The attention to detail was amazing with a total emphasis on comfort! The owner thought of everything to make for a real positive experience and the bed was absolutely perfect!

Lovely house near Napa town

This is a lovely large house with several guest rooms, but guests have access to a large living room, dining room, food prep space, and gorgeous back yard. The house is in a quiet residential area and is a short drive away from bustling downtown Napa. Coffee and tea are available 24/7. There is a microwave to heat your food. This is a great place from which to base your Napa Valley excursion as Napa town is large enough to have numerous good restaurants and is a short 30' or less drive to some of the best wineries. Note 2 reviews since I stayed 2 nights under 2 separate reservations

The heater was not functioning well as the fan blew so hard that it cooled the air. But the duvet and blankets were so thick that it was very warm at night.

Recommend to anyone staying in Napa, CA.

The property was so beautiful! My husband and I felt comfortable and safe during our stay. We will certainly return here when we visit Napa in the future.

Bad

When I explained that their toilet didn't flush , that some of their walls were dirty with scuff marks, and that the bed had a strange smell they basically said I was lying by saying they went in after I left (I did not stay) and everything was fine and they questioned if I went to the correct property. I am glad my bank did not let the charges go through by protecting my account. It was a cute place, but the fact they asked me if I had taken pictures and told me all worked and was clean is a lack of accountability. Paint your walls, wash your comforter, and check that all is in working order before you have arrivals. And never imply a guest is lying. Best to them regardless.

Easy to check in; good value.

I thought this was a great place for a weekend in Napa. The property had everything you might want. Gave a neutral rating on personnel since I didn't actually have to interact with anyone to check in. I was sent a code for the door. Easy peasy.

I really can't think of any negatives.

Very pleasantly surprised by the inn - very comfortable stay and felt just like home. Shared living room and dining area with small tables. Coffee and hot water for tea and snacks/fruit for refreshers. Water and small refrigerator in room. Bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. Situated in a cul-de-sac of a residential area with another inn next door. Free parking. No breakfast but we always prefer to get bunch at local restaurants and there is no short of options in the wine country.

A little noisy early in the morning when housekeeping arrived. Our room was right by the living area. Could have slept in a little longer.

Cabernet Suite is roomy and comfortable. Property overall is aa quiet sanctuary away from the city pace. Just nice to sit and enjoy the surroundings.

Great location, clean rooms and extremely comfortable.

The property is extremely comfortable. The location is great. The rooms were exactly as pictured. In addition, there is great patio to relax with family and friends. absolutely perfect if you need six rooms and can rent the entire facility.

I liked everything.

Incredibly clean and very well appointed - had everything to ensure a comfortable stay

Missed the personal interaction of a B&B due to Covid, but the owner made sure you had everything you needed. Would love to come back with friends when the pandemic is over.
