The hotel was fine but I was given a room above the vent for laundry/dryer so we can not use private balcony because

Perfect little resort

The location was great and the resort was updated and clean. The rooms were a comfortable size and suited our needs perfectly.

The gift shop hours were not consistent and never seemed to be open we needed it. It was also unclear if the restaurant was open yet too.

Overall loved the hotel give it 4.5 stars

Location and definitely the poolside with the DJ and the music and entertainment.

I had 2 bedroom suite and one rooms didn’t stay cool even with the balcony door not being opened.

Over priced and outdated

The location

The cleanliness, it was horribly outdated, no comforters, limited towels, no beach towels, had to pay for washer and dryer, the dishes were dirty, our balcony was shared with 2 other rooms so we had no privacy and everyone would look inside our place and we couldn’t sit outside without being interrupted. For the price we paid we will go to Myrtle beach!

Sad hotel

Lack of outlets in room. Microwave was a joke..the carpet was dirty . Linien was gross. Windows were dirty.

Overall for the price and the location it’s worth the stay here. Not the nicest place you can stay but overall is clean,

I liked the outdoor pool and the location of the property is super close to the beach.

The elevator stopped working once or twice throughout my stay but wasn’t anything major. There was a slight musty smell in our room when I used the sink.

Convenient & Close to beach!

Location & price was great! Parking on site which was also great! Loved the view from the balcony, could see movie playing!

The room felt damp, like the carpet & the bed. Only a flat sheet on bed, had to pull out the throw blanket from closet which felt damp & scratchy. Also in the bathroom they only had towels, no wash cloths.

Leslie at front desk! She’s great. Cleaning staff amazing.

Owner! No pool towels as stated on website unless I purchase a cabana. Or changing for tables or lounge chairs!!! I’ll never come back again. The parking sucks. I agreed to an upgrade was told it was a $7 difference it was a $448 difference!!!! Place sucks. TVs don’t work. Elevators unsafe.

Filthy room and not worth what I paid

The pool area was nice. Staff was nice

The room was dirty, no comforters on beds, towels were stained or soiled, dirts on walls, the room hadn’t been dusted in quite awhile due to the amount of dirt. For the price I paid it was not worth it

The cleanliness and the pool and spa facilities.

No extra blankets. The parking was a bit frustrating. Other guests made it difficult.

location and the room was clean. Breakfast in the cafe was delicious and Bree the waitress was incredible. prices were very steep.

the front desk staff was rude and incompetent. We booked an oceanfront room and ended up with another unit. when complained, was told there was no oceanfront vacancy. The heat and air conditioning didn’t work. The beds were far from comfortable. The photos of the property certainly didn’t look like the same online, as in person. Still trying to figure out how this property qualifies as a resort. It was a glorified motel and the cost far exceeded the amenities.

Not worth the effort. Wished we stayed home.

The beds were comfortable and clean.

First night was freezing in room. We tried the heat switch on the wall but was told by the front desk they are a seasonal hotel and they don't have a heating system. As all they had on our beds were sheets they offered us a blanket. My teeth chattered all night. The next night there was heat on in the hotel. Upon stepping in the small bathroom the floor was tacky in front of toilet and shower stall floor was dirty and shower doors were full of soap scum. The fridge had been shut off and we had to wait for it to cool before putting my insulin into keep cool. The "ocean view" was only viewable by standing in one small corner of the balcony. Lastly the confirmation clearly showed we were to get a breakfast credit of $15 per person, per night. The person at the front desk said it was not a part of our stay. We had changed from the original date and it was shown on both confirmations. So it was on both Bookings .com and the hotels site.

Great location in the Crest

Great location, large room, and loved the huge kitchen area.

The rooms were a bit dirty, especially the carpets. Our room was only picked up once and we stayed for 3 nights.

Location to Cape May and general pleasant stay will have us booking again.

Hostess in cafe was so personable with every patron. Room was very clean, small but set up nicely. Beds, super comfortable. Pool was great.

Breakfast was only meal served 7am to noon. They changed departure time 1/2 earlier then expected. They had lots of vacancies for end of September, but did not let us in a room earlier, by an one or two.
