Didn’t!

Nothing other than the young lady at the front counter was pleasant.

The room was disgusting!! The curtains didn’t close, no lights in the room, carpet so stained I would never take my shoes off. The beds looked really dirty. The water in the bathtub was running so hard, could not shut off, if you were able to start the shower if would be at full blast!! I believe this is the worst motel room I have been in ever! I was totally surprised that it would be on the booking.com site.

We did not stay place is a dump. Broken down cars, not plowed. Couldn't get anyone to even come in office rang bell several times. Sketchy People live here it's no motel

our stay was nice to see the sault in the winter was beatiful.

the room size was nice the water was hot unlike some places the location is nice .

We arrived extremely late at night after check in times because of an inconvenience on the snowy and muddy road, and although we didn't notify and had already lost our booking, the manager was so nice to take time and look for another place to spend the rest of the night.

It was a great motel for a night stay while passing through the town

I did not stay for breakfast at the hotel. I enjoyed the location. It was in the downtown area.

I only have two complaints. The first, I would have preferred that the beds would be a little more comfortable. The second, there was no ventilation in the bathroom for the steam from a hot shower. The bathroom was entirely soaked from moisture and condensation because there was no where for the steam to go. I even had to trash the toilet paper in the bathroom because it was dampened too much from moisture. There was a switch in the bathroom indicating that it should turn on a fan, but there was no fan, and no vent opening anywhere in the bathroom. Other than those issues, I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the motel rooms were. You could tell the motel is very old, but it is maintained very nicely.

I was disappointed with the condition of the room. The curtains were coming down, stains on the carpet coming in, and beds were uncomfortable. Because it was late at night I didn't ask for a new room and they were full.

Moved to the Lockview Motel. It was a very nice place, bathroom was great and every clean.

40" HD TV excellent cable programing

When walking into the tiny bathroom you could feel the floor slant down, you could hardly get off the toilet without grabbing the edge of the bathtub. The grout around the tub was cracked and nasty looking. I would not recommend this motel.
