Nice house on the beach- everything was perfect! Very good and nice communication with the owner (he organised more cuttingboards immediately; gave suggestions for restaurants).

We had a super week in the villa. Very well kitted out, clean and comfortable and right on the beach. Quiet location despite being only a 10 minute walk to the port (with lots of bars and restaurants) and the supermarket. Would definitely recommend / come back in future.

We really enjoyed our stay in this house... Very well equipped, clean, and ideally situated. From the porch we had a great view on the water. Initially I was a bit worried that the promenade which runs in between the house and the water would be a disturbance, but we hardly noticed it in the end. Michel was a great help and always available for questions.

Excellent location and views. The house is in a quiet location but has good easy access to the local shops and restaurants.
The house is comfortable and well equipped with everything you need for a great holiday and the kitchen and second bathroom, added since our last stay, are a welcome addition, there is also good off road parking.
Communication with the owner and the handover at the start and end of our holiday were very good. We would not hesitate to book this house again in the future.

Delighted with our stay. Property immaculate, well equipped and included items for toddler. Beach toys a bonus. Excellent communication with owner during our stay. Use of key safe would aid check in. Thoroughly recommend .

Excellent property in a perfect location, close enough to amenities but far enough away to be quiet.
Property had everything we needed and we made use of the bikes everyday.

Tolles Haus in perfekter Lage!
Dieses Ferienhaus bietet alles, um Gruisson zu geniessen: Garten mit Terrasse direkt am Strand und Binnenmeer, fussläufig zum Ort mit Geschäften und Restaurants und für Regentage allen Komfort, um es sich im modernen Interieur gemütlich zu machen.
Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

merci pour cet excellent séjour
maison de taille très adaptée pour les vacances, à la fois fonctionnelle et joliment décorée, bonne literie.
Emplacement idéal, en front de mer, magnifique vue sur le mont Canigou; pas de route mais une grande promenade menant au phare ou au port. Nous n'avons pas sorti la voiture mais intermarché et parc aquatique tout proche.
Un grand merci à Michel pour ses instructions claires et ses interventions rapides et efficaces!
Nous reviendrons dès que possible!

Das Beste, dass man sich in Gruissan gönnen kann
Sehr gut eingerichtetes, geräumiges Haus, mit Lage direkt am Wasser. Eines der wenigen freistehenden Ferienhäuser, sowie eines was bis zu 8 Personen hält. In dieser Kombination gibt es kaum 5 ähnliche Häuser in der Region.
Alles in allem die einzige Option die wir uns für einen erneuten Besuch in Gruissan je anschauen würden. Wenn man ein mal hier war, werden alle anderen Häuser nicht mehr gut genug sein. Es ist sicher eines der teureren Häuser ,aber den Komfort direkt von der Terasse auf den Strand laufen zu können, oder aus dem Haus den Strand (mit den spielenden Kindern) beobachten zu können ist extrem viel Wert.
Der Besitzer Michel ist sehr freundlich, offen für Feedback und jederzeit erreichbar.

Maison agréable, très bien équipée, très bien située. Jolie terrasse abritée, vue dégagée. Idéal avec des enfants. Très bon accueil et contact facile avec des propriétaires très à l'écoute.

Extraordinary place to enjoy vacation
We spend 2 weeks with 6 people at this house. It was a great experience and we were fully satisfied!
On arrival we found the house very clean. It is fully equipped and there was nothing missing: Enough glasses, dishes, pots, pans and there was even with 6 people never any bottleneck (and I expect no bottleneck with 8 people)
The house is very tastefully furnished, the terrace is big and provides all possibilities of having sun or shadow and protects well from the wind.
The bedrooms are big enough and there is a lot of space in the closets.
The kitchen is well equipped and the bathrooms are clean and big enough.
The location directly at the etang (lake) is extraordinary and the view is exciting.
The contact and the communication with the owner has been smooth, fast and very pleasant.
It is the best place we ever found at Gruissan and it will be our first choice for another vacation at Gruissan.

Très agréable villa avec vue sur la mer
Très belle villa confortable pouvant accueillir jusqu’à 4 adultes et 4 enfants. Emplacement idéal avec plage en face et animations, commerce et boulangerie à quelques minutes a pied.
Seul bémol : des salles d’eau pas impeccable (odeur nauséabonde en bas et siphon bouché en haut), chaises et vaisselle en nombre insuffisant pour 7, accueil par concierge peu amical.
Avons tout de même passé un excellent séjour avec la terrasse et la plage à proximité !

Avons passés 3 semaines de vacances entre Nöel et Nouvel dans cette super villa au bord de l'eau, maison propre et bien entretenue, bonne litterie, vue imprenable sur l'étang.

Deux semaines merveilleuses
On a passé un très beau séjour dans cette maison. La maison est très bien équipé, il nous manquait de rien. Cuisine moderne avec charme. Assez de place pour toute la famille, avec trois chambres à coucher. La grande terrasse avec vue sur l'étang est superbe, c'était notre coin préféré. L'accès direct sur la promenade permet d'atteindre les restaurant et les magasin à pied.
Le contact avec le propriétaire était toujours très agréable.
Je peux vraiment recommander cette maison de tout mon coeur!

Good location for families with small children
Nice and quite modern house with view on the sea. Sandy beach directly in front of the house. Calm and quite warm water with small fishes, many thinhs to observe for children. Equipment was good and the landlord very helpful and friendly. Also playground closed by. We had a very relaxing stay.

Nous avons profité pleinement de ce lieu calme, reposant, avec la vue dégagée sur l'étang...une maison bien exposée et lumineuse, on est à quelques minutes du port à pied ou à vélo...le propriétaire est à votre écoute et un accueil chaleureux vous attend à votre arrivée...

Magnifique séjour!
Magnifique maison au bord de l’eau avec deux chambres vue mer ainsi que toute la pièce de vie! Une cuisine nouvellement rénovée avec tout le confort nécessaire. La décoration est de très bon goût. Le soleil levant offre une lumière magnifique au paysage que l’on peut admirer des chambres.. Un grand plus, on peut disposer de vélos dont un qui est électrique ce qui est un confort très appréciable... Nous recommandons vivement cette très agréable location

maison très bien équipée avec un emplacement idéal....face à l'étang, sans voiture, au calme !
parfait pour les enfants....aller au port en vélo en quelques minutes et sans danger.
seul bémol...nois étions en saison creuse...et la majorité des commerces et activités sont fermés ! nous avons donc visiter les alentours avec Narbonne, Carcassonne, la réserve africaine et autres!

Superbe endroit, excellentes prestations
Nous venons de passer une semaine dans cette maison à Gruissan recommandées par des amis. Tout était parfait. Villa très bien aménagée, nouvelle cuisine et salle de douche addtionnelle. A recommander pour un séjour sans surprises. Les enfants on adoré l'accès direct à l'eau. Très frais mais temps ensoleillé avant vent marin. Nous reviendrons à Gruissan en été.

Sehr schönes Haus in absoluter Premiumlage
Der Vermieter reagiert schnell und verbindlich. Die Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort ist sehr freundlich. Das Haus ist stilvoll eingerichtet mit allem, was man braucht. Und noch mehr: Es stehen 2 Erwachsenen-Fahrräder (sogar 1 E-Bike) und 2 Kinderfahrräder zur Verfügung. Leider hat bei uns das Wetter nicht mitgespielt. Aber selbst bei sehr starkem Wind vom Meer merkt man im Haus keinen Luftzug.

1ere réservation sur Abritel, nous étions un peu perdus M.Collard a répondu très rapidement et très gentiment a toutes nos questions. L'accueil tant de sa part que de celle du concierge sur place ont étés excellents. La situation de la maison est superbe, la vue magnifique tant de jour que de nuit.Tres bonnes prestations, maison très bien équipée. Nous avons passé un séjour des plus agréable. Le mois de septembre est excellent à Gruissan, beau temps, températures encore élevés, très calme. Le lieu par excellence pour un séjour familial. Nous reviendrons très vite. Réservation conseillée.

Nous avons été très bien reçus et conseillés à notre arrivée. Maison et jardin très bien entretenus, idéalement situés de la plage principale le long de la promenade. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous dès le début. Tout est soigné pour mettre les invités à l'aise. Excellent rapport qualité prix.

Wir haben in diesem Haus zwei sehr entspannte Wochen verbracht. Direkt am Wasser und der Promenade, aber durch die Hecke doch mit viel Privatsphäre. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und gemütlich.
