charm and authenticity.
Ideal for a weekend or a vacation with family or friends around a barbecue or a seafood platter! You can enjoy the garden of around 60 m2 fully enclosed.
This crossing house is divided into four spaces:
• In souplex: a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with access to the garden
• Ground floor: a living room with its functional fireplace, a small living room with access to the garden
• On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms with a double bed, 1 bathroom & WC
• On the 2nd floor: 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom & WC
• On the 3rd floor: A converted attic not available for rent
The house has a private parking space. This advantage will avoid you the parking headache especially in summer.

Trouville-sur-Mer is a seaside resort very easily accessible by train, boat, plane or car.
