Just inside is a full bath for quick trips in from the beach or pool and the steamy hot tub is just up on the deck overlooking the pool and beach. There are ocean views from every level of this home, including the first level, and an elevator takes you and your luggage from the carport to the great room and each level in between. No need to lug groceries up those stairs! The game room won't disappoint with an air hockey table, comfortable seating area in front of the home theater system with Smart TV and BluRay player, and nearby kitchenette with full-size refrigerator and microwave. A dining table accommodates afternoon snacking or rainy day board games. A bedroom with 2 sets of bunks is found on this level for the kids, while four more bedrooms (queen, queen, queen, king) are located on the mid-level. A wet bar is found next to the entertainment center with mini-fridge to keep your beverages cold. *Please note that this property has a pool that can be heated for $600. Pool heaters, when pool heat is purchased, are set to 80 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.

Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
