Relax and enjoy Kona Coffee on your private, ocean view lanai, watching whales, spinner dolphins & awesome sunsets. This corner (end unit) overlooks the pool and BBQ area of Kona Pacific which also offers a sun deck with ocean view and reading/gathering room.
The condo has two bedrooms, one with a king sized bed and small futon, the other having a queen bed, and there is a sleeper sofa in the living area. Beautifully updated kitchen with custom cabinets and granite counters, all nice appliances, dishes, utensils etc. The 3 full baths have also been renovated.
Walk in to town for dinner, seasonal festivals and activities, sand volleyball games or just a cup of coffee on the seawall while you watch the sunset.

We had a great stay in this condominium. It had a great location and view and very comfortable to live in and stay. A short walk to downtown for restaurants,beach and shopping. We enjoyed eating and spending time on the lanai!

The condo was clean and comfortable for everyone in our group. Lots of privacy with 3 bathrooms. We enjoyed the close proximity to Kona, beaches and Mai Tai’s. Would definitely stay here again.

We were pleased with the property. The beds were comfortable, and the unit had everything that we needed for our week stay! We walked to the Luau at the Royal Kona Resort and to downtown Kona multiple times for shopping and eating.

We stayed for 3 weeks and had a great time. The lanai is beautiful and the location is great. We could walk to all the great restaurants and a few beaches. The underground parking was nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location for our family. Close to town, large accommodation. There were many beach items available and pool items available for use if needed. The lanai was wonderful to sit and watch the water. The beds were comfortable. Our only disappointments were that the pool was having an upgrade maintenance for half of our stay. Would absolutely recommend this unit for a family

Arrived at 1:30 am. Opened the door to an awful odour. Condo is old and smells. Furniture and carpets smell and need cleaning or replacement. Needs thorough deep cleaning. Management Company is aware. Location is great, within walking distance to downtown Kona. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Walking distance to "downtown Kailua" and everything you would need was a short drive. "Wrap-around" lanai was very nice. The living room TV didn't work, but we didn't need it.

Fabulous and Spacious
The photos do not do it justice on how large this condo is! I was there with 18 year old son and his friend and we all our own space. The location seems like it could be a bit of a walk into town but its not. Its super close! There is a trolley that runs along the waterfront, currently its free! Makes it easy to get to busy spots!

Well-appointed condo in nice location
First time on the Big Island, and this was a nice find in Kona. Plenty of room for our family of four (including two teens). Having three bathrooms was great! We also loved the big lanai that allowed us to enjoy to fresh air and a nice view of the ocean. The location might be the best thing of all. Right on the southern edge of town, which made for an easy walk to shops, restaurants, farmers market, etc., as well as quick access by car to other parts of Kailua-Kona. Only 20 minutes from the airport, and otherwise, by foot or car, nothing was more than 10 minutes away. Convenient, clean and easy! We'd stay here again.

The kitchen was just amazing! All the appliances you need, a washer and dryer (stackable so not large capacity), dishwasher. Hair dryers, extra towels, beach chairs, some children's water toys... So many extras! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for anyone!

This was our third and longest stay in this same unit (over 3 weeks). Obviously, we really like this unit. This made dining a tricky affair the table is a bit oversized for the balcony and forced us to put it at an angle so we could comfortably sit all 5 of us around it. The view from the balcony was lovely though. Being on the 2nd floor gives you a look out to the pool and a good view of the ocean. Being on the far end of the building also means you get a bigger balcony that wraps around to face the ocean.
Overall, 9/10. Would stay again.

We were pleased with our stay in unit A202. The unit was clean and spacious enough for the 4 of us. We thoroughly enjoyed the large shaded lanai with a view. The location is close to everything. We would definitely recommend this unit to our friends and family.

Very nice condo in Kona
We rented this place last summer, and again this year. The very generous lanai with sunset views, the three full bathrooms, and the nice pool, were very appreciated by our group of six -- including three children -- after a day at the beach.

Well worth it
Great location and property. Enjoyed being close to town and the YWAM campus. Very nice pool. A/C not super efficient in living area so in summer months it’s pretty warm but bedrooms stay nice and cool. Bedding could be a bit cleaner, but that could just be me. Over all we had a great experience!

Great vacation condo!
We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It looked even better than the pictures! There was plenty of room for a family of four and the third bathroom was great, when you have two teenage girls. The condo was adequately stocked with everything we needed and the location was ideal. We walked to restaurants and shops. The only negative thing was having to leave!

Close to restaurants and “downtown Kona”. We had a wonderful come back to Kona and Big Island, where we explored everything worth to se and try. Whale watch, Helicopter ride. Snorkling. Waipio valley. Black sand beach. Volcanoes. Submarine. Spinner dolphins. I can deffenitely recomend the condo and Big Island of Hawaii. Mahalo.

Perfect holidays in the Big Island
We were a party of six: three boys, 2 to 10 yrs old, their parents, and a grandmother. The unusual -- but very fun -- floor plan allowed each generation to have their private bathroom and space, with all sorts of connecting doors, both inside and outside to an oversized lanai.
Adults appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, with a dishwasher and a huge fridge-freezer; the washer and dryer; the sunset drinks on the lanai; and the tandem parking space that could accommodate two cars.
Boys enjoyed playing hide-and-seek in the multiple rooms and closets; collecting fresh plumeria flowers each morning to offer to their mother; and having access to ice cubes from the fridge: we had to closely monitor them!
Everybody appreciated the short walk to downtown, the numerous beaches, and the relaxing pool. We all want to come back soon.

Great place in a perfect location
We had a wonderful week at this location. The condo was very nice, an end unit with a great view. It is an excellent pool. And the location is perfect - a short couple of blocks to downtown Kona yet still far enough away to be quiet and comfortable. We definitely recommend it.

Perfect location, beautiful views, lovely home-like accommodations.
Awesome experience for our first visit to Kona. The condo was more than spacious for 2 couples and fully equipped with all comforts of home. Location was perfect. A short walk to town but far enough out for peaceful ocean viewing from the lanai. The entire Kona Pacific condo property is clean, quiet and well maintained. Underground parking - nice bonus! Will definitely stay here on our next visit to Hawaii!!

Our experience
We went with our adult son his wife and our 3 year old granddaughter. Was a perfect layout the family and loved having 3 bathrooms. Also was happy there was no twin beds. The pool was cold and not a lot of lounging chairs. Condo was supplied well with the exception of no beach chairs or boogie boards. We had a great time and loved the view and the size of lanai was awesome with all the seating. Mahalo 🌴�
