About this house rental
NOOSA HEADS HOLIDAY RENTAL
Noosa beach house close to everything!
The Summer House Noosa is a delightful, spacious, beach house perfect for large, family living. It guarantees private relaxation set high on the hill bordering the Noosa National Park with easy access to both the Junction and Hastings Street.
It is close to Noosa Beach, just a short, 10-minute walk (1km) down but double that to get up. The walk is enjoyable and shady straight through Peppers Resort. It is a similar distance to the Junction with all its fantastic and far more affordable new restaurants and boutiques.
The Summer House is an oasis of calm set in lush, tropical gardens complete with a 12m heated solar-heated saltwater pool with a waterfall feature.
The open-plan living invites the lush flora inside with bifold doors to both a poolside terrace and a patio with swinging chairs.
The house sleeps a total of 8 guests. This includes 6 guests in the main house (X2 queens X1 twin) and 2 bathrooms and a further 2 guests in the separate bungalow with kitchenette and bathroom. This is a great space for teenagers or potentially another family. It is also an ideal study, removed from the house with a desk and chair.
The Summer House Noosa is both visually charming and functional. It flaunts a Hamptons-style finish with exposed beams, slate floors and white-washed eclectic décor and artworks collected from all over the world. It is well-appointed with fast internet, streaming and desks ready for workers. The kitchen is fully equipped, set for entertaining and there is a large Webber BBQ.
The Summer House Noosa is comfortable all year round; there are air-conditioning and fans in all bedrooms and living areas and an outdoor shower and working fireplace. It is the perfect Noosa family holiday rental.

Great amenities, gorgeous garden, couldn't keep the kids out of the pool, great communication from owner, quiet and convenient location, owner very accomodating with unexpected changes to booking. Would highly recommend.

We booked the summer house for 8 days for a family trip to Noosa with our three teenage children.
Very comfortable stay, the house is very well equiped. Easy access to Hastings Street. There is a Coles supermarket at the bottom of the street, along with a great organic fruit and veg store and a beautiful fresh fish shop. We bought a dozen oysters from there most days as an afternoon snack with a glass of white wine!
Also found a lovely cafe opposite Coles called Vanilla Food Organic Cafe. Delicious breakfast and great coffee!
The swimming pool is beautiful and has a lovely undercover area with lots of seating. The weather was a bit cool for my husband and I to swim, but the kids loved it and went in every day.
Helen was very prompt and friendly with communication.
I would happily book this property again.

The house, itself, is great; very well equipped, lots of interior space, clean & comfortable. The annex is an excellent retreat for the kids. The pool & outdoor area is also very nice. However, it lacks space & feels a bit too enclosed with not enough sun falling for more than one or two people to lie in the sun.
Unfortunately, the only outlook (above the rear wall) is of several mobile phone towers & a water reservoir. As much as I understand the necessity of utilities, it’s not the greatest sight.
This, alone, would otherwise not be a huge problem except that the distance to the beach means there’s a restricted feeling with the outdoor areas.
Overall, the house simply isn’t good value for the money we paid. The price is what we’d expect for a large apartment at Hastings St/Little Cove or a house with a better outlook & outdoor space (or both), but the location effectively is Noosa Junction and the outdoor area is limited.
Disappointing.

House was as advertised. Close to the national park (right out the back of the place). Beach is a 10 min walk as is most shopping and restaurants. It is on a bit of a hill but was not an issue for us during our walks.

My friends and I stayed for a week in this amazing house. We had everything we needed and the house is so spacious and clean. Dipping in the pool each day was a bonus. Definitely recommend for adults and even though we didn’t have kids with us, it would be a great place for the kids too.
