We spent a week on vacation in France and rented this house. The house was large and spacious, with AC in all the rooms. The pool and entire terrace were perfect, and our family of four absolutely loved it. You could grill using charcoal, and there was also a pizza oven for those who wanted to try it. As mentioned in previous reviews, the host lives below the house, but this was never bothersome. On the contrary, if we had any questions or if anything happened, it was reassuring to know they were there to assist. Nearby, there are three stores and bakery. 5 minutes away is a lake with all kinds of activities for children, and of course, the sea is just 20 minutes away. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to this area.

Excellent support and excellent home for holidays with a familiy: We were with children from 2 to 10 years old, there was enough space and opportunities to play. The house is very spacious and the providers have thought of everything. We had up to 38°, the house was always well air-conditioned (each room adjustable). Very clean, very pleasant. The distance to the beach didn't matter, as there was always the possibility of having several beaches to choose from. The largest water park in the region is within walking distance. Recommended.

Pleasent house near coast and country

Many thanks to the kind owners Didier and Fabienne who live in an annex under the main house. The house is located in a quiet suburb with shops, bakery, restaurants etc in close proximity. On the side of the house you have a great view of the Rocher de Roquebrune. The drive to Les Issambres / beaches is max 20 minutes without traffic. The popular countryside towns of the Provence are also in close proximity. Staying with four adults we do recommend to hang the shower in the bathtub a bit higher and hang a shower curtain in the second bathroom. The first bathroom is openplan in the master bedroom with a separate toilet. Although our French is limited we communicated perfectly with Didier and Fabienne. Didier also has a wonderful kitchen garden and chicken run on the property, surprising us with delicious home grown tomato’s. We had a great stay. Many thanks again!

Nous avons passés une très belle semaine. Fabienne et Didier sont très accueils, disponibles et arrangeants. La maison est impeccable, très bien équipée et bien située avec une belle vue sur le rocher de Roquebrunes et un beau jardin. Nous avons passés une très belle une semaine, paisible et ressourçante. Encore un grand merci.

Verblijf met familie ( grootouders, kinderen, kleinkinderen). Niets op aan te merken. Prachtig huis, proper, alles aanwezig, mooi ingericht, geen vis a vis. Zefs nog mooier dan op de foto's. Eigenaars zijn heel sympathiek, correct en behulpzaam. Wij komen zeker terug ! Een dikke 10 ! Vriendelijk groeten Luc Mertes

Propriété très propre, bien équipé. L'annonce est conforme en tout point à la réalité. Très bien situé, très calme, idéale pour passer de bonnes vacances en Provence, en famille ou entre amis. Les propriétaires sont très accueillant et super sympathiques, leurs conseils sur la région, nous ont fait gagner beaucoup de temps. Séjour a refaire le plus rapidement possible.

Séjour et propriété très agréable. La maison est très bien équipée, propre et les environs calmes avec une jolie vue. La piscine et la proximité d'un lac proposant de nombreuses activités sont vraiment un plus. On s’y sent chez comme chez nous. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et a l’écoute.

We liked being in a different area but it was a very central location, easy to visit Nice, Frejus the Verdon Gorge and back to our old vacation area of Saint Maxime, Saint Tropez and Grimaud - loved it

Great holidays in Roquenbrune-sur-Argens!

The house is located in a quite area and dead end street but at the same time not too far from bakery, shops etc. You will need a car though to do the shopping! House itself is great with all the comfort one could wish for: airconditioning was a welcome feature during the heat stroke! Terrace, bbq and overall equipment were great. Swimming pool is not the most modern , which can be seen on the pics, but is very clean and well maintained. The owners are very discrete but always available when you need them and are very responsive to text messages. Overall, price is rather high but what you get in return is really good value for money. Definitely recommendable!

Wir haben in diesem beschaulichen Dorf und vorallem auch im Haus einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht. Die Lage ist genial (Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe) und sehr ruhig. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und helfen immer gerne aus mit Informationen über die Gegend. Einziger Verbesserungspunkt wäre es zu erwähnen, was für Küchengeräte und Equipment vorhanden ist (z.B. Brotmesser, Backpapier, etc.). Alles in allem ein super Domizil, die ganze Familie konnte sich sehr gut erholen. Vielen Dank!

Wir (4 Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind) verbrachten hier im Juni 2019 zwei wunderschöne Ferienwochen. Beeindruckt hat uns die ruhige Lage in der Natur, Parking im gesicherten Innenhof, die grosszügige Raumeinteilung und Ausstattung, der mediterrane Stil von Haus, Terrasse, Liegewiese und kleinem, für Kleinkinder gesicherten Pool, die Nähe zum (kleinen) Arena-See und zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (im Auto). Geübte Bergwanderer begeistert der 2-Stunden-Aufstieg zu den Trois Croix du Rocher de Roquebrune (373 m ü M.). Weitere Ausflugsziele, wie Strand, Shopping, Aquapark, div. schöne Stätchen, sind mit dem Auto in Kürze problemlos erreichbar. Die freundlichen Gastgeber bleiben diskret im Hintergrund, helfen aber auf Anfrage gerne weiter. Die Küche ist ein bisschen sperlich ausgestattet, reicht aber für die Ferien aus. Fazit: Uns hat es rundum super gefallen, wir freuen uns schon auf die nächsten Ferien die wir in dem schönen Haus verbringen dürfen.

Accueil très bien. Des propriétaires très simple et très sympathique. Une maison superbe. Un état intérieur et extérieur impeccable. Une maison très bien agencé et fonctionnelle. Un petit coin de paradis. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour avec beaucoup de tranquillité. Nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation cette maison avec des propriétaires au top. Encore merci.

wir haben uns in dem haus sehr wohl gefühlt, es ist sehr schön eingerichtet, super sauber und uns standen auch liegestühle, frottierwäsche etc. zur verfügung. die besitzerfamilie ist sehr nett, äusserst diskret und kümmert sich während der abwesenheit der gäste auch um den pool. auch die lage des hauses war für uns optimal, es ist ruhig gelegen und trotzdem in der nähe diverser einkaufsmöglichkeiten. wir können dieses objekt nur weiter empfehlen.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour en famille dans cette maison. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur grande réactivité dans les échanges et leur sens du service. La maison est grande, confortable, bien équipée avec une attention aux détails, propre et bien entretenue. Nous avons aussi apprécié le jardin avec sa piscine. Il est préférable de se déplacer en voiture pour découvrir les alentours : (Les Issambres, Cannes, Nice, St Tropez ( Ramatuelle)...etc), activités sportives en montagne entre autres). Es ist besser mit dem Auto zu fahren um die Umgebung zu entdecken: (Les Issambres, Cannes, Nizza, St. Tropez (Ramatuelle) ...etc.), Sportaktivitäten in den Bergen, unter anderem). Wir empfehlen dieses Haus für Ihren Aufenthalt.

Une maison très agréable, tout confort ! La piscine c'est le top. Les commerces ne sont pas trop loin, nous avons fait les aller-retours en vélos. Pour la mer il faut prendre la voiture mais ce n'est pas trés loin. Les propriétaires sont très accueillant et sympathique. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Je conseil cette location.

Traumhaftes Haus in toller Lage

Wir (Familie mit Kind) haben einen tollen Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus ist klasse eingerichtet und bietet sehr viel Platz. Das riesige Grundstück hält für jeden Sonnenstand ein lauschiges Plätzchen bereit und ist kaum einsehbar. Man mag sich kaum fortbewegen und vermisst den Strand überhaupt nicht. Die Lage ist prima, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in vertretbarer Zeit zu erreichen. Roquebrune ist ein charmantes Dorf abseits der sonst manchmal sehr mondänen Atomosphöre der Côte d`Azur. Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig, ab und zu hört man die Autobahn und den TGV in der Ferne, aber selbst für Lärmempfindliche ist dies kein Thema. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Maison très charmante,très propre, décorée avec goût et soin. Les prestations sont vraiment à la hauteur de tous ce que l 'on voit sur l'annonce.Il ne manque rien....c'est vraiment très très agréable de séjourner dans une maison comme celle-ci.Le jardin et les exterieurs sont très bien entretenus.On apprécie aussi le terrain de boule. Les propriétaires sont vraiment très agréables et disponibles. Bref, on a passés des vacances géniales!!!! Nous recommandons vraiment cette location même avec des enfants en bas âges.
