The apartment was truly great; it is right across the street from the beach and has a pool. The apartment was very comfortable, with many cool features such as a mood light, Alexa, an oven with WiFi (although we didn't use it), an electric fireplace, a heated toilet seat, and many more. Our favorite was the powered bed with a very comfortable mattress! There was a huge balcony with a set of furniture for outdoor seating. It was very quiet and peaceful but only a few minutes away by foot from a few pubs and restaurants. All in all, we had a great experience and have already booked our next stay.

WOW !! This condo will spoil you the minute you walk in !! Full Alexa capabilities abound and the massive tv’s are incredible…not that you will watch them much because you are across the street from the beautiful gulf beach !! The bathroom was as high end as you can get from the heated seat to many other functions !! The pool at the unit was quite nice as well!!

Recently remodeled. Great use of space and very modern conveniences. It really worked for us having the beach, pool and Sand Bar restaurant so close by. Also got to use the docks for fishing. Floors needed sweeping upon arrival, but otherwise very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the weather turned foul about 3 days into our 8 day stay so we left early. The manager comped us a couple days, so hopefully we'll get to return!

More " extras" than I can list. I can't think of anything that wasn't there. More luxuries than I have at home. It was so peaceful, the weather was great and the shells were amazing. Thanks to Stanley for allowing me to stay in this great place!

Owner was very thorough with description and instructions. Easy communication. Condo was clean and updated. So many amenities included. Property was clean and well kept. Just a short walk across the road to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Great completely updated condo. Beautifully finished. Bay is behind condo, a few steps, the Gulf in front, a 4 minute walk. Many pubs and restaurants within walking distance-- 3 to 10 minutes.
Park the car. Only need it to get to the grocery store.
Would book again in a minute!

This place is a great place to stay . Perfect location . Comes with everything you need . The pool is awsome and the beach is just a very short walk and is just beautiful. Leamon is always amazing . Highly recommend . 5 stars 🌟

The property is very quiet. The fishing off the docks was great, as was finding all the sharks' teeth on the beach. Put the kayaks in and went to the end of Stump Pass. Went passed a Manatee, dolphins and parked next to the flamingos. Perfect!

Stanley’s place is great! We loved our short stay and had everything we needed! Perfect location close to restaurants and attractions. Pool and dock were great! Wish we could have stayed longer. Can’t wait until next year :)

Certainly not the fanciest place on the block, but it was a perfect location, had an updated kitchen, comfortable seating, monster TV, solid wifi and chillin' AC.
Of note, when I asked Alexa to ...., as was recommended via notes everywhere, she responded that the task was not yet set up. Not a big deal, but surprising nonetheless.

It was a last minute booking for my parents. They traveled to Englewood, FL and wanted to stay the Manasota Key Beach. Payment went smoothly and I got the booking confirmation within a couple hours. The unit was very clean with modern appliances and devices. Everything as described! The owner, Stanley was very easy to communicate. He provided clear and detailed instructions. My parents didn’t have any problems to assess the unit or the pool. The unit has a designated parking spot.
Location was perfect for my parents. The beach was across the street.
Too bad I can’t stay there with my toddler (kids are not allowed) but it will be a comeback place for my parents for sure.

This is a great property that we will rent every time we visit Manasota Key. Stanley is super easy to work with and the condo is so well cared for. The beach and the local tiki bars are steps away. Love it!

Huge TV, incredibly comfortable bed, full kitchen w plenty of utensils. The place is wired for Alexa, so music in every room and easy light controls. Easy beach access and nice pool. Overall great place and location. Thanks!

Cleanliness was typical of a beach area, bathroom could use updating.
Most of my low rating was due to the unannounced camera and the Alexa. Both of these were against VRBO’s policy as they were unannounced to us in the contract. The camera was said to be for security on the balcony however with open blinds monitored the entire kitchen and living area. Because of this we kept our shades closed and never used the balcony, so losing any exterior views. I felt extremely violated inside with the Alexa as these have recording capabilities. And we felt like we could not talk freely. Communication was more than I needed but some may be fine being checked in on daily. The location was great! When arriving we were unable to get in as we were given the wrong code, but he did answer our call.
Overall, this was our worst VRBO experience and use it frequently.

It was a nice condo within walking distance of everything important in Manasota Key. Stanley was very friendly and easy to reach via text. There was Alexa inside that controlled the lights and music etc. which was pretty cool. The only slight negative was that soap and shampoo were not provided and only one roll of toilet paper. There is a circle k near by so not a big deal.

This is our 2nd stay at this condo and we already have plans for our 3rd stay in the spring of 2022. Location is close to restaurants and across the street from Gulf. Unit is on 1st floor with balcony and a designated spot for our vehicle. All appliances including washer and dryer are in wood working condition. Can't wait for our next visit.

This was a great place to stay. Beautiful sunrise on Lemon Bay and the sunset across the street at the ocean. Restaurants within walking distance. Very peaceful. Can't wait to come back again!

Very nice weekend getaway. Perfect location across the street from the beach and within walking distance to the restaurants and bars. The bed was comfortable and all cooking supplies we needed were there. The fridge doesn’t have an ice maker but the 7 11 is a short walk or drive away. The owner was very easy to work with and prompt. I’ll definitely be back in the near future on the boat since the unit does have a boat dock.

This is a nice, comfortable condo with an excellent location on Manasota Key, across from Englewood Beach. Easy walking to beach restaurants. Brand new, adjustable bed was very comfortable. Check in was a breeze and Stanley checked in with us to be sure all was well with the accommodations. Would definitely stay again.

The location is absolutely fabulous as you can walk to the beach and to a few great restaurants. The place had everything you could need in it if you wanted to cook and be comfortable. It would be nice to have a bigger and better bed/ pillows but we slept adequately. I would 100% stay again!

The condo was just as advertised. Stanley was an excdellent host and very easy to communicate with and quick with responses. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was comfortable. There were plenty of towels (beach ones as well) and beach chairs, etc. in the closet. Lots of drawer space available. The only problem we had was finding where to put the filter into the coffee pot but we eventually found the button on the side to pop it open. A big plus for us was that the wifi was VERY good. Being not very techie we weren't too sure about using Alexa but by the end of our stay we had become "good friends" with her. Loved having music available on demand. The location was perfect. We would definitely recommend this to our friends and will stay here again if we return to the area.

Stanley was an amazing host! He was so accommodating and very quick to respond. The unit was just perfect for me and my friend. We enjoyed relaxing by the pools and at the beach. The new beach chairs and towels were much appreciated. We even added an extra day onto our trip and Stanley made it super easy. Everything is updated in the unit, including Alexa for the lights and music, the keyless entry at the door (game changer), and Nest thermostat and protect. We cooked in some days and had dinner out at the local restaurants that are in walking distance from the unit. This quaint condo is a real hidden gem!! We will definitely rent from Stanley again in the future. Thanks for a perfect getaway!!

Condo was OK, but needs a lot of TLC. Broken screens, locks and blinds. Lamps with burned out bulbs. Dishwasher not working and kitchen is in bad shape, broken draws and slides. Labels so old can't read them. Outside unit not swept. Couple of wrong pictures in web site.
Would need work for us to return.

The location of this property is great. Beyond that, it's not so great! The sliding door to the patio was broke so we could not even lock the door or even latch it for that matter. The dishwasher was broke, which the owner did inform me about. The property suited us for the few nights that we were in town for a wedding, but I would not recommend for an extended stay. Bed was very uncomfortable too!

Second time staying at El Galeon East very nice and centrally located. Had the pleasure of meeting the owner and his father during our stay. They were updating the security measures and technology during our stay, gracious hosts.
