Minus the broken glass I stepped on my first night there on the staircase

the bath tub would not drain, they sent some one and it was not fixed, I fell in the tub because of the soap scum that did not drain.

It’s a very nice place to stay, it was so pleasant when we arrive they had for us coffe, sugar, salt, pepper. The view is amazing and it was great that we had the magic chair next to us because that makes easy the time with the kids. Definitely we want to come back soon to this place. Super recommended !!!

Overall a great house and an outstanding location.
We thoroughly enjoyed the ski-in/out.
One thought - would be helpful to have a notebook with information about local eateries and appliance instructions.

Whistler Wired management company was excellent, and responsive to the couple of minor problems we had.

The house is RIGHT on the slopes and has everything you could possibly need. The only thing that would make this place even better is a hot tub! Awesome stay overall, 10/10 would recommend.

Location Location!
Best location. True ski in and ski out. so close to town. there is a path you can take into the village instead of driving or walking down the road. Plenty of space for my whole group. The company managing the property was super fast with responses and anything we needed.

Perfect weekend
What a great place. Loved the location. The storage for skis and drying racks was perfect. So nice to have a real fireplace to enjoy. Would definitely book again.

We had a great time at this place
Everything was great generally. I only need to point few items that may need to be improved:
- cleaning has not been done properly under sofas.
- few of pots were not clean and not useable
- sofas were too old
- hearing and cooling system needs to have an instruction

Great home for large groups
We had a wonderful stay. This house is practically laid out for large families. Lots of dishes too!

Great place to stay with friends
We really enjoyed the quiet nook. Location is great, close enough to the village, but far enough from the busy Main Street. It’s really hard to find a place that could fit more than 10 people in one house, so we appreciated it. The house had all you may need, my only suggestion would be to look into wi-fi as it didn’t work well for anyone in our group.

Excellent Ski-in, Ski-Out property - would stay again
We enjoyed staying here very much, the property is the closest to the slopes on its street. We would definitely come back. Everything worked well, and we had a good experience with the property manager, Whistler Wired, very professional team.
We had 2 families, 5 adults and 4 kids and there was more than enough space for us. My only comments for improvement would be to have some basics for cooking (Salt, pepper, oil etc.) and to replace the master bed mattress (old).

Weekend away😊
This is a lovely property and very comfortable for a large party. Great accommodation; the only thing missing were oven mitts!

Classy and perfect for a mature group
This place is large and well equipped for a group of adults that a mix of singles and couples. Would work well for an all ages extended family group too. The house plans are open so there will be noise for early sleepers until everyone goes to bed, but that was not a drawback for us.

Upper village lodge
A group of friends and I enjoyed our stay at the pinnacle ridge for a summer weekend. The location is decent, it’s above the upper village about a 10 minute walk down cliff side, or 20 to the lower village. It’s a 5 minute drive to the lower village.
I feel like the house space could be used a little better to fit bigger beds, mostly just the top floor. Our group was mostly couples and having multiple twin beds wasn’t very helpful for them to sleep in. And I do think those areas could fit bigger beds!
Otherwise the place is homely and has a woodsy vibe, but could use a little bit of upkeep or sprucing up to make it a little more
Modern.
Pinnacle 38 we noticed is the only house without a larger patio or hot tub which I didn’t understand why but we didn’t mind as it was summer.
Also if more towels could be provided or it be known to bring your own that’d be good too.
Overall it was enjoyable and comfortable!

Perfect for our needs
We stayed in the house comfortably with 11 people. The location was ideal for our needs with a short walk to all the shops, services and activities we were looking for. The property manager was extremely helpful and prompt with any requests we had and we had no issues with the property during our stay.
I would happily recommend both the property and the managers and plan to stay in the property again in future years if I return to Whistler.
