It was a great stay just please provide better pillows for your guest. Food and staff were good.

That it was close to a lot of food places and . Breakfast was good

The pillows are HORRIBLE! I can tolerate a hard mattress but not a soft pillow that deflates soon as you lay on it and I had 2 pillows felt like I had 1 super flat pillow

Limited Parking.

The very helpful staff the comfortable beds.

Parking is limited and when those trucks park up they take up multiple parking spaces...

Liked this hotel and stayed there multiple times. Will reconsider where to stay next time in Houston

Breakfast was decent.

We were put on the side facing the highway and it was really loud. I believe there were unoccupied rooms on the other side. Advice for other guests, ask for a room on the other side if you want to sleep well.

I planned according to the describing amenities like a free shuttle service to the air port along with electric vehicle

Description did not match the actual amenities. Staff didn’t care to recognize my concern

No shuttle service as described in the booking listing. No electric vehicle charging as described in the booking listing. Ruined my trip. Shower was clogged as well

Below Hilton reputation.

1) There is much too much Noice from the highway. We could not sleep with truck and motor cycles zooming by all night. Much better window insulation is needed. 2) On the Priceline web site this location was advertised as "HAVING A SHUTTLE BUS' TO THE AIRPORT. There was ans is no bus. EXTEMELY and DELIBERATELY MISLEADING!!! We would never have selected this hotel had we known. Management knows about this, but obviously benefits from it, but HILTON does not if it lets this knowingly false advertising stand.

See above 2 points. This is serious and below any quality Hilton stands for in our experience.

Check in lady was not very welcoming. She was perturbed that I wanted a room on the back away from the freeway noise. As many times we have stayed there -it should be in our profile. The breakfast at best is mediocre- over ripe bananas, muffins cut in tiny pieces. Hilton Garden Inn has a amazing continental breakfast ( both are Hilton properties) Also I asked when they are going to start back the air port shuttle van - parked in the parking lot- no idea when they might bring it back?

This place is my home away from home!

The staff is very accommodating and offered superior customer service. The location is ideal with easy access to 59N, Deerbrook Mall/AMC, Restaurants galore, and other specialty shops.

It is like new- very up scale hotel! Friendly staff!

This hotel is first class- VERY nice! extremely clean hallways & room! The bed was very comfortable. it was very quiet. I highly recommend this hotel!
