About this apartment rental
Welcome from TPM Condos .Located directly on the beach, this nicely furnished, 1300 square foot condo with an intercoastal view, is just minutes from all the beach fun spots. There is public transportation at the front door. Many restaurants are within walking distance. We are forty-five minutes to Busch Gardens and one and a half hours from Disney World. Tampa or Clearwater airports are a short distance away.
There are no lack of activities for the whole family, day or night. From the dolphins and shopping at John's Pass or Clearwater there is plenty to keep the whole group going. If you run out of things to do, just give us a call and we'll get you started again.
Please note, as this is a three bedroom unit, there is no balcony. Minimum stay is 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday only

The building sits on the beach, but this unit faces the street with no balcony. The pool area is well maintained and comfortable. The location is close to dining and shopping options while being away from higher traffic areas. Although the unit is dated and not as clean as I would have liked, it is spacious and the kitchen is well appointed.

We had a great time. Condo was great size for a family vacation of 9. Location was perfect but wished there was an ocean view from the unit.

Overall, the condo is in a great location. You can't beat being able to step right out onto the beach or walk to coffee shops and restaurants. It was spacious for our family of six and the furniture was comfortable. I also appreciated the beach toys, chairs, and coolers!
However, there were many "cons" of this property:
1) We did not receive our check-in information until after check in time, and only when we messaged the owners.
2) We were not told ahead of time that we would need to go to a separate location (albeit close by) to pick up and return the keys to the unit. We arrived after midnight and would have appreciated a key code lock box like most rentals have.
3) The paperwork we received gave a key code for the elevator, pool, and beach, but failed to mention that for the elevator you have to press # before the number, and for the pool you have to press * after the number. We had to wait around until another guest came by in both situations to ask how to get in.
4) The unit was filthy. In addition to massive amounts of dust in the bathroom vents, baseboards, etc, the bathrooms had mold on the floors and in the showers. There were dirty handprints and other unknown substances on nearly every wall and door. There was a large splatter on the side of the refrigerator. I could go on.
5) I do not mind at all that the décor is not "up to date" like other reviewers mentioned as that is personal preference, but some areas need some TLC. For example, the paint in the hall bathroom is crumbling off the walls.
6) We awoke to cockroaches on our first morning. I understand that we were in Florida and bugs exist, but we had not yet even eaten a snack or created any trash. I contacted the owners to let them know but never received a response.
We did not spend much time in the unit as we were there to enjoy the beach and pool, but when cooking meals and using the bathrooms, it was hard to feel comfortable.

We had a great time and the weather cooperated for us. The condo was very nicely decorated, clean and spacious. The breathtaking sunsets were easily seen. We are planning on coming back again next year and bring more family members.

Family vacation
We had problems checking in the keys and paper work said 305 and the email said 205 for the condo. So we went with the keys and paperwork and actually scared a kid and family trying to use the key to get into their condo!!! Very embarrassing! I hope this gets fixed. We also had a roach problem, and we got bit while sleeping. And the main bath tub didn't drain. Everything else was good. The condo was well stocked to cook. And clean.

Family trip
Overall the stay was good. The condo could have used a little more up keep and definitely a deep clean! While there we found a fake finger nail, a bra, and socks, none were ours. The lady at the condo was very nice and the people we rented the condo from were also very nice and responded to any questions quickly. The beach in front of the condo was beautiful and quiet. There was restaurants and miniature golf in walking distance.

Good location
The check in process was quite eventful. The condo itself was nice and clean for the most part, being on the beach I know it is hard to get ALL of the sand cleaned up. We relied on the trolley which was great because there were stops going North and South right outside the condo. The bathrooms could use a major remodel/updating and the mattresses could be replaced. The king size mattress was not comfortable. Overall we had a great time.

March 2022 Indian Shore Stay
When we arrived all the silverware, glasses and dishes had to be washed. They all had food smudge on them. Every pan I used also had crumbs or dirt on them. Not only were they dirty, but old and it would be very inexpensive to update the fry pans in your condo. The counter and sink and oven were all dirty. It would be grateful if I was refunded a portion of the Cleaning Fee I paid. Bedrooms and Bathrooms were clean but very outdated. A little paint goes a long way. For the convenience of the beach and property I would rent again with stipulations that the kitchen and dishes were clean.

Beautiful Florida Getaway
This property was absolutely beautiful. We loved the fact that we only had to walk down two flights of stairs and could be on the beach or in the pool in minutes. This was a perfect setup for us and our son. Restaurants and stores were in walking distance and there were many more places to visit within a short drive. The owners were quick to answer and were helpful with all questions. Highly recommend this place!

Great location
We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The pool was heated, which was a plus and being right on the beach was perfect for our 3 boys! We had plenty of space, onsite parking and the kitchen was very well stocked.

Great location; Property As Advertised
We loved the location and the price, making our stay a very good value. Nicely updated kitchen, plenty of room for our two families (7 total). Good communication with both property management and owners.

Hope you only need one toilet
Hallway bathroom stopped working and upon calling manager, we were told that since their were two toilets in the unit, this was not considered an emergency and they would send repair person next day. Everyone had to go through master bedroom the rest of the time to use the bathroom. Next day, no repair person ever showed up and their was never a follow up call from property manager. Proceeded to analyze and fix problem ourselves.

Nice place.
The owners are wonderful. The place is a nice place. Almost completely renovated. I believe the housekeeping could have been better, I'm not sure if they are having staffing issues because of the pandemic? We did have to do some cleaning on our own, particularly in the bathrooms, there was also some dirty dishes in the cabinets. However, the beach is right there! Parking is easy. Only one spot per family though. One big disappointment this vacation was that when we arrived there on Saturday everything was good, on Monday morning there was a sign on the only elevator saying it was down. I inquired with the repair guys they said that it would be down for an entire month, they were replacing the elevator. This was a challenge the rest of the vacation. Fortunately this rental was only on the second floor, however, I do have mobility issues. So our activities were pretty limited after that, unfortunately. I tried to only go up the stairs or down the stairs once per day. Needless to say I didn't do as much as I would have on vacation. The owners nor the property management company said they had no knowledge of this repair being done. But the office at the building said that they knew 6 months prior. So there was some kind of communication issue between the people who run the building and the property management company. And I am sure the elevator needed repaired and updated. The place itself has plenty of living space for large families. Lots of toys to play with, for the kiddos. Love the beach, love the beach, can't say it enough. I was just unfortunate timing and the miscommunication that put us there when the elevator was down. Would I go there again? Yes! I will ask first about whether the elevator is working properly. One other thing, I never received directions or instructions from the property management company in regard to check in. I did contact the owners and they gave me the phone number so we could go by and pick up the keys. This was unusual? Normally we have that in our email or in our VRBO communication within a few days before. But we got there and got checked in and all was okay. Love Indian Shores. Old school Florida, with Clearwater just up the road.

Holiday Villas II
Condo was as advertised. Close to beach. Spacious. Nice pool. Unfortunate that elevator was down during our stay. Thankfully, condo was on the 2nd floor. Found out last minute, so even though owner offered full refund, wasn’t practical for us to search around for another place.

Fantastic location
The Holiday Villas II condo is located literally on the beautiful Indian Shores beach. It is also within an 1.5 hour drive from the Disney World, 1 hour drive from the Bush Gardens, and 3 hours drive from St. Augustine. The condo is very well kept, very functional, which makes the stay seamless and fun.

Indian Rocks Beach
I like this property as its right on the gulf, the beach always has room for the kids to play it's not crowded and you have restaurants and entertainment within a walking distance.

We had to go buy a bunch of supplies on day 1. Could also use some upgrading especially in spare bath.

Great Beach Condo
This was the perfect place for the families to converge and spend time together. There was a plumbing problem with the building, but it did not really affect our stay, and the Management were superb in handling it. The beach access was fantastic. The kitchen was adequately supplied with utensils, etc. We would come back there again.

Dated but Decent and Great Location
Spacious floor plan with plenty of room for a family. Three good sized bedrooms each with a TV and 2 full baths. Large living and dining area and counter stools at the kitchen bar. Dated decor but clean and on the beach in a beautiful part of the gulf. Could use a chain on the door to keep toddlers in (our 2 yr old could easily unlock and open the door and escape and keeping him in was a constant challenge). Could also use some nicer pots and pans. They are due for replacement. But all in all, a nice value and great time.

Ideal location for beach and restaurants
This place was very ideal location from St Pete airport. Beach was behind building and pool was heated which came in handy as most of our days were very cool. When I got to the building, I realized I had no clue how I was getting in the condo, I called the owner and he answered and helped me (my error). I would definitely recommend.
