This place is great, we stay every year. The rooms are clean, the staff is wonderful

Pleasant stay.

Grounds were gorgeous. Staff was very nice. Restaurant was excellent. Location was convenient to all.

Bathroom was poorly designed. Toilet seat cover could not go all the way back because of extended vanity counter over the tank. Therefore, the toilet seat cover was always touching you when you were on it. For the price, something like this should not be an Inconvenience.

It’s a nice hotel, not great

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean

The pool was freezing, pool chairs were dirty and drinks are too expensive. The bed was so small for two beds. The tables at the pool lounge were dirty

Nice place, reasonably priced and nice staff

Breakfast was very good. Had bacon, eggs and home fries.

Room was a little small but we made due.

On the whole I enjoyed my stay.

The grounds were excellent! pool and restaurant felt like a private club. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. My toy poodle loved meeting other dogs and run around on grass. Really super outside. Room were quiet.

The room was small. The web description of 2 rooms with double beds was inaccurate. There was no sitting room, no table and only one shelf and no hooks. It needed places to rest my things.

Nice place but not that close to heart of town , people working there are quite nice

Nice Resort Feel , Staff Friendly

Could use a more moderate price eatery , where for dinner you can something simple like spaghetti at a modest price for lunch a basic sandwich and fries . $28 for a basic hummus dish is bit high even by East End standards

Location is nice and close to the beach

Cleanness is not at the top, some services are limited, the room hace liking problems in the bathroom

Montauk Perfection!

Staff was Very friendly and attentive. The Property Grounds were well maintained and Beautifully organic. A true "Montauk Vibe " laidback, funky, cool, private location. Food was top notch. Bar/pool are very "chill" indeed. Room was fresh and white and CLEAN(as a NASA space station). Bed was like sleeping on a dream cloud.

Relaxing

What breakfast? lol not a big deal I was not aware. The only complaint I have is that the AC unit did not work properly so our room was muggy and warm. Property was amazing, will definitely make this my yearly getaway. Me and my Boyfriend traveled from Maryland

AC unit, lighting inthe room was a little dull. Maybe room service, an updated smart TV.

Overall, we weren’t pleased with our stay and are requesting a portion of our $$$ back.

The location appears (at first sight) to be cute, cozy, and perfect distance from Navy Beach which is why we chose it.

Spending over $500 a night at this 3-star place was a waste of my money. The blinds in our room were broken so we were forced to wake up early even though this was our vacation weekend. There was lots of dust and dirt in the windows/blinds which triggered my allergies. There wasn’t a tissue box in the room to blow my nose. It’s covid and shocking that a resort doesn’t provide tissues to their guests. I’m glad we had breakfast options on the property itself during COVID but $15 for a bagel is ridiculously expensive and in-heard of.

Great place to hang out outside and visit Montauk, but dirty and disappointing rooms.

The backyard area was very cool although we spent very little time there.

The rooms were very dirty. There was a dark red rug under the bed that hid a lot of dirt. Unfortunately my wife stepped on something we believe to be dog poop that was on the rug. We told the front desk and they cleaned the room but the rug was still filthy looking. I lifted the rug at one point and saw a lot of dirt beneath it. I also killed two roaches in the room. I definitely did not expect the rooms to be this dirty at a hotel like this.
