This townhouse is part of the Aspens at Kicking Horse, which won Best Resort Development in BC from the Canadian Home Builders Association- British Columbia. It features heated floors in the bathroom and kitchen, queen size beds in each bedroom and queen size sofa pull out bed in the living room with comfortable linens, electric fireplace, and satellite TV. The home is well appointed with modern fixtures, a full kitchen including all stainless steel appliances with dishwasher, 4 piece bathroom, in unit laundry, and huge deck with BBQ and private hot tub.

To keep your car cozy in winter, you have access to a heated parking space and locked private storage room for all your ski gear, mountain bikes or white water kayaks!

Guest Access

You will have exclusive access of the entire home, including a 400sqft deck and your own private hot tub, and indoor parking for 1 car below (additional outdoor parking is available for additional vehicles).

Interaction with Guests

We will be available by phone or email to help throughout your stay, but you'll have the peace and quiet of your own home away from home without interruption.

The Neighbourhood

Kicking Horse is the best-kept secret of the Canadian Rockies!!
In winter you will have access to critically acclaimed skiing/snow boarding as the resort with the 4th highest vertical drop in all of North America and amazing terrain. You can also enjoy heli-skiing, dogsledding, and access to endless kilometres Nordic ski trails.
In summer check out world famous parasailing and mountain biking, or pop down to Golden for some thrilling white water rafting in the Kicking Horse River.

Golf lovers will enjoy the Golden Golf Club, flanked on the east by the Rocky Mountains and on the west by the Purcell Mountains, in an incredible natural setting beside the quiet Columbia River, the rushing waters of Holt Creek and the many wild animal sightings.

In the summer and winter alike, jump on the comfortable gondola ride to the top for a day of skiing, bike riding, sight seeing, hiking and finish off with an unforgettable meal at Eagle's Eye Restaurant the highest restaurant in Canada!

Kicking Horse is also home to the Kicking Horse Grizzly Bear Refuge, the largest enclosed and protected grizzly bear habitat in the world, home of our resident grizzly bear, Boo.

There are shops, bars, restaurants, and cafes a short walk away in Kicking Horse Village, open during the summer and winter seasons.
The town of Golden is short 10km drive down the mountain, with access to larger grocery stores, additional shops restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and the Whitetooth Brewing Company!
