Nice modern apartment

Nice modern apartment, everything we could need. Nice and warm and room to dry wet clothes. About a 20 min walk into zakopane centre but we had a car so always drove. Never had a problem parking vehicle.

Localização é excelente Vista do apt no 3 andar é linda Tinha cadeirinha pra o bebê Apartamento bem quentinho Mercado 5 minutos andando Cozinha ok Bem perto do centro

Sofa poderia virar cama muito desconfortável Não tinha pano de prato na cozinha Não tem chuveiro, só a torneira da banheira e ainda a água oscila em quente e fria. Uma toalha pra 5 dias não é legal. Poderia ter mais utensílios na cozinha

A studió appartman 1-2 éjszakára tökéletes

Közel a központhoz, mégis csendes helyen. Reggeli bőséges és finom volt.Legközelebb is itt fogunk megszállni .

Az ágy nekünk kényelmetlen volt.

Krótki pobyt dla rodziny

Super domki bardzo oryginalny styl i fajnie usytuowane parkingi na miejscu troche ciasne ale idzie się zmiescic.Dojazd bardzo dobry ciekawa okolicach.

Góralski styl na zewnątrz, niestety srodek oklepany jak w każdych domkach pod wynajęcie. Ogólnie wszystko w porządku troche slabo wyposażona kuchnia I niezbyt wygodne luzka ale na trzy noce nie mam co narzekać. Niestety połamane krzesła szafki i parę brakujących rzeczy.

A nightmare avoided

The only thing I liked was that after 1 night of sheer hell, the young lady who handled the bookings moved us to another apartment at no extra cost which was 1,000% better, and made our stay at Zakopane a very pleasant one

Didn't like anything about it . Basically it was far too small. The TV did not work. There was one window over the bed where the curtain was not wide enough to prevent light shining in all night . Power points were in the wrong places. In the wash basin the cold tap gave you hot water and the hot tap gave cold water. The shower was luke warm with no water pressure. There was no storage space. Crockery was totally inadequate The plastic stools provided were both cracked

Good stay but could be a better experience with more services

The Apartment was nice and with a good style and not too far by town center. Good car park as well

Some services need a bit of improvement; 1st The cleaning could be a bit better , there was a lot of dust around the house and the blind on the living room was very dirty. 2nd Could be some more supplies in the house. In the kitchen, for example there is not any salt, sugar and paper towels or towels in general. In the bathroom they could put some extra toilet paper expecially if you have 4 people booked (2 only for 2 days) . No shampoo or shower gel either

Very small, missing promised amenities

Location

The room was very small, with Kitchen in the closet beside the main door. Toilet right beside bed. Reception is offsite, had issues with people trying to get into our room luckily door was locked manually by us. People were very loud our last night were still partying with music when we left at 7:30am, safe to say we slept very little. The TV could not be plugged in as outlet was just a mess of wires. We thought there would be at least a proper sink to wash dishes but there is just a very small sink in washroom with shelf to hold toothbrushes. Overall very disappointed. Stayed in a few other hotels/Airbnb in Poland including in krakow and had way better accommodation for less or same price.

Great location, beautiful views but place needs maintenance funds

Location and free parking, kitchen facilities were great

Place needs makeover: broken radiator in the bathroom, broken bath tap for shower, very dated furniture - you can feel how many bums actually sat on them sofas. There was occasional toilet smell from the ground floor. Bathroom window faces other apartments and you are literally exposed. Bedding felt like it was 10 years old and God knows how many people slept on them pillows.. And the lightning is very dim even with all the lights on, on a rainy day can feel depressive. It doesn't feel VIP, not even close. Someone is not willing to invest into the upkeep. We stayed in the Sasanka room on the top floor.

Decent apartments for holidays in Zakopane.

Stay with a family of five and one young children. Means of transport - a larger car. Things we liked: * The recipient desk was excellent at speaking English, and communication was clear. * The apartments were exceptionally visual (in other words - beautiful) to stay in. * Everything written on the Booking.com website was found in the apartments. * The apartments had more than needed basic food preparation utensils and cutlery. * During rain, no leaks were noticed, despite the apartments being in the basement. * The apartments were of pristine cleanliness. No issues were found regarding cleanliness. * The furniture (beds, sitting furniture) was comfortable, clean, and nice to use. * Acceptable price-to-quality ratio. * The location was exceptional, and it was easy to access the heart of Zakopane on foot.

Some moderate flaws were noticed during the stay: * Worth pointing out - the apartment page on the Booking.com website can be mistaken if read incorrectly. It looked like "Apartment - 1 floor", but in reality, it was "Apartment -1 floor". What looked like apartments on the first floor, were actually apartments in the basement. Again, worth pointing out for other travellers. * Being located in the basement, it got quite hot on sunny days. There was no means to combat possible heat, and no air conditioning in the apartments, so on sunny and hotter days it was uncomfortable enough to bear the heat. * Moreover, being located in the basement, there was not enough lighting in the salon/kitchen. Natural lighting was heavily insufficient, especially if someone parked their car near windows. * The parking spaces were extremely clustered and it would be difficult to access with larger vehicles or larger families. * The washing machine was not working due to unknown reasons and might require fixing.

Great place to stay. Would recommend and would definitely consider staying here in future.

Great layout. Spotlessly clean and had everything you could need for a 3 night stay.

The bins at the back of the property were a bit of a mess. Was my only downfall
