About this house rental

If you want to be on Mayflower Beach, the #1 rated beach on Cape Cod, you will have two problems: First, you won t find a property that can accommodate large groups. Second, you won t find a property that can fit more than 3 or 4 cars. Well, don t sweat that here! We have just added this newly renovated and spacious six bedroom home to our portfolio. The home sleeps 18 and has parking for 10 cars! It also boasts 2.5 kitchens, 3 separate family rooms, two bedroom suites and 4.5 baths. There is plenty of space to break off into groups while still being together . And if it s togetherness you want, there is a large family room and dining area for all to gather. It s almost like 3 rentals in 1. The exterior features a massive and private 730 square foot deck with outdoor shower. A large yard, firepit and an automatic gas grill are other exterior features that complete this property.

If it s proximity you are looking for, The home is a few hundred yards from the best beaches in world - Bayview and Mayflower beaches (rated #1 best beach on Cape Cod; top 10 in the country). Kid friendly and safe, this beach has a low tide that affords children to explore tidal pools and allow parents to relax from a distance or find their own solitude through long walks on miles of beach and dune. In the evening, the sun sets over the Cape Cod Bay to create a bucolic and romantic atmosphere. Once here, you can literally leave your car parked. The property sits down from two of the Cape s most popular restaurants- Chapin s which is a new and popular family restaurant with an outdoor deck and a large bar area with nightly entertainment in a neighborhood atmosphere and Gina s which is famous for its intimate setting and chef-inspired Italian cuisine.
Dennis, named the All American Town in 1978, is located in the middle of the Cape and remains small and delightful to visit. All Cape attractions are easily accessible from this central location with tennis and golf courses only minutes away. The first Summer Theater in America, The Cape Playhouse, is just down the street, as well as scores of antique shops, fine clothing stores, art galleries, superb restaurants, a marine aquarium & park, harbors with boat launching, rental & charter facilities. There are two fine restaurants within walking distance. We have two PGA certified golf courses, plus public and private tennis within three miles. The Cape Cod bike trail (a lovely 21 mile trail along salt marshes, lakes, ponds, cranberry bog and sand dunes) starts in Dennis. Tobey Farm (oldest family farm on cape cod) is two miles away. The Johnny Kelly Recreation Area, named after the famous Boston Marathoner who makes his home in this All American Town Of Dennis is only five miles away.

The property was exactly as listed, our party had a wonderful time staying here! The hosts were very responsive to any needs or questions. The unit itself was very clean and easily accessible to the nearby beach and local market. The outdoor patio and firepit area was absolutely magical, our family thoroughly enjoyed it! Only point of feedback I would say is that the listing mentions soap is available, but it's just handsoap so make sure to pack that. The wifi connection in the basement (and cellular connection in the area) are also pretty poor. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed and hope to be back!

This was a fantastic find - everything we needed was there, the fire pit and the grill offer a great opportunity to enjoy the nice weather and the garden is well shielded from the noise and the street. It’s a perfect weekend getaway!

This house was in excellent shape and worked very well for our group which was two families with young adults and a 5 and 7 yr old - plenty of space for everyone to enjoy their own activities! The kitchen was very well equipped as we prepared Thanksgiving sides and desserts to bring to another home. Even though it was cold out, we enjoyed access to the beach where we took some beautiful walks. It was perfect!

If this house doesn't have it then you don't need it, the owner's have thought of everything! The house is perfect for larger gatherings, plenty of space to hang out together and 3 different levels to hang out on when you don't. The yard is private and has a large lava rock fire pit where we spent a lot of time. Lot's of sunshine in the yard and plenty of outdoor seating. So far it's the best house we have ever rented!

Our family had a wonderful week at this beautiful home a short walk from Dennis beaches. Everyone had PLENTY of space to spread out—the house is huge! The house was immaculate, well-organized, and beautifully decorated. No detail was overlooked. Joseph and Linda were wonderful to deal with as well. A 10 all-around!

House is just as pictured. Clean, modern, and has many added bonuses: 3 laundry spaces, plenty of towels, 3 kitchens, several seating and lounging area, outside patio fully equipped with chairs and a grill. Walking distance to the breach.

This house was the perfect place to host multiple families. It had just been renovated and each floor had a kitchen and sitting area as well as sufficient bathrooms. It was impeccably decorated. The first floor was large and open so everyone could congregate in all areas and still be together. The bedrooms were amazingly comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with an abundance of dishes and silverware as well as serving pieces and a six burner gas stove. They also supplied garbage bags, hand soap, dish and dishwasher detergent, new sponge, and several spices which meant we did not have to go out and buy each for our limited need. There is a washer and dryer available on each floor as well so washing towels was a breeze. Hand soap and TP was available in each bathroom. Outside there was a large gas grill, sitting areas and a fire pit with many comfortable chairs to enjoy the outside. We enjoyed our morning walks to Mayflower Beach area which was only a short walk awayl. Overall, it was a spectacular vacation rental for multiple couples.

Beautiful house very close to the beach with ample space and brand new appliances. It was perfect for our 15-person group! Plenty of bathrooms and beds. Check-in/out was simple and seamless — couldn’t have asked for a better accommodation!
