Let’s Do It Again

The room was nice. Clean bed & bathroom. Bed was comfortable.

Parking lot not big enough to support fully or majorly booked hotel. The hallway was hot despite the air conditioner blowing. Might be partly due to a high heat index that stay.

A great stay with a great host!

We certainly enjoyed the staff especially Mary at the front desk! She was very compassionate, accommodating, and resourceful! And we love the cleanliness of the place and the greeting with the freshly baked cookies was a plus!

The only problem we had were with the televisions and two of the rooms so we ended up moving to a third room because one of the televisions did not come on and the second television was programmed to someone else's account and we could not get it to work but the third room was just as charming and had no issues at all it was a great stay, and very comfortable and thank God for Mary at the front desk who came to our rescue all three times! She is a great asset to your hotel and a blessing as well as a smiling face to all of those entering the doors!

Rooms and lobby updated and nice, owner sorta rude but the employees were kind and accommodating

I think its ridiculous that they raised the incidental fee from 50 to 150. Not to mention you have to wait 7-10 days to be refunded on a charge that is not a real charge. Absurd

Make sure Maria and Mary get compensated for their work

The hostess Maria and Mary were the best. I really love that they took care of all my needs and helped me throughout my stay

Breakfast was OK. There was a variety to choose from. Location convenient to interstate.

Refrigerator was not working. No instructions for the TV available. Had to go to front desk to get coffee pods as only decaf available in room. Beds was too soft. Not what we expected based on reviews on Booking.com.

the property needs some updating, the sink was at the front door. the bathroom was not totally clean. there were some rust stains, peeling paint, baseboards needed cleaning

Without MARIA’S excellent customer service I don’t know I mean all of y’all were NICE MARIA ⭐️

Man all I can say the location look brand new! MARIA IS THE BEST THING YALL HAVE IF YALL DONT GIVE HER A MANAGER POSITION YALL WILL LOSE THE LAST DECEDENT OF CHRIST!!!!!! She was wonderful made me feel right at home and I only stayed 24 hours!!!!!

Clean, friendly, and felt more expensive than it was.

It wasn’t fancy, but they did nice touches that made the place feel like it should’ve cost more: decorations, free fresh baked cookies, CLEAN, towel art, and they even folded the toilet paper to look like a flower. Did I mention clean?!! Super friendly staff. I was definitely not expecting this service at this price range. Great.

The mattress wasn’t comfy and I would not say it was the quietest. Overall, not bad. Just ask to be away from the elevator.

When you look close, things are dated and in need of repair. Rooms are decent sized but not as large as some in that range and area.

Would definitely stay again!

Super clean facility. Pool was spotless. Front desk check in staff very friendly and accommodating. Best breakfast I’ve had a a hotel: plenty of options and attendant was constantly replenishing right up to the end of service.

Our rooms were not ready at check in and we were told it would be over 2 hours before we could get in. The manager apologized profusely and took 25% off each room before I could even say anything! (They only had 2 instead of 4 housekeepers that day). We went and had dinner and the rooms were spotless when we returned.

Wonderful

Very clean! The lady working at the front desk for check- in was friendly. Our room was clean with modern furniture. We received a text message shortly after arriving that it was fresh baked cookies at the the front desk and they were delicious! Breakfast was also nice, staff was continuously putting out fresh food. Location was close to airport.
